We are an Australian based business that is using Miro. Miro charges us 10% GST (Goods and Service Tax) but didn’t show their Australia Business Number (ABN) on their invoice, only a sentence: GST Registered Yes.
When I sent a request to ask them do it, they said that they have added that 10% GST on the invoice, which is true. But no answer to my question.
Our company policy doesn’t allow us to make bank transfer payment when the invoice doesn’t show the ABN.
Does anyone have the same issue and manage to solve it?
