I had not logged-in to Miro for about a year or so. Now my account looks like a blank slate. All my boards are missing. I looked at this, but I don’t think that is it.

Intelligent Widgets add new functionality to your Miro canvas to make meetings more efficient and automate repetitive tasks. There have been many instances of Ctrl+v leading to the “Sorry, this file type is not supported” message. But when manually clicking the paste button after right click it does work so the file type is clearly not the problem. For some reason when clicking paste from the right-click menu it gives this additional button with paste again. Whatever this is needs to preferably get automated or at least also become a thing for using the Ctrl+v shortcut.This has happened for plenty of things but for replication purposes one example is .webp images.
How do I bulk invite members to a team. I have a list of email adresses in excel.
I use Miro almost daily and I like it, thanks for this cool plattform.However I find it difficult to provide new ideas to you guys. Today I searched for it and found it after 10 minutes somewhere small in the settings. A possible solution would be to make it more visible and direcly accessible in the Miro App. For example with a direct link to this wish List.I think you could collect even more amazing ideas, because more people would know about this.
Hi everyone,My Miro board turns into a grey screen after a few minutes of not using it. I exit the app, start it again and I can work again. But as soon as I switch to another app and come back a few minutes later there is again a grey screen. Repeat…. Any suggestions?Best,Jan
Some mind mapping tools like Ayoa are so powerful. You can add images directly to the main node or children. In Miro, we can't add images to nodes directly. We can just add them to the board and it is not useful. Because of that, we can not align pictures together with nodes by your perfect align button. We have to re-arrange the images again and again. Please add this feature to your perfect app. Thanks in advance.
Miro has icons for some very big open source projects, but there are so many icons of important projects missing. I was adding them always individually, but the last time I wanted to use an icon for some search engines and found out, that there no icons for elastic search, no icon for meilisearch and also no icon for typesense. I think it would be very beneficial to add icons for more open source projects or give them an easy way to add it to Miro. Miro itself is based on the shoulders of so much open source work. It would be just fair to provide a proper collection of open source icons for all customers.

I am using the free account and created a team to share with a few colleagues. All the boards show me (not the team) as the owner, and I believe they were all created before I set up the team.I’d like to upgrade my account without paying to upgrade every team member. My plan is to delete the team and just share the individual boards with my colleagues who have their own free accounts. I found out how to delete the team, but I see the following warning:“By leaving the team, you will lose access to all its boards.Deleting the team will irreversibly remove all its boards and disband users.”I want to make sure these boards don’t get deleted. How do I tell if the boards are part of the team versus my own account? I see that boards can be exported, but I don’t have the ability to do that with my free account. Any advice on how to proceed is appreciated. It’s annoying that Miro doesn’t make this easier, since I’m actually trying to get a paid license.
How can I find boards to which I was given links without adding me to the team? For example, early on, I could see them in recent, but now I only see boards in my teams. Where did the boards that were sent to me via the guest link go?
I like to work with the Board History, to check what my colleagues worked on or to restore something which got deleted.However I find it difficult to read it. Especially when someone moved a Frame with many items inside. The Board History is becoming a long list of every item inside which has been “changed”, even though only the position changed and not the context. A possible solution would be to shorten the list especially in this case. To summarise it to “Frame xy has been moved”.
How do I add a private template to the tool list?

Last week, I created an education account on Miro. During the week, I made two boards myself and edited two shared ones. However, today none of the boards were available in my account. I suddenly had to create a team, but this didn’t work. I deleted my account to see if I could access my boards with a new account, but that didn’t work either. How can I solve this, and is it possible to recover my boards from my previous account?
Currently, retrieving information from an earlier version of a board requires restoring the entirety of a previous board--just to see what's there. I would love to be able to select a single element (say a sticky note), access the ellipses menu, and see a full history of the element's lifetime (inception, individual edits) at a glance--allowing me to quickly review and rescue previous versions of its content.This would save a huge amount of time for situations where you don't know precisely when a change was made (most of the time).
Would love to be able to export cards to excel IN SEQUENCE. They currently export all data elements but the cards are all out of order. Would be nice to also have field headings. Would love to be able to export cards, in sequence, directly to Smartsheet. Currently only sticky notes can be migrated to SS, but that will only give you 1 column on the sheet.
I’m on the free plan and had multiple boards in my account - owned by myself and others, haven’t touched them in a month and they’re all gone now. Think there were only 3 editable boards and others in read-only. Can’t afford to lose a few of those. What are my options to have them recovered?
Dear Community,Three days ago my boards stopped loading. Loading the dashboard is ok, but when I click on a board I get the Miro logo on hard rotation and nothing loads. I have tried trouble shooting inc clearing my browsing cache but no luck. For what it is worth I notice my three boards are greyed out on the dashboard page. This could be a coincidence.Hope someone can help.Lex
When I start moving using the scroll bar, I often get stuck in scroll mode and the board just scrolls upp or down depending of mouse movement. The only way of geting out of this mode is accessing a tool in the tool box, typically I create a Post-IT and the scrolling stops.
Hi All!Since this day the Mini-Map feature is missing on my Boards. According to the Chat-Bot it may be a Bug. As it is an important feature I often use, Has anyone else come across the same problem?
So i just got this applepencil for my 11 inch ipad pro 6th gen .However when i try to use the pen on the online version of miro it wont work only finger will. I draw something and soon as i lift of the screen with my pen it goes away .Is there a fix for this
Miro was glitching since yesterday and I’ve been having to constantly refresh it. This morning I came to find that it deleted all my content within one of my boards! I have things due today with that content and am kind of freaking out.
“Spaces” (former projects) are not working in my education plan (if I click on them they do not react at all, means not showing the boards in this space)? Are there limits in the number of spaces with an education plan … are there technical problems with the new spaces? Whom can I ask this question?Thanks for your help,Martin
Hi, i'm using starter account, My boards are working well on Google cCrome, but one of the board is missing when I'm on my Windows app.I can see board is there, but when I open the board it looks empty.Did anyone experienced that before please?
