Hi there, 

Recently (11 of July) I tried 14-days trial business plan on Miro and chosed yearly plan for payment. I saw, that the day of payment will be throw 14 days after my trial start. But today I discovered that Miro has already done my payment on 13 of July. 

I’d like to cancel this payment, because my trial plan doesn’t complete yet. Please, help me 

 

Also, I can’t create a ticket in Miro Customer Support team, because I don’t have a button for that
