Our Team admin was going on for vacation, so he tried to me the team admin, but somehow it didn’t work out.

Now when we are trying to open the Miro board it is showing the message as " Team account subscription is expired. Please ask the account administrator to re-subscribe” .

What need to be done ?
Please guide !

@Anantu - You will have to wait for Miro Support to respond to your ticket. Unfortunately there’s nothing that I can do as I don’t work for Miro and just help out on this forum on my own time. Hopefully they will get back to you soon.


Did anyone just get a Miro Banner Notification about Expiration of Subscription?  Our Boards Locked temporarily but now are available but ask us to join a Subscription Plan.
