My team uses Retro template for our retros. After the end of the retro I want to delete all the stickies so that we start a new next retro. I tried using Version History to restore it to the blank state, but it forces me to create a new board. Is there an option to restore the same board?

During a product increment (PI) planning, this is a need to vote on the plan. We have used Miro twice and on both occasion, some participants were not able to vote.This is either a bug on the voting app or there must be a limit on how any people can vote.Has anyone else experienced this issue?How can we get help when this issue re-occurs?We had couple of hundred people on the PI planning meeting.

Earlier, when a MS Teams users opened a Miro tab (located within an MS Teams channel) they would launch straight into the associated Miro board that I set up.  That UX makes sense to users. Lately, an intermediate step was introduced.  The user is first asked to “See the board”.  Screenshot example of trying to get into a Miro board; Am I imagining this?   This extra question steps seems useless and only serves to slow things down.    Was this intentional?

I’ve signed in to Miro with a Gmail account. When I sign out of the Windows app, I can log back in by just clicking “Sign in with Google”, no password asked. This happens even if I’ve signed out on Chrome and cleaned all the login data etc. from the browser. This, of course, is not good for security.

I’d like to give my client permanent access to a single Miro board. We have completed our collaboration and now I would like them to have access to the board to use on their own and edit. Anyone know the best way to do this? I have tried reading up on sharing options and it is all very confusing.Many thanks

Before the “Public with Password” feature was enabled I needed a way to may Miro boards available to Training participants but not risk them getting access to internal business or other client work.As a reault we now have 2 parallel Mito teams with many of the same members, and many boards in each team. This is obviously twice the cost so I need a way to rationalise these.QUESTION:Can you help me merge the two teams so that I don’t have to labriously lift and shift the boards from one team to another. Even as an owner/admin I can’t see what baords people own so it is very difficult to do this manually. Any sugestions?

Hi all,I’ve got a challenge :)I have my own company with my own Miro license and from my own company I help other companies with their struggles.My current assignment is with a huge enterprise also with its own Miro license. Now this is where the troubles begin.When I want to share one or more of my boards with colleagues from the enterprise, I have to make my boards public with a password otherwise they cannot access it.When I want to access a board which is located in the enterprise license, they have to make it public with a password.Is there an easier solution to share boards without losing ownership? 

Hey guys! How do increase the size of child node in a mindmap? Because when I increase the size of the parent node, everything increases in just like its size (how far spread it is). I would like the individual child nodes sizes to be bigger (like a increase in font size)

Hello dear community,In our organization we use Miro and we have a paid account.one of my colleagues own one board and suddenly I was not able to edit the board and just comment on the board.he claims that his access was expired and that is the reason I do not have access to edit the board. is this really true then in Miro for enterprises if someone own the board and leave the company and his/ her account will be deleted . No one else can edit that board? regards.    

Is there a way to identify boards open for editing?  We have a consultant plan and will often open up boards for guest editing - “Anyone with the link Can edit”.  We sometimes want to leave the board open after a workshop session for clients to finish up, or add some details not available during the workshop.Is there a way to identify or flag ‘open’ boards (and particularly boards that are open for anyone to edit)?I’d like to do an occasional audit of open boards (maybe month-end) and close out ones that shouldn’t still be open for editing.ThanksMartin

I am trying to get my project backlog into Miro for better clarity and organization.  I know you can get tickets into Jira but I want to be able to highlight the whole backlog including the Epics, User Stories and Tasks into Miro.  Basically, everything within the Backlog into Miro. Is it possible with one click without picking each ticket individually by searching and filtering which ticket belongs to which project.  Please bear in mind there could be several projects on Jira but I just want to be able to filter out on a specific project and get access to all the backlog items pertaining to that specific project into Miro.  Is this possible and has anyone done this before? Please advice on how to go about it. Thank you.

is there a way to make mass changes by users using an import list.We have a large number of users, some of whom are no longer with the company or who have not been active for more than 180 days, but who have a full license that we want to change to "Free Restricted"I look forward to a stimulating discussion.

Hello, I have been invited to join a team from an external stakeholder on a collaborative project. Whilst I have my own login, this is affiliated to this specific project. I was unaware of this and have since created another board but this is sitting within that existing team. I would like to transfer the board to m own login as I am taking up a board from the owners three free boards. Is there a way I can create a new account with my login details and transfer this board across?

Hi,   I would like to create a timeline similar to the one you can find in the templates. As the timeline will need frequent updates, I would like to create a timeline that pulls out the relevant data from a spreadsheet and then converts in into the miro timeline. Is that possible somehow? The reason why I think it might be is that there is an option to export the miro timeline to csv and so there might also be an option to do it the other way around.    Thanks

Hi,I have imported/used the Design Sprint template on a board. Now I want to cleanup the board. But I can’t select all and delete. First thing I notice is that the elements are all locked… how to unlock all of them at once? Then I noticed that even after unlocking some of them manually I can’t select them all. They simply don’t get selected… Can anyone help with this template and its deletion? And is there a general, efficient method to clean up a board completely?Thanks in advance,Ulrich

I’m trying to work out why sometimes when I duplicate or copy a frame it says ‘copy of...’ and other times if I create a frame that says ‘Group 1’ the duplicate will say ‘Group 6’ . (It rarely follows the logic of saying ‘group 2’ etc.) Is this something I should add to the wish list or is it something I am doing wrong? 

Hi.Just found Miro and done some testing (as free user).The PDF export is pretty much useless IF that’s just a raster (image/bitmap) file as PDF.It should be a vector file, importable e.g. to Adobe Illustrator, Inkscape etc. as scalable vectors.Hope this is implemented = I’ll start as paid user right away!//timo
