Hi, I have used Miro for a long time, had a massive board, always opened it from bookmarks with no issue.Now i opened it, but unexpectedly it sent me to the "welcome, tell us about yourself, who are you?" pages instead of my board. I filled these in, but still could not get access to my board. I then checked my account, found there 2 more boards (+ mine, so 3 altogether) which I have never seen/used. Deleted one of them, but somehow were deleted two, including my board. One empty board remains.I tried to follow the 'how to restore' guide just in case, but it fails for me, because every time I try to open the link to my board, but I dont get the “Board was deleted, restore?” page, I only get to the "welcome, tell us about yourself, who are you?" pages.I am scared I lost my whole board. What can I do?

Hello Ive been looking all over on google, miroverse and templates for this kind of arrow. Anyone can help me where to find it? Maybe ive looked with the wrong terms… ive been trying for arrow and box arrow

Hello! We have three teams and it is a mess. How can we consolidate the teams and move boards from a paid team to a free team. And as an admin I need admin access to one of the teams.  It would be great to get some help on this topic.  ThanksTom

Hi! I am new to this and using it as a way to map out our customer service wiki website. I am using the mind map basic template and wanting to figure out the best way to include a body of text or bullet points hidden in a node. So far all I can figure out is commenting on it to be the closest to what I want. I would be fine to add a shape or text bubble next to it but I can’t seem to pair that so that it moves with the node if the map changes. I’m looking for something like being able to add a description to a node is maybe how I would phrase it.Is something like this possible in the free version? Thanks! Rosemary

Hello. Help please. Today there was some kind of malfunction in the system and my board self-deleted. Neither I nor other people deleted it, it happened without intervention. I watched the video tutorial, but I don't have a restore button. Is there any way to restore it?  

Hi,The Miro board I am using with my colleagues is not working for everyone. We've tried opening it with different browsers and the app, we've tried duplicating it and restoring it, but nothing seems to work. Every time we try to open it, it takes a long time to load and then everything disappears. Do you have any suggestions?Thanks, Chiara

Is there any way to import boards from Mural into Miro? Interested in switching/ migrating from Mural to Miro, but have been using Mural for a while and would obviously like to keep that work. Has anyone made the switch? Any other advice?

I am creating a large background that is locked. Students will work with sticky notes on top of the background materials. Since it is all locked, when learners click on it, intentionally or not, the bounding boxes / grey outlines, appear around every locked element. When these bounding boxes appear around text, usually the outline is right at the edge of the words, making it hard to read. Image 1is how it usually appears: I am referring to this as “tight” bounding box.tight bounding box, makes it less readableThen suddenly I noticed that some of my text boxes had a nice margin around the text. Hi there,can someone help? I somehow have set one specific board to start up, as soon as I get onto my Miro account. I want to change this, but I can not find this setting anymore 😕.Simon

It is a little bit difficult to finde a solution for my problem because two features have the same name.The grid of my board which can be shown or not and the Grid Widget which is like a table.I want change the size of the background grid (not the Grid Table), so that i have right sized squared A4 Format Paper.Right now the grid in a A4 Format is so huge and I want smaller ones like 5mm in compare to the A4 format.Is this possible?

Hi guys, I’m trying to get people from my website to join a brainstorming board on Miro where they can collaborate, but I notice that when they join in, they also have access to my dashboard and can create new boards. How can I restrict them to just the one board?

Hello,today some of our visitors got a message that their “Board access will expire in 24 hours” when trying to acces some of our boards. I read somewhere that the access has a hard timer that refreshes when a member uses the board, but these board are pretty frequented, so this shouldn’t be the case.Is this something new?

Locking items on charts allows me to quickly and precisely zoom into different elements on the board with dynamics transitions with just a double-click. But then people can see the grey outline. Please see attached video to see what I mean by the grey outlines.  

I just updated to a 2 team plan but in my dashboard account it still shows free account. Is this just a delay in the interface where i have to wait to implement? In any case i have send email to support team for this issue.

I would like to add more details on a process mapping. So, it would be really nice for me to click on the process title to access to the sub-processes. Is it possible to have this kind of button on Miro ?

I'm part of the education plan. If I make a board and don't share it, can the Admin still view it? Is there a way to create a completely private board?Regarding creating additional teams: Currently, I'm only on the education plan and can't create a free team. To set up another team beyond the educational one, I'd need to subscribe to a paid plan.

Bottom line. If icons or pictures could come with a built in text box below them that can be blank or filled in I’d be an extremely happy camper.  Is there a feature I’m missing? If not can I get this in as a feature request?--------------------------------I’m working hard to get adoption within our organization for using miro for problem solving through discussion mapping.  The folks are generally tech savvy but not sure that they are going to like learning something new.  This technique involves using simple icons like question mark, light bulb, minus, plus and “i”.  I’ve used many other graphical planning tools. The best one’s I’ve got attach a text box to whatever icon you’ve got. As I work with the group on the questions the whole process is constantly interrupted by having to for example grab a post it note, select or cut/paste a question mark, then group the question mark with your post-it, and only then being able to write your text.

I want to make a Miroverse templates using my brand fonts and color palette. Will this make it difficult for people to use the template it self?

I noticed a template in Miroverse that doesn’t adhere to a Creative Commons license (4.0 Attribution) for my original material, and have tried to contact the template creator to no avail. What possibilites do I have?

When i go to export my boards using the Best Quality option under Export PDF. Miro just sits there spinning away but doesn't actually export the files, has anyone come across this before? It works when I use the small file size option but the Best Quality option when I select it and say okay just sits there spinning!

Hi community, Since copy/pasting doesn’t include comments, what’s your workaround to import all work-related comments to other boards when you have lots of them with multiple replies? Over the years of using Miro, I’ve frequently ran into this issue when tidying up boards and looking back on it, I see that it discouraged me of doing proper centralization. Am I the only one running into this issue? It seems like this would be a core part of the workflow.
