I’m new to Miro - for several days now I have still not been able to log in - the Miro dashboard is on a perpetual loading mode.
Is this with one board or all boards? If you are using a browser, have you tried clearing your cache and history and restarting the browser?

- If using the Miro desktop app, reset the app data.
- If not using the Miro desktop app, try using the Miro desktop app.
- Run through troubleshooting steps in the Boards/dashboard won’t load article.
- Perhaps WebSockets are being blocked by a VPN/firewall/etc.

I have tried to reset the app data for my desktop app. No joy.
Even excluded Miro from my firewall. No Joy
I have uninstalled and reinstalled several time (downloaded installer from web and via MS app store). No Joy.
Tested Websockets and firewall - All is looking good.
Everything Works well in Chrome. Just not the app.
