I can login but then it loops perpetually on Firefox

Same problem here, disabled any ad blocking features, still ended up in a perpetual loop.

I’m having a very similar problem in Firefox 124.0.1 (64-bit) on Windows, images never load. I get the gray boxes that indicate pictures are loading but they never do.

Hi @pbausch

Sorry to hear you’re having trouble logging in.

Here’s a step that we’ve found usually works: Open a "Private" window in the Firefox browser, login to Miro and see if things load and work normally. If so, then clear the cache & cookies in the Firefox browser to help resolve the issue. I hope this helps!

Hello @ElvaMiro ,

I am still having this issue after clearing cookies, trying private browser, and disabling all ad blockers.

Hi @Andrew Gonzales

Thanks for updating us!

Based on my replication, I was able to use Miro in Firefox. Among all the steps you’ve taken - clearing cookies, trying private browser, and disabling all ad blockers, could you also check if the issue persists after trying these out:

  1. If you use VPN, try switching it off/on
  2. Switch to another browser
  3. Try a different network
  4. Test it on a second device

If the issue persist, submit a request and send your browser console logs to Support.

Thanks @Eca ,

No VPN is enabled, it does launch in other browsers (safari), it persists at my office and home wifi, and I think I have had this issue on my home Mac in addition to my office macbook. The link you sent does not allow for my to upload files but I contacted them and saved the HAR and console files as requested.

Best,

Andrew
