Does the WBS auto generate the item numbers? Is there add it so that if I make changes down the road I don’t have to re-number every item manually?For example:1.11.1.1etc.

Do I see it correctly that with the new voting, it is no longer possible to run votes over several days (not just 100 Minutes)? Sometimes we vote after sessions, when it is necessary that information material about it still needs to be read. I didn't expect that it wouldn't work anymore, now I have to improvise. Or is there anything I misses in the interface?

I am a consultant looking to use Miro for a virtual community event. I need to be able to share the link to the whiteboard with the general public so they can comment and respond to questions without having to sign up for a Miro account. What subscription level do I need to purchase to make sure this is possible? I know this is not available for those with a free account. 

I keep the frames bar open to use for navigation, but i have discovered that the GIFs that I use will not play their full duration (and therefore also not loop) when i have the frames sidebar open?!? If I close the frames side bar they work as expected. Why?

Exporting a user list provides two columns of data: Last Login and Last Activity. These often show different dates (or are blank). Can someone explain the difference and why the following happens?Last login date more recent than last activity date - makes sense if a user logged in but did not access any boards Last login date older than last activity date - how is that possible? Last activity date is blank - what does this mean? Both dates blank - again, what does this mean?We need to cull inactive and less active user accounts and I would like to understand which column is best to use for that purpose and how to deal with blanks.

Anyone build out any end of year retrospectives that encapsulate 2021? Only see one or two instances in the Miroverse. Getting ideas from a variety as it’s for a larger audience beyond a single team.

Hello everyone,I am on an education plan and set up a board that I want to share via link with a few people in a workshop. Since I want them to collaborate I would ask them to add their visitor names, which is implemented in the sharing settings as a feature that was apparently in a beta stage only a few months ago as I have seen in the community.Here I came across an issue. When I share the link and the visitors just click on the link and get directed to the board, there is no pop-up window showing the option to enter the visitor name. However, when the visitors copy the link and paste it manually into the browser address line the pop-up window to enter the name appears. We just tried this two times on different notebooks and deleting any related cookies.Since the first procedure is preferred and sometimes only feasible, for example in Zoom, I would appreciate if this issue can be fixed or if someone knows why this happens and if I need to change some setting.

Hi there, I have accidently locked myself out of my own board by clicking “comment only”. I wanted to make sure no one else can erase/change something in my board. How do i get back to normal? I've send a request but this does not help. Many thanks in advance!!    

I am unable to rename the swimlanes and columns in the Kanban Framework Miro template.I saw a year ago people had this problem but I’m experiencing it now 

Hi. I’m using a free plan with our teams. When desktop users try accepting the invitation to join using the link provided the link freezes.I’ve invited them using all options. They’ve been removed and reinvited. Any tips would be superThanks

I would like to be able to provide a link to guest users (or registered users outside of my organisation) which points to a particular custom template. When the link is clicked, a new board should be created, with the contents of the custom template added.I can see this behaviour within the templates section of the Miro website, with the ‘Use Template’ buttons: https://miro.com/templates/action-plan/How can I recreate this behaviour? I want participants to individually and independently view a board. ‘Set start view’ is great, but I can’t see any way to guarantee that the ‘Frames’ sub menu will be open. Any suggestions on how to achieve this?

Hello,I would like to ask if it is possible to share my MIRO board to my teammates/colleagues without them being on my team (which is limited to 10 people) and having that board saved among their boards. The reason for this is that we have several projects going on in the year and I work with different people on each project. Since I only have a limited number on my team, I wanted to collaborate with my classmates without them being on that team, but they had access to the board among their boards as well.Hopefully I explained it logically and simply. Unfortunately, then for me, MIRO loses its benefits for school purposes. 

Perhaps this should be obvious but …I have a Free account.  When I run out of editable boards, and the others become View Only, does that mean that I can no longer edit them, or simply that others can’t edit them?

I update my diagram with the Azure new set of Drawing but now the export to image fails by returning a corrupter file of 1Kb only. The export to vector PDF works but all those new Azure Drawings are shown as empty images.Am I missing something here? Any suggestions?

Some team members already use Miro (Free version) - Can we import their boards to the paid version we want to buy via our company?Does the person paying for Miro have to part of the team  (we’re considering buying the Team version for 4 members..  Does the person paying for Miro have to be part of the Team… meaning we would need to pay for 5 members instead?) 

I created a new board from the Miro Kanban Framework template, and as I was adding cards, I deleted tags that I didn’t need (because I added a bunch of custom tags and didn’t want these other tags cluttering up my list of tags). When I went back into my board later, I saw all the tags I’d deleted showing up on my cards. I looked at the board history, and I was the only one who’d edited it. Is there a shared tag library across all boards in my company’s Miro library? By deleting unnecessary tags in my board, did I remove those tags from other teams’ boards, forcing those teams to re-create the tags (which then added them back to my board)? If not, then why did those tags reappear in my board?

Hi everyone, recently moved to online teaching on Miro for art and design courses for adults. It works really well for almost all of my classes.However I have 2 students who sabotage each others work, or when I am presenting or sharing a screen start moving pictures and objects into my window to block where I am. It’s slightly stressful as I am on an Education account, so students always have editing rights which override the project or board rights. It disrupts the class and stops both students from ever finishing anything. I’d like to revoke their access at times, however it’s really important that both complete the coursework.I was wondering if there was some way they could be in my team, yet the present board/project permissions overrides the team permissions? Or should I delete them from the Education team but keep them in the project/ add in manually to each board?  Both are good students, just total kids who won’t stop messing. I have a mac and have seen other threads (https://community.miro.com/peer-support-45/images-break-when-exporting-to-pdf-4187) but nothing in the list of steps works to solve my issue. Same thing is happening on multiple teammates machines. The board I am trying to frame and export is small. The small quality PDF actually does not work at all, and the high quality pdf outputs with broken icons. When I try to export as .jpg the file downloads but cannot be opened due to corrupted file. Please help! 

I need specific help. Going to run on online design thinking workshop for 25 pax from different companies. My question is this. I will be using breakout rooms on zoom with 4/5 pax in each room where they will each take turns to share their design challenge and get the other group members to brainstorm on it. How would this work?do they all need individual accounts? do I set up different boards for all 25 of them?
