I am reaching out because I understand that Miro provides support to Ukrainian users affected by the war, including access to free subscriptions. I would be very grateful if I could be considered for this support.I have been teaching English on a volunteer basis for the past two years, and Miro has become an important part of my teaching routine. It would be nice to be able to search all sticky notes with a tag and align them within a frame e.g. Parkinglot. At the end of a workshop the team could align all parkinglot ideas, all future tasks, just do its…… into their frames.

Account Split Error After Student Reverification

Hello Miro Community Team. My student account recently expired, and I just completed the reverification process. However, the system has split my email into two duplicate profiles and created a completely fresh workspace. I am locked out of my original team's boards. When I click my original board link, it says 'No Access' and asks the owner for permission. Because I am stuck in this broken state, I cannot access the in-product support form. Could a community moderator please manually convert this thread into a support ticket so the backend team can transfer my board ownership back to me? Thank you!

Currently, the REST API v2 has no way to programmatically create a board from a Miro template (either built-in gallery templates or custom team templates).The only workaround is PUT /v2/boards?copy_from={board_id}, which requires the caller to have access to the source board's team and satisfy its copyAccess policy.This makes it impractical for scenarios where a central team maintains a template and distributed users need to instantiate it independently.A dedicated endpoint (e.g. POST /v2/boards with a from_template parameter, or a separate POST /v2/templates/{id}/instantiate) would allow teams to publish reusable board templates that API consumers can instantiate without needing direct access to the source board or its owning team.This is a common pattern in other collaboration tools (e.g. Confluence page templates, Jira project templates).Use case: we maintain a complex workshop board template (100+ frames, stickies, images, diagrams) that field consultants need to instantiate per en

[RESOLVED] Bug: "Choose a team" dropdown won't select when non-owners try to duplicate a board (Free plan)

Hi Miro team,I'm having a recurring issue trying to let other people duplicate one of my boards into their own accounts.Context:- I'm on the Free plan and I'm the board owner.- I share the board link with my students so they can click "Duplicate/Copy" and create their own copy (this always worked before).Problem:- When I (the owner) click to copy, the "Copy board to account" modal only shows a name field and a "Share with the same people" checkbox — no team field. The copy works fine.- When my students (external accounts, not part of my team) click the same link and try to copy, the modal shows an extra "Choose a team" field with a dropdown that says "Choose". This dropdown won't open / won't let them select any option, and without choosing a team the "Copy" button doesn't proceed.- This happens with several different students, different accounts.- Tested on more than one device/browser (tablet and desktop with Microsoft Edge) — same behavior every time.- The students already have an a

We would like to embed a notion page within Miro, much like how Google Docs are embeddable, and editable. For now, we would have to embed either a link which takes the user off the Miro (and suffers from being not that high-bandwidth, i.e. its hard to know what the Notion link is going to). OR, we can copy the data into Miro. However, Notion’s tools for tables and some other content arrangement tools are quite nice, so it would be great if Notion → Miro embedding was supported.

Desktop app keeps logging out (Windows 11)

As the titles states, I use the Miro desktop app, and it (almost always) stays logged in if I use it very frequently, but if I don’t use it for a day or 2, it logs me out and I have to sign back in, which is a minor annoyance, but an annoyance nonetheless.This has happened on my previous pc, my current pc, and my current pc after I reinstalled Windows (for unrelated reasons, but noted that that still was an issue)

Twitter/X links currently show up in Miro as plain text links, unlike links from YouTube and many other major websites that automatically generate a proper preview. Even using the Embed tool doesn’t seem to produce an actual X post preview.The suggested workaround of taking a screenshot of the post and manually linking the image back to X works, but it’s pretty cumbersome for something that should ideally happen automatically.It would be great if pasting a Twitter/X link into a Miro board could generate a native preview/embed of the post, including the post text, author, media when available, and a link back to the original post.This would make collecting research, references, social posts, and inspiration in Miro much smoother.

I can link to boards, but not the Team (the landing screen for the Team is the one that says “Boards in this team...”)When on a Team landing page the URL is always “https://miro.com/app/dashboard/” irrespective of what Team you currently have selected.Linking to a board means the user ends up looking at a specific board instead of the Team landing page, and clicking e.g. the “miro” name/link takes you to the last team you manually selected rather than the team for the board you were just looking at …. And as another wish list poster put it:Would love to see the ability to have a link to a Team space so I can point someone in that direction and they can see all the boards for that team
