Hi! I moved my boards to a new team. When I look at the board history, I only see versions since I moved the board. Looks like the versions from the old team are not brought along to the new team. I do see tons of old activity though. Is there a way to access them. We are on a paid team plan.
Hi,I’m the admistrator of my company Miro team, I have to colleagues that became part of our team using their personal email address, they have persnal data and boards in there.I would like to change their personal email to their company email without them losing any data they may have.Can someone give me some advice on such way to do this work?Thanks in advance...
Hello.I have made a professional account with the mail of my previous company. I have take the subscription with my credit card. The problem is, I leave the company, and delete my mail, but my Miro account still exist and I can’t delete my credit card because I was connected with my google account. What can I do ?
Is anyone seeing their Miro Boards Refreshing for no reason? In my case without warning during a Miro Command the Board will Refresh. The event is not typical in the sense I do not get the Notification about Browser Disconnecting and Miro Reconnecting.Cc: @Robert Johnson
Here’s what I did using 2 free Miro accounts.I created a board in profile 1 (i.e. user) I then moved the board from profile 1 to profile 2. I followed the steps here under the Free Plan section by inviting, sharing, and making profile 2 the new owner. Profile 1 remains a member with “can edit” permission. While logged in as profile 1, I continue to be able to see the board and also able to edit the board. I doubled checked the sharing settings section and Miro confirms that profile 2 is the new owner and profile 1 has “can edit” permission as a member. However, when I log into profile 2, the board I shared is nowhere to be found. I’ve tried logging out and back into both profile 1 and 2 but nothing. Appreciate if you can advise what I am missing.
Hello, allThere was a post two years ago about embedding Miro boards in Canvas. Has anyone been able to embed Miro into Canvas so that the board updates as students use it? I bought MIRO to use specifically with my clients on the VIBE board. I was very disappointed to see how slow it was using the MIRO app on Vibe and the same issue happens when I was using the browser. It is useless to have MIRO and I cannot even do a proper meeting facilitation because of slowness. I already raised a ticket at MIRO and they suggested to add a ticket in the backlog. As a scrum master, I am working with teams to make them efficient. I hope your team will feel my pain points and strive to find a creative solution. Please keep us posted.Regards, Fritz-Edwin Jocelyn
I’m a student and currently am using my institutional email to use Miro, but to apply for the Education plan I have to link something to prove I’m a student? My university doesn’t have any pictures or articles about me in their website and we don’t need student IDs to access campus so they simply don’t issue one. What documents must I link to prove I’m enrolled in said institution? Is my institutional email enough?
Hello,My account was updated to Education Plan, but I'm unable to create education plan teams.My current team was not upgraded to Education plan.I also removed current team (I left all teams) and I still wasn’t able to create Education plan team.
We really like azure cards integration.We use it a lot during analysis.But for some reason, the cards do not stay on their position.I tried to lock them but still they jump to another position when a board is reopened.I think it happens when the related User Stories are updated in azure.

Hi there - apologies if not right place to post. I can’t seem to login to my account via the android app. I just receive a pop up saying “incorrect email format”.Needless to say, I double x quadruple checked the email - and it is exactly the same as the email I use login to the website and this community forum as well.I have tried clearing the cache on the android app and deleting in re-installing the app as well. Any help or tips appreciated!
We’d like to utilize the Miro integration with OneDrive, however our security team is concerned with the fact that our miro boards are so easily shared outside of our organization. One possible solution I was wondering about was if it was possible to create a Miro team that limited the sharing of Miro boards outside of our domain, and secondly limited the OneDrive integration to only that team. Is this possible, and would this achieve the goal of only miro team members being able to integrate OneDrive files within boards that can only be shared within or domain? Or would there be scenarios / edge cases where users in this team could end up providing access to OneDrive files on miro boards that are able to be shared outside of our domain?
Hi, any app that I install including IconFinder and Brandfetch are not showing under Installed Apps even though the installation appears successful. If I search for them too, they are still not there. Any ideas, could this be a rights issue ?
