Hi, i come from my another question where i added items to existing group. But i encountered not expected behaviour when fetching selected group. What i do:Select group of items and run my code (see bellow): Delete one item from this group via UI Select this group again. I can see, that counter of the items updated in UI Then i run my code wich triggers onClick()(thanks to @Mettin ): export async function checkGroupItems() { let selectedElements = await miro.board.getSelection(); if (selectedElements) { let group = await miro.board.getById(selectedElements[0].groupId); console.log(group); }} And i still get that deleted item in group.items Is this a bug or is it my code caches group in somewhere? I call my function from app.jsx<div className="cs1 ce12"> <a onClick={(event) => checkGroupItems()} className="button button-primary" > Check group items
My organization is using the Jira v9.4.9 (cloud) and for last few days we are not able to create or update Jira tickets in the Miro board. This feature was working perfectly last week.
the keyboard shortcuts should all be on either the right or left side of the keyboard as opposed to being name related (P for pen, T for text, etc.). this makes it very hard to operate one-handed. if my right hand is on the mouse, my left hand is on the left side of my keyboard. i don’t want to make my right hand leave the mouse nor drag my left hand to the right side of the keyboard.at the least, this shoudl be an option to choose from.
When you are selecting items to cluster them and move them across the board it works great.But when I select a new group/clustering, by default MIRO keeps my old selection ‘selected’ and tries to bundle it with my new selection.So I now have to press ESC, click somewhere, do my new selection and remind myself to always click somewhere before making a new group. Intuitively i would expect MIRO to forget my selection if I start making a new group (shift dragging post it together). Is the current way of working a feature or a bug?

Hi everyoneDoes anyone know how to migrate a Miro Board _incuding_ its Talktracks from one Miro Subscription (the client’s) to another Miro Subscription (the consultant’s)?Basically, I’ve recently finished developing a proof of concept educational programme for a client using Talktracks as audio walkthroughs on the various topics, and when I exported (from their plan) and imported (into my plan), everything was there except the Talktracks. Given this is it’s main selling point, it’d be great if I could get them too.Any ideas, anyone? Or is this a known limitation at this time and I’ll have to re-do all of the Talktracks on the restored version of the board in my plan?
I need help. When I go to share a board the EDIT option is shown for the team level and also with a public link, but it doesn't appear at the company level.I would like to block the public invitation and only leave the sharing with a link to the company's users who are in the domain listed in the settings and through SSO login.

Hello everyone,I have a reading note that I have written in markdown. I understand that Miro doesn’t support markdown yet, so I convert it to RTF or pdf so I can upload it to Miro, but the links in this RTF or pdf file inside Miro are not active, and clickable.I thought maybe to convert the original to HTML and upload it to Miro, but that’s impossible. Perhaps I can embed it through an iframe, but I don’t know how to do it.Any ideas?
I tried the UML template, I am just seeing shapes. Whether full UML support is there? How can i add package or class diagram?

Hello,this might be a silly question …I am trying to get line jumps to work but so far have no luck in doing so …I have tried them with existing and new boards (just to make sure) but no availI am selecting the line type , enable line jumps and been trying various shapes/options but none seem to work. How to upgrade from a year plan to a monthly?
I have an issue, when I open my Miro canvas, I only see a blank page because it doesn’t auto-focus a node. How do I fix that? I would like to focus a node of my choosing as starting/root node. Is it possible? I want to avoid the “blank page effect” when sharing canvases with customers.

I have created a Miro app and what pretty much does is that it creates Microsoft To Do Items from Miro Cards using the Graph API and specifically several Microsoft To Do Endpoints in there. My app makes use of both the Miro REST API and the Graph REST API by Microsoft. For both I need a client secret, a refresh token and an auth token to authenticate against these apis. My plan is to use service account on the Microsoft side and another service account on the Miro side (Or actually user accounts).Since the app is built using React and Typescript (As done in one of Miro´s tutorials) I have different options to store Auth Data. I of course don´t want to do that in plain text inside my application. How should I approach this? Should I use a database or a .env file? I am happy about any suggestions and answers. :)
I added in a Miroverse template and it came in so far away from all my other frames that it doesn’t show up on the mini map. Then to make things worse, the frame that had related content also separated from the group. I can see them when I flip between the frames on the side bar but it shows me there’s a lot of real estate between them. I tried to manually move the one frame and when I flip they do seem to be closer but I’ve been moving it for 15 minutes now. There’s got to be an easier way! I can’t seem to find anything about this problem in the community but I hope someone can help.
Wondering if anybody has come across any impressive world map pictures in their Miro travels (I'm specifically looking for map pics that preferably have the name of the countries along with their respective capitals) Perhaps something similar to the one used during virtual miro user groups
Dear there,I am new to Miro, and was studying the different plans, thought maybe Team plan fits my need. but was struggling to understand the concept of No. of Team members, e.g. 10 members, what does this 10 mean?does it mean, Miro will create 10 accounts for me? and then i share with my global team memebers? or does it mean in my Miro board, only 10 guests are allowed to join the discussion? and edit my boards? many thanks for your support. yoursTony
I loose connection every 15 seconds. The connection immediately restores the connection. This goes on for my entire session. It’s very frustrating. Where do I start to troubleshoot?
Hi, am sure this is just a setting somewhere!I’ve been made a Miro admin yesterday and noticed that one ‘Free’ licence user in our organisation has managed to make themselves a ‘Full’ licence user, then done the same for for 7 other ‘Free’ members. This has taken us over our licence allocation. I can’t work out how they did it? Any ideas please for an admin newbie greatly appreciated! 😊
Can the width of the leftsidebar opened using the "openLeftSidebar" method be changed to something other than 340px? It seems that you can change the width as an option, but when I try it, it doesn't work. https://developers.miro.com/docs/web-plugins-features#render-custom-views
Could it be possible to lock a Shape’s proportion, but still allow it to be freely moved around the board? Thanks - Scott
