My organization is using the Jira v9.4.9 (cloud) and for last few days we are not able to create or update Jira tickets in the Miro board. This feature was working perfectly last week.

I just did a test am able to create an issue in my Jira Software cloud project from a Miro board using the Jira Cards app - I am also to create a new Jira synced card object on a Miro board from my cloud project.

Out of curiosity, on which page in a Jira cloud project where you able to see the version?

I will be opening the ticket with the support team to resolve the issue.

BTW, I picked up the version from the “About Jira” popup.

We’ve noticed our Jira tickets are not updating status either. Is there a way to check in on the status of this bug, or do I need to create a support ticket as well?
