Miro dashboard is on a perpetual loading mode

Is this with one board or all boards? If you are using a browser, have you tried clearing your cache and history and restarting the browser?

1. If using the Miro desktop app, reset the app data.
   1. If not using the Miro desktop app, try using the Miro desktop app.
2. Run through troubleshooting steps in the Boards/dashboard won’t load article.
3. Perhaps WebSockets are being blocked by a VPN/firewall/etc.

Hi All

I have tried to reset the app data for my desktop app. No joy. 

Even excluded Miro from my firewall. No Joy

I have uninstalled and reinstalled several time (downloaded installer from web and via MS app store). No Joy. 

Tested Websockets and firewall - All is looking good. 

Everything Works well in Chrome. Just not the app.
