Hi there, Now you have the switching between teams. However, it’s related only to the teams inside of the one profile. In my specific case, I use two profiles: one is work-related, and the second one is personal. The solution I find right now is to work with the professional profile in the Mac OS app, while for personal needs, I use the browser version. It works, but it’s not a perfect option. Sometimes, when I need to copy-paste some of my templates from the board in one profile to the board in another - I struggle because it’s just impossible to do. The reference here can be Slack with the team spaces that can be joined with different emails. Thanks! Best regards, Egor Kurguzov.

Hi,I have two questions about the JIRA-Integration I unfortunately can’t test for myself right now but they should be easy two answer for someone using it already. 😊Is there a way to restrict who can import JIRA-Tickets to a Miro-Board? Ideally only owners of the board should be allowed to import JIRA-Tickets to their boards since only they can see who has access to the board imo. How many fields can be displayed in the preview of the JIRA-cards? Since the preview of the JIRA cards has no authorization-requirements I hope the view is somehow restricted.Thanks in advance!Nils
Hey, I got shared Miro board URL with me, and I can open it in my browser. But I cannot find any option in Miro’s Windows App to open there this board from URL. Is it even possible, or for URL-shared boards I can view them only via Webbrowser?
Hello! One of my students cannot open the Miro. He has Android(Oppo), downloaded app, and that’s what it shows. How can we solve this problem? He tried to join by tablet, but it shows only white screen. When I join by my phone, everything is okay. But only he cannot join.
Hi, I have Miro free plan. I would like to be able to manage the boards and make them view only by myself. The current behavior where the last board becomes of you only after the limit of three is very annoying and impractical. Is there a way to manually move the board to view only?
Organizing boards in projects works fine, but it’s not enough when you want to use Miro as a serious archive for ideas, project documentation and company knowledge. I observe that if there are more than 5-7 elements per directory, it becomes less and less usable. Every single initiative we start, creates 2-5 boards. And it’s just one initiative in one of our products. Without directories, project view becomes a mess and is completely unusable. For me, it’s absolutely essential to maintain a basic structure of our knowledge and lack of directories is a significant blocker. I think especially nowadays, when the whole world works remotely, there’ll be more and more boards that will desire the comfort of a cosy directory. :)

I encountered a frustrating situation with Miro. There is an unauthorized charge on my CC for $192 - (I’m sure $16/12 for a Miro subscription -business plan). I would like to be refunded immediately. I am not pleased that I have to submit this form to a community to get a refund for an unauthorized charge.
I would love the ability to group things to mind map nodes. I have a giant tree of ideas, and if I could attach photos to the leaf nodes it would make it much more accessible. I can add photos and stickies now, but of course they remain in place when I move the node they are describing. I wouldn’t need the mind-map code to organize its spacing based on grouped items, I can do that myself, but just having the ability to attach items to a mind-map node would open up a whole new way of using the feature. for your consideration, Thanks ! in the planner board when the filter issue type is selected and you want to check which issue types to view, it says no results matching. The filter appears to be correct in Jira & this isn’t working for multiple teams.
Something happened to exactly 1 of my boards. I can`t see my content, although I see on the board map that it`s there. It shows on the map but the navigation is weird and everything seems to be invisible. What is it? I have tried doing it with Safari, Chrome & Mobile app - nothing helps.
I have, due to separation of job, consulting mandates and other projects, worked with different email addresses (different accounts) for using miro.Last summer I have created 2 large boards for myself which I haven’t used since then. Now I struggle to open them again. I am not sure which account this was about and the boards are not shown in miro anymore.I managed to retrieve the links to those 2 boards but when trying to access them the message is that I am not the owner (with that account). So, I request access and get the massage “Request has been sent” but on none of my email accounts I get this request message. How can this happen? Where are these requests being sent to? How can I claim ownership and open my boards again?
In other tools, such a Sketch and Figma, at least for the purposes of prototyping / wire-framing you can create a “base object” and then as many virtual copies of that object as you want. All virtual copies are updated if you update the base component. So take as a crude example, I make an orange circle. I then make 5 virtual copies of the orange circle to use in my whiteboard. I then decide to make it a green triangle. I change the base one, and all instances update as well. Is this possible in Miro at present? Thanks!

Good morning Miro Community,today I was wondering if you consider integrating Microsoft Planner with the Miro Planner?I know this topic was already discussed 3 years ago and it seems to have lost traction with your development team. I would like to push this topic once again to the desk as I believe this is something that will provide great value to many organizations that are working with Microsoft 365.Just to give you an example: With our innovation team we are planning backlogs with several teams pre-development in Microsoft Planner. JIRA on the other hand is best used during development. But as Miro is a lot focused on the planning phase of products I believe an integration of other backlog planning tools like MS Planner would be a great addition to your product. In order to anonymize the notes that participants made on the board, so that no one - not even someone using a live camera - can tell which note is from whom, I would like to do the following:set the board into private mode (already works) let the people write their notes privately (already works) mix the privatly written notes on the boards randomly needed function! uncover the notes (already works)
Hello, I’m working on my first board and made everything too large at first. I found it easy to select all objects and shrink them all down together, however, the original font size is not shrinking along with the objects. I can’t figure out a way to adjust the font size of multiple objects at once. Does anyone have any ideas for how this might be accomplished? Many thanks!
Hi, after the holidays I lost access to a table I created in my own board. The table is greyed out and there is a text saying “You do not have permission to view this data”. This does not make sense to me, as I am the board owner, created the table myself in this very Miro-Board. When I click on “Request Access” no Email is sent to my Mail-Account. Is there a way to recover access to the Table?
Hi Miro Community,I'm a teacher and I'm interested in using Miro to facilitate group work in my classroom. I'd like to divide my class into 5 groups and have each group work independently on their own boards, without being able to see what the other groups are doing. Once the groups are finished working, I'd like to be able to make the entire board visible to everyone.Is this possible in Miro?
