The Miro mobile app is working fine on my Samsung Galaxy S10 (3.5 years old now) running Android 12.

- Has this ever worked for you or is this your first time using the mobile app?
- Have you tried restarting your device?
- What type of device do you have?
- What OS (and version) is your device?
- Is this a corporately managed device?
- Have you tried this on a different wi-fi network?
- Have you tried using your mobile carrier’s network?
- Have you disabled any firewall/malware/anti-virus software that may be running on your phone?
