Hello! Please help me to solve the problem.Every time I put a sticker, text, a picture etc. on the board, it swithes to selection mode (?). I mean erlier I could put an object on the board and immediately start moving around the board using the left button of my mouse.Now every time I put an object on the board the left button of the mouse became “select”. And I can move around the board using the right button of the mouse only.It’s uncomfortable to switch “select” off every time. How can I remove this function?

Although I assisted (mostly to the first of the three days), I knew that recordings of the event would be precious. Please, who may be able to tell us more about accessibility to these recordings ? Hi everyone Fan of Miro here. We’re trying to wireframe in Miro, and while most of the components are ok.The scrollbar is often very buggy.Once you set the size, you can no longer select it, unless you reload the whole page. Steps to reproduce:Add a scrollbar (wireframe → search for “scroll”) resize the scrollbar try to select the scrollbarExpected resultAt (3), should be able to select the scrollbar, and drag handles appear when mouse overing the scrollbar edges Actual resultAt (3), can’t select the scrollbar at all. Workround, attach another component (e.g. arrow) to the scrollbar. It’s always the same behaviour. Anyone else run into this issue?
Hello!I frequently used the CRTL+D to duplicate sticky notes (which would copy the sticky note and the text in it). As of today, when I try to do this, it only duplicates the sticky note but the text is not duplicated. Has anyone else experienced this? Any tips on how to fix it?
Hello. I’m trying to make miro → discord integration and I need to setup webhook to get updates from miro board to notify people on discord about certain events. Is it currently possible (couldn’t find any webhook mention in Miro API)?Is there any plans to add webhooks to Miro API in near future? My team is currently migrating from Trello to Miro and this is the only inconvenience we’ve met that we can’t move our discord notifications system from Trello to Miro.
I am working with my students on a Miro board, and I want to create a frame for each student. I want to rename these frames with the student names, is there a way to do this quickly? (30+ students)
HelloI know I can manually import Jira into Miro or create Jira directly with Miro.But is there a way to find a newly created Jira (withJira) in a Miro Board just by updating Miro.Like for example a result of a JQL request which would directly add the jira task in visualization in Miro.Assignee = “Toto” and Status = “Open” for example And when Toto was assignee on a jira (withjira) we can actualize it directly in Miro.Thx in advance
How can I create a personal board? Since I was added to a team, I cannot see mu previous boards, and I just can create boards inside the team. Also, if I try to create a new team (just to move to another workspace) but that requires a premium plan. So, since I was added to a team I’ve lost my boards, and cannot figure out how to create a personal draft of something.
I used the “align child nodes” feature and when I started moving stuff around the whole mind map went bonkers crazy. Can’t untangle it without stuff moving even more. Is there a way to undo the alignment?

Hi,I’m a game designer and I want to use miro because I’m stating to go freelance. I use it with other studio I work with and it works like a charm but I can’t create my own free team right now.I saw that for me to create my own free team (I have no money to put in miro atm), I would have to quit all teams I’m in. But I don’t want that, I’m working with these studios AND I want my own free team that I might expand later if I can afford it.Why can’t I do that ?I saw a lot of people complaining about that, complaining about the pushy way to make people pay and I don’t have an issue with have something paid, I just don’t understand the false publicity about free account and use of miro. At the moment I can’t, so maybe if you fix this issue I’ll come back. Thanks.
Today, when I try to modify a diagram, I noticed that I can not move an image or a basic shape in other custom shapes, like AWS shapes. This was possible before. An example will be add an image inside an AWS VPC shape. When I try it will not add it or if it was on the page will move it back to the original position.
I haven’t had any issues exporting a high quality PDF until today. Now it says ‘Sorry, something went wrong while generating the PDF document’. I found the support article and restarted, tried another board, web/app, etc… but nothing seems to work. Exporting images work fine.

I’ve shared a board with the work account, duplicated it in the work account, and then deleted the personal account.However, the duplicated board disappeared from the work account. A massive f-up on my end! How can I recover it?
Hi Brilliants!I use a Miro board as Library for E-&Audiobooks - Images of covers work are linked to dropbox files that can be downloaded.How can I set this up so that people(with just the board-link) cannot edit but still access the links? This seems not possible with Edit nor View-only rights - either they can edit everything(not desirable) or they can’t click the links(which is the purpose of this library!) ‘Public Library’ - How to set this up so that people with the board link can place their own covers linked to cloud-files, but cannot edit the links of others?Would be really grateful for your feedback! ;-) Big thanks!
I accidentally clicked no access to all team members on a Miro Board share. The board is completely gone even for myself and I created it.Please tell me there is a way to get it back?!
Miro does not render all draw lines on miro app is I zoom out. Basically I am trying to leave all the draw expressions on the board if I zoom out help.

Hello,I held a workshop today and used the “Brainwriting” template. However, I added more columns and removed some rows.I created four identical layouts with 8 columns and 4 rows. Then I added frames around them to be able to hide the layouts we hadn’t worked on yet.However, when the participants joined, as soon as someone clicked in their sticky note, the whole layout greyed out and no one could write in their sticky note. Instead we had to add new sticky notes on top of the ones I had already placed there.I tried to unlock the frames with no luck.Does anyone know why? We are on the Enterprise plan.
I’m relatively new to Miro. I like Present mode that allows me to cycle through frames as “slides”. In a Zoom meeting, I select Share Screen, and pick the Miro browser window. I enter “Present” mode in Miro… Participants are still seeing the full board, not the slide I’m presenting.How can I get the Miro presentation visible to Zoom participants via Share Screen?
When I select Epic Link in the card configuration, it’s pulling through the Jira reference rather than the Epic Name. Epic Name cannot be used as that is a field used in Epics, not other Jira types.What I want it to display is as it does in Jira, if you look at the Epic Link on a Jira it displays the name of the Epic not the Jira reference (which unless you really know your Epics will mean nothing to you!). It looks like it’s using the JQL version of the Epic logic - i.e. “ AND Epic = “Title of my Epic” gets changed in a JQL to “AND Epic = AAA-1234” (or whatever your Jira reference is). What I’m seeing on Miro is AAA-1234 (for example) which is useless to me.Am I doing something wrong, or is this how it’s configured?
Hi,I have a table in my google sheet which fits nicely in a portrait ‘print’ view, but when I upload this to my Miro board it defaults to a landscape with lots of blank columns and then other rows now only visible if user clicks through to other pages.Can I change this, so that the view of the table is driven by my print settings in google sheet or have a way to change this within Miro itself.ThanksW
