I am trying to copy some frames and other objects from one miro board to the other.  I am using Mac and use the Command C and Command V for copy/paste operations.

When I paste the objects in the new MIRO board, momentarily the objects appear as though they are pasted, then it disappears immediately no where to be seen.

I tried it couple of times with single object, multiple object, frames, texts, etc. The behaviour is the same.  has anyone experienced this? appreciate any suggestion.

Hi @Venky_nk,

Doesn’t sound okay to me. If this is still happening, could you please reach out to the Support team? They should be able to troubleshoot it.

What was the solution to this issue please?

I am also having this issue. What happened with this?

Hi @Adam Chasen!

Could you please submit a request to the Support Team and share more details about the issue? We’ll be happy to investigate it further!

If anyone still has this issue, here’s how I resolved it.

I copied a collection of items from one Miro board, navigated to another Miro board, and tried to paste the copied content into it. It would show up temporarily, and then disappear.

I thought maybe it was because I no longer had the other Miro board open, so I opened a new tab, opened the board I was copying from, copied the content again, then went into the tab that I wanted to copy the data to, and pasted it. It worked after doing this. So keep the board you’re copying from open and paste into a new tab with the board you copying to.

Hi @Arren Mund,

Saw your comment in the other thread. I appreciate your efforts in sharing what worked for you. This is really helpful for others who might experience the same issue.

Let us know if you encounter anything else in the future!
