Hey, everyone

I have the problem with my mobile app. It seems that it loads but in the end it just reloads again and again and never shown me the board. What could it be? 

 

I'll be thrilled to hear about any ideas

  • Has this ever worked for you or is this your first time using the mobile app?
  • Have you tried reinstalling the app?
  • Have you tried restarting your phone?
  • What OS (and version) is your phone?
  • Is this a corporately managed device?
  • Have you tried this on a different wi-fi network?
  • Have you tried using your mobile carrier’s network?
  • Have you disabled any firewall/malware/anti-virus software that may be running on your phone?
