I can’t log in with google account on Mac app. When I enter my google account, I get an error: “Couldn't sign you in. This browser or app may not be secure. Try using a different browser. If you’re already using a supported browser, you can refresh your screen and try again to sign in.”
I do a lot of screen capturing for art direction purposes and want to quickly drop my short 2-10 sec video to the board. My screencapture tool(ShareX) records in mp4 (can be any format) and automatically uploads it to dropbox. When I try to upload it to Miro from dropbox or just by link - it does not work. I have to reupload it to corporate youtube under my google account, make this video private, what until is is converted.. and only then try to embed it to Miro.. Is there a good straightforward way to drop videos to the board? I mean I can start dropbbing 800mb gifs but i’m sure Miro server wont like it. Please allow to embed vids from a link (not upload it but embed)
HiHaving read a number of posts re using PowerPoint in Miro, I’d like to confirm something. When you import a PP slide deck into Miro, it creates a ‘stack’ of the slides, and you have to page through them one by one.I’d like to import the slides so that they appear as individual slides, so that people can draw on them.Possible? Thanks
I’m attempting to copy a flow chart from one board where it was originally created to a new board (it now justifies having it’s own board). I’m using OS X and Chrome, and it doesn’t appear to work. I’ve tried using command + c / command + v, as well as the triple dot → copy / right-click → paste flows, but neither works. Both those methods work fine when I’m copying and pasting on the same board.I found this article, but the resolution in this case was that the user was attempting to copy between accounts. That’s not the case in my situation. I’ve tried the other proposed solutions here as well:https://community.miro.com/got-a-question-ask-the-community-45/copy-asset-from-one-board-to-another-522
Animated GIFs seem to play only after users click to play after entering a Miro board, but I am wondering if it is possible to adjust a setting somewhere so animated GIFs on a board are toggled to autoplay all the time … so all users see the animated GIF whenever they login and enter the board. Thanks for your help!
I am the board owner. I have a free account. I need to transfer ownership of this board to someone else, so they can keep the board and I will eventually leave it entirely. I read the instructions to change owner, but I don’t see the ‘is owner’ option in the menu. I did invite the other members individually to the board. Am I missing something?
Hello, All! I am a new Miro user and want to check on the availability of the following functions. Am I correct in finding that we: cannot change the colors, thickness, etc. of any icons? cannot add shadows or shading to any shapes? cannot add gradation within colors of any shapes? If I am wrong, this would be great! Thank you, Jeannine
I am thinking of integrating google sheets and wondering if anyone has had experience using with Miro. I see that Zapier does automate certain processes (I have yet to fully experiment). Has anyone used google sheets or excel with Miro with any success? Thanks,

To avoid having people influencing each other when gathering ideas on a particular topic, I would like to hide my sticky notes from other participants. Then, after a certain amount of time or may be when I decide it is the appropriate time to do so, I would like to reveal all the sticky notes to all participants. Is there a way to do that with Miro?
