Hello All,I have an issue with the cells resize feature.I typically use tables and a combination of different shapes. I select the cell resize MANUAL setting and I use the CTRL key to resize when necessary; however once this is done I cannot change that cell anymore (hence column and row) even if I remove the cell. I would need the flexibility of doing so.Can you help?Thanks alot
I was wondering if anyone else has run into this issue where the laptop (mine is a workstation laptop) has its cooling fans running continuously on high whenever Miro is running (either on app or especially in browser). It doesn’t matter how big or small the board, all I need to do is keep the app or the browser version open (even in the background) and wait a few mins to hear the cooling fans running at peak speed. Is this a bug or an issue with inefficient code causing poor handling of system resources? The same issue also seems to cause system crashes when Miro is opened while a cad application is also running (SolidWorks) simultaneously.

I need specific help. Going to run on online design thinking workshop for 25 pax from different companies. My question is this. I will be using breakout rooms on zoom with 4/5 pax in each room where they will each take turns to share their design challenge and get the other group members to brainstorm on it. How would this work?do they all need individual accounts? do I set up different boards for all 25 of them?

Hello community, I'm using MIRO extensively during the past year and never had this issue. One particular board is now uneditable for me. It would not zoom in and out and I cannot select elements on it. The board has appr. 40 members. All of them can access is and work with it, but I cannot. All my other MIRO boards (tried at least 20) are working. I applied all advices: restarted, cleaned browsing history and cookies, used different browsers, uploaded older versions, uploaded back ups - nothing worked. My zoom in/zoom out functionality on this board is not working. And then it goes black. Any other ideas? Oh, and yes, I am a paid user.Many thanks, Boryana

Hi everyone, I see this question has been posed in the past but apparently there wasn’t a surefire fix. When I try to log into my Miro account or access a Miro board the Miro logo continues to show loading, but nothing else happens. I can’t access any of my Miro boards. Please help!
During a product increment (PI) planning, this is a need to vote on the plan. We have used Miro twice and on both occasion, some participants were not able to vote.This is either a bug on the voting app or there must be a limit on how any people can vote.Has anyone else experienced this issue?How can we get help when this issue re-occurs?We had couple of hundred people on the PI planning meeting.

Hi I m an architectWe often have video calls sharing our screen to share floor plans.The best situation is that we can write on the document anytime when we want like in the face to face meeting.I believe that Miro has a good potential about it.However When I upload the PDF on the board,Even if I zoom in the whole page the resolution is still blurry. like on the picture. the resolution becomes High only if I zoom in in detail in the pdf as below. It is very fustrating for some generation in this industry to zoom in to get High resolution and zoom back during the call.Is it a programing issue? or settings or, is there a way to show high resolution even when we zoom back.
I’ve been diving into the help docs and it seems that all of the responses on this topic are years old. I am running a group coaching program and I want to give my Miro board as a template for my customers to work with. It would be awesome if some of it could be locked and then some parts are editable but at a minimum just an easy way for me to share and then they can start using. The help docs say there is this duplicate button but that button does not show up for me or any of my customers so I’m guessing that doesn’t exist any more and now there is the Miroverse but I don’t want this template to be publicly available. Any help would be welcome.

Hello, We use Miro for our retros and make use of the timer function but we’re finding ourselves stopping the timer manually before it runs out because the sound it makes is just too loud.Is there any way to adjust it or if not, could this be implemented? Thank you

We’re trying to wireframe in Miro, and while most of the components are ok.The scrollbar is often very buggy.Once you set the size, you can no longer select it, unless you reload the whole page. Steps to reproduce:Add a scrollbar (wireframe → search for “scroll”) resize the scrollbar try to select the scrollbarExpected resultAt (3), should be able to select the scrollbar, and drag handles appear when mouse overing the scrollbar edges Actual resultAt (3), can’t select the scrollbar at all. Workround, attach another component (e.g. arrow) to the scrollbar. HelloI know I can manually import Jira into Miro or create Jira directly with Miro.But is there a way to find a newly created Jira (withJira) in a Miro Board just by updating Miro.Like for example a result of a JQL request which would directly add the jira task in visualization in Miro.Assignee = “Toto” and Status = “Open” for example And when Toto was assignee on a jira (withjira) we can actualize it directly in Miro.Thx in advance
How can I create a personal board? Since I was added to a team, I cannot see mu previous boards, and I just can create boards inside the team. Also, if I try to create a new team (just to move to another workspace) but that requires a premium plan. So, since I was added to a team I’ve lost my boards, and cannot figure out how to create a personal draft of something.
I used the “align child nodes” feature and when I started moving stuff around the whole mind map went bonkers crazy. Can’t untangle it without stuff moving even more. Is there a way to undo the alignment?
