1 How can I delete my education account?2 After deleting my education account, will it shift to a free account or my account be completely vanished? (I mean not  shifting to other plans because it is completely deleted)3 After my education account expired, what happens after that?I’m not a native speaker of English, so I’m sorry my English is not the best.

 With accepting the fact that there is no built in Multi Factor Authentication, it disappointed us that there is a very weak, basically no password policy. even “12345678”, or “password” are allowed as password  

My Miro board called "Design Evolution" got stripped from all of its contens. the last time i worked on it was the 19th of December and when i started it up today (21-12-2021) it had no more data. There was no data in the activity log and there was no backup even though i was connected to wifi and i had checked to see if it saved correctly. I use the Miro desktop app and am i paid user from TU Delft. I used this for one of my projects and it helped me out a lot so i hope it can be brought back or atleast partially. It is urgent because my Design Evolution is essential for my project and otherwise i have to make it all over again. Did anybody else experience this?

Dear Miro-Community, We have a problem when guests want to access public board via browser. The miro symbol is just loading there and isn’t forwarding to the password section. I tried deleting cookies or using another browser all the same (android). Thank’s for advice!Daniel

I hope this is the rigth place to adress my problem. I use miro app windows 10. Since I changed the payment method for my Miro account 2 weeks ago, the mouse navigation seems to be disturbed. A black and white finger-icon appears permanently on the rigth corner left zo the navigation area as if I were using a tablet. What can I do to get this symbol away? How can I remove this permanent icon?It is not only superfluous but annoying. I don't want a double navigation symbol permanently on the surface! Thankyou for help or giving me an idea how i can delete the tablet symbol during the mouse settings are active.

Yesterday morning everything was OK with this board. But in the afternoon i was surprised to see that all jpeg files were in wrong places. I thought may be i could just close it and open again and everything will be fine. But it didn’t work. And today it’s still a mess. There are no problems with other boards, only with one.On the first picture you can see the problem board, on the second one - a normal board. 

Dear community,3 days ago I noticed that my account changed from Consultant to Enterprise.I have a Consultant plan till the 12th of February.Today I should perform training for University students. Currently, I cannot provide them access to the board because of Enterprise Plan, which I didn’t purchase and request.There is no answer from Support for all this period. I have no options to copy my boards or transfer them to another account, nor create a new team.This situation strongly affects me, my reputation, colleagues and 15 students.Please, help me in this situation.

Hello the integration lf Miro in a MS Teams Channel works perfectly in the Teams app on ios (ipad)We can enter the Miro board from the channel menu in Teams and work in the board. problem: we cannot go back.the back button in the upper left corner in the teams app is non-functional.In the tab menu of the teams app we can switch to chat, activity, calender,…but within the teams section we cannot leave the board to go back to the channel we came from. so, once in the miro board, never get back to channel and its chat and files and so on only workaround: restart teams app.expecred behavior: back button should work any idea?

Hi I m an architectWe often have video calls sharing our screen to share floor plans.The best situation is that we can write on the document anytime when we want like in the face to face meeting.I believe that Miro has a good potential about it.However When I upload the PDF on the board,Even if I zoom in the whole page the resolution is still blurry. like on the picture.  the resolution becomes High only if I zoom in in detail in the pdf as below.  It is very fustrating for some generation in this industry to zoom in to get High resolution and zoom back during the call.Is it a programing issue? or settings or, is there a way to show hi

I have a board that I want to share publicly but I don’t want it to be duplicated.I want to confirm that restricting board duplication is possible but it is not available to free memberships.Also, the only paid membership for 1 person is consultant? There’s nothing cheaper?Thanks,Hal 

Is there an option to hide the rectangular grid in the miro-App?I do not mean the »snapping« nor »hiding frames« with content etc...I only want go get rid of the appearance of this squared paper in presentation mode, which reminds me me of maths lessons in my school days…thx, Fabian

Hi everyone I’m new to Miro so I’m following along with Miro’s getting started tutorials specifically “Content Creation” lesson, The problem is I made some sticky notes but when I try to add a shape so the sticky notes be on top of it what happens instead is that the shape covers my sticky notes completely.How can I prevent that from happening I want my sticky notes to be on top of the shape not the other way around? 

A few issues with the Miro text features:The text box appears to be character limited, and will start deleting the text from the bottom while typing elsewhere, without notice that you are loosing content. Give me a warning! (or remove the limits) Sometimes the cursor moves elsewhere and starts inputting your text in another place in the box. Seems worse when box has a lot of content When correcting misspellings by right clicking a red-underlined word immediately after typing it (prior to clicking out of the text box and then back in), the entire line of text is deleted (or the entire box if there is only one line) When pasting in text from elsewhere, if cursor is just on the board, and not in a text box, the text is pasted as an image. Maybe this is a feature and not a bug, but it is a weird behavior. Chrome Version 89.0.4389.114Probably Enterprise plan (based on how many people)

I am clearly the owner, but I have no option to delete this project. Can someone help me figure out what’s going on here?  

Hello, I have created a board with a number of canvases which I want to share with a public wider community so that they can use this board as starting point (template if you like).   I want them to be able to use it as template, i.e. copy it and make it their own, but not modify it. What is the best way of doing this?  What plan do I need to be on for this?   Thanks so much m

Hi - I have just noticed that that there are a lot more diagramming shapes available in MiroHowever these seem to only be available to the Business or Enterprise plansIs this by design?  As a freelance consultant I cannot pay for a 5 seat business license but would like to take advantage of the wider range of diagramming shapes

First a public link can be used but the problem is that this is also accessible from other organizations.

Hello everybody, I am using sticky notes with a heart emoji for voting on a board. I expect to have around 120 meeting participants, so may be there will be sticky notes that will be preferred by 120 colleagues in a maximum. Is this possible in Miro? I read, that around 200 participants can work simoultaneously in MIro, however, I am not sure how it functions with the heart emojis.Thank you for your support in advance! Hello,When I try to import a PDF file on my board I get the message that it is too large. However when I resize it, same problem. What could i do? 

Hello!I switched to Miro from Mindomo yesterday, and love how intuitive everything is. I use it for Mindmapping and Userflow.But one thing I struggle with:I need to add a lot of (hidden) information to the shapes/cards.If I use cards for everything, you loose track of all details when looking at a zoomed out view of a complex project. That is due to cards showing the headline in a much smaller style than shapes. And I can’t customize the shape of cards enough.I’d prefer to use shapes, because of how I can customize their look.But afaik I can’t add any hidden information/details to it. How can I solve this issue?

Is Miro affected by the vulnerability in the Log4j logging library (CVE-2021-44228)?

Hi.I have a couple of Miro accounts and I’ve noticed that the Mouse navigation mode behaviours differently between them.On the newer account when using the select tool the left mouse button will drag a box I have to hold the right mouse button to pan around. On the older account left mouse pans and I have to hold shift to drag a box.Is this a feature change?
