I have now several times seen that i do a lot of changes to my Draw.io diagram. When hitting save and close i goes back to the version before, and when editing again all my work is gone.. no way of getting a version historic or something like that. Its just gone.!!!This is so annoying, that im considering to skip both Miro and Draw.io. If you cant even rely on that save means save!!!Another thing is, that in order for me to present the diagram on my miro board, I need to put the diagram in edit mode in Draw.io. If not is everything blurry when shown through Miro. I does not matter if i zoom in or out..
everyone! I'm new to Bubble and Okta and building a page using Bubble. I've already implemented login workflow compatible with okta. Now I'm going to introduce multi-factor authentication provided from okta for password reset workflow. If I press the 'reset' button, a request that enroll email MFA function in okta should be delivered(I might be wrong. But this is what I have learned from research). In this case, where does the request reach and how is it structured?I researched okta documents and other forums, but the answers were different and didn't worked for me. I'd appreciate it if you help me. Regards.
I noted yesterday that the option to select an area of a board as the board thumbnail has disappeared in the Edge browser.I reported this to the support team and will update this post as I hear more. While it is possible the support team will reply that this was never an option in Edge, I am fairly certain that I have does this in Edge before.Edge version while testing: 121.0.2277.128 (Official build) (64-bit). I tested as both a board owner and team member.
I have a magic mouse, using Miro in Chrome browser on a Macbook. I find that the board zooms in and out and moves from side to side in a very distracting way. I think it’s the mouse, but wanted to see if anyone else has had this issue and can recommend troubleshooting steps or has a fix. Thanks!
Now, in order to select/like/dislike a specific board element, Miro has an integrated app with sticker packs and emojis (see left Object Menu → Stickers and Emojis). In addition to the default sticker packs, this section currently contains sticker packs from individual companies that have posted their templates in the Miroverse community of experts. We, as an agency that also shared knowledge in Miroverse, are also interested in creating a similar sticker pack in corporate colors for its further use, including as voting dots. Unlike branded shapes (“Shapes”), stickers are already easy to highlight when creating boards: the system clearly assigns them to the independent “Sticker” category, which allows them not to merge with other Shapes, and, thus, simplifies their selection and movement , as well as grouping and locking elements that are not them.
Since user can screen capture a board, save it, and upload it, why not reduce the steps and let users just grab a region from Change Thumbnail dialog? At a minimum it would be better to have generic images for types of illustrations - concept map, journey map, etc as the choice instead of the current illustrations which are confusing juxtapositions to the real content.
I would like new shapes (based on board) be created with a dynamic connection (if that’s what this is called). When you connect an arrow from one shape to another, if you drag and drop to a node, it will be a static connection, moving the shapes won’t change where the arrow/line connects. If you drag and drop in the middle of the shape the connection will be dynamic and will adapt to where the boxes are located.Clicking the parent node will create a shape that is then statically connected to the parent. I would like an option to change this behaviour to make it create with a dynamic connection - is this possible?
Yesterday we were trying the first time how the zoom integration works. In short: We were pretty disappointed. While collaborating in Zoom on a Miro board works fine, you can’t present the board - what is essential for us as a school.I mean, the grey button “present” in the upper right corner technically exists, it’s just nothing happening if i click on it. So, since customer support for paying customers isn’t what it used to be these days, I am still hoping that it’s something like a bug or anything that can be solved. We really need to use a tool like zoom, so we can present the lessons to our students and in the same time let them participate and collaborate when it is needed, as well as sending them into breakout rooms while they still stay on the current miro-board.Alternatives to zoom are an option as well. PS: We tried “Around” as well, same problem with the “presentation”-button and additional sound bugs and closed Miro-board while testing it.
I don't know if it's related, but since updating Chrome to the latest version, I can't use Miro. After I login, it starts an infinite loading of the platform.Based on existing threads here, I already:. cleared cache. disabled all extensions. tried anonymous tabAnd all had the same behaviorSame machine, but using Safari, I can load Miro.Did anyone have a similar issue? Thanks
Starting with a PDF image of a map copied onto the board, I want to either have lines of a set and unchangeable length that can be dragged onto the board and bent to fit along roads to show a path, or for the freehand pen tool to show the length drawn and/or to stop when a set distance has been reached.I want to use a map to allow route or network planning with a finite resource, for example design a bus network with x number of buses available. Each line equals a set distance that a bus can travel in a set time. The idea is to link lines to get a longer route, or double up lines to increase the frequency of the buses along the route.Does anyone know if this is possible?

I have Business plan in Miro, and I am an administrator. At some point, 2FA got enabled (we have never been on Enterprise plan.)I’ve just purchased a new phone, and would like to move 2FA there. However, looks like 2FA is an Enterprise feature, and I cannot do anything with it - not even disable.Any idea what can I do, please? Anyone else experienced this?Thank you,Agnes
I am writing to inform you that I inadvertently exited the team and, as a result, lost access to the board. I was the owner of the board, and unfortunately, I do not have any existing connections with other team members.I would greatly appreciate it if you could advise me on the possibility of restoring my access to the board or provide guidance on the necessary steps to rectify this situation.Thank you for your prompt attention to this matter, and I apologize for any inconvenience caused.P.s. one of the boards Miro | Online Whiteboard for Visual Collaboration
Hi,Longtime Miro user. For the first time in a while, I’m exporting to pdf and I cannot find the file. Searches of help and the community say that the file should be where my browser downloads are, and this is where I’ve found them in the past. It is not there. The csv of the board can be exported and found in the downloads folder but not the pdf of the board. Have tried several times and even copied a subset of the board to a new board and tried that. Nothing.Help would be greatly appreciated!
I am struggling with the migration of workflows from IBM Blueworks tool to Miro. I have a .vsdx file that I was able to export from Bigazi tool and when I tried to import it to Miro I got the error: We couldnt import your import your file, I am not sure why I cant import a vsdx file
Hey here, I am looking for the ideas.Given: Used Miro board during a call with a client. We agreed about High-Level backlog for next 6 months. All tasks are written down as Kanban Cards (which you can open, write a description, put assignee and tags). All tasks are estimated in hours, some of them are really heavy, other one smalls 1-2 h. Capacity of our team could be adjusted. It could be 100 h/per months, 200, 300, 500 - client should choose. Client pays for dedicated amount of h. Of course he want to get all features sooner and in the same time pay for the less amount of h per month. I would like to show him the different timelines for next six months, where each months has 100h,200h/300h etc.Like we put all tasks for a timeline and see, that there are not enough space. Or all of them fit, and there is extra time. I did all of this manually: draw the line with months, adjusted the size of tasks. It is not cool. Would like to have some automation solution.
