Hello,

I created a MIRO board last month, however when I now view the board most of the information entered is no longer there.

I’ve tried restoring previous versions but they are also missing information.

Any assistance would be much appreciated.

As the next step, I recommend checking if any collaborators might have unintentionally deleted or moved content. You can also use the activity log to review actions taken on the board, which might provide more insights.

 

If the issue persists or you’re unable to recover the lost information, it may be best to contact Miro Support directly for further investigation. You can submit a support ticket here.

 

For faster assistance from the support team, kindly provide the following details when submitting your request:

  • Board name
  • Board URL link
  • Date and time when the board was created and last edited
