I need to create a private, password-protected board where visitors (who do not have a Miro account) can join anonymously to write on and add Sticky Notes and use Voting dots, for a meeting activity.It's meant to be a live, virtual, confidential space so that all users can visibly see what people are writing in real-time, but cannot know the author of comments. This is likely a one-time event.Question #1: If I upgrade my free account to a Starter paid-level, will I have all the functionality to do this?Question #2: Could you provide me with the specific settings I would need to enable on this new board for my use case, described above? And, any other tips or considerations?Thank you so much!

I tried to pay for this month but that message appeared again and again. I have money on my account. What should I do? 

I had a Miro subscription a few years ago. I don't use it much anymore, so I switched to the free version. Despite that, I was charged $220.75 even though my account shows as free. I contacted my financial institution to report that I did not make the purchase. I haven't opened the invoice PDF, but it lists a number. How can I contact customer service?  Has this ever happened to anyone?

i got charged for 20 Dollars on MIRO after MONTHS without using it and im on a FREE account, i dont have any subscription plan … i cant remove my credit card information because the platform wont let me, cant delete te account/team cos it says that i ill be charged anyway and that my information will still be on the system! Wtf is that? some kind of scam?! i want a refund and i want all my information removed from the system… just cant trust this service anymore, i want to terminate my account also.

I am having an issue where all my board’s names are messed up. 

I have a free version of Miro for my team at work, and it is saying I am unable to make anymore edits because I have reached my edits limit. No one else at my job has had this issue, and they have made many more edits than I have on my board. Any way around this?

For the past couple of days, every time I try to unpin the Diagramming Shapes icon and pin the Upload icon instead, everything resets as soon as I log back in. Please fix this issue — I’m about to lose my mind.  

Hello, my Miro Business subscription is expired, there are no pending invoices, and I cannot delete the saved card from billing. Please remove my payment method from the team and confirm that no further charge attempts will be made.

I use miro boards when teaching my classes.  I present the boards during the class session and use my tablet to write free hand examples on the boards.  This last week, I haven’t been able to write on the boards on my tablet while presenting.  The tools are not visible on my tablet.  I can see them on the browser on the computer, but not on my tablet anymore.  Was there an update that took away this functionality?  Is there a something I can do to get this back?  Any suggestions?

Hi, I am a grad student at Princeton and would like to use student plan to collaborate on research better. hey everyone,quick question for folks building products with signup / auth flows (especially with otp or email verification)how are you currently testing these flows end-to-end?i’ve been running into a bunch of flaky issues while testing:emails arriving late (like 3–5s randomly) wrong otp getting picked when retries happen tests passing locally but failing in CImocking works for basic cases, but it doesn’t really catch real-world issues around delivery timing or parsingrecently i started trying a different approach — running tests against real email flows and tracking things like when the email arrives, otp extraction, delays etc. it made debugging a lot clearer, but i’m curious how others are handling thisare you guys:fully mocking in CI? using tools like mailosaur/mailtrap? or testing against real providers?would love to hear what’s working (and what’s been painful)if helpful, this is roughly what i’ve been experimenting with:https://www.freecustom.email/api  curious to learn from ot

We are currently using the Education Plan. However, even though the board is set to public and shared accordingly, users who access it are being counted as full-license users. As a result, we are unable to share it with more than 100 people. Could you advise on how to resolve this issue?

HiSometimes when I am writing on a board, the pencil suddenly stops writing. Earlier I thought that it was because of the pencil’s low battery because when I took another pencil, I was able to continue writing (maybe the correct term is ‘stylus’ instead of pencil?).But today one of my pupils had the same problem on her iPad. Writing in GoodNotes worked fine though. So we used an alternative for Miro and worked there.  Do you know that problem?

I am a higher secondary student. I am preparing for joint entrance examination. I have a school email id but I don’t have access to school email I’d and I can’t submit the application using my personal email id. I need it urgently. Can you please look into this matter?

It says that i have to have permisson from the admin team (my self) but i dont get the email.Im ending my work here, so the following email (valerie.benavides@luroy.kommune.no) is gonna get deactivated today.
