Hi!Miro used to offer some great “getting started” resources for people who have never been on a Miro board. Tutorials to practice doing basic things like navigating on a board, writing text, adding a sticky note, or adding a shape. You could watch the instructions and then practice the skills.It’s been a while since I shared resources like this with new users and none of my old links work anymore. I’ve been searching in the Academy and the help database and cannot find anything that is designed for this entry-level user to help them feel more assured in using a board. Because Miro is super intuitive - only once you’ve learned how to use it. The resources I’m finding that are for “getting started” are about creating and designing your own boards and upselling the AI features.Does anyone have practical resources to share with new guest users who may be technologically hesitant or unfamiliar with using much beyond basic word processing and browsing online?Thanks in advance for your help.

Hi, I’ve been using the Miro MCP connector well for the past week or so and today I’m getting this error code. Is anyone else getting this? Does the Miro team have an update on this? 

Hey, i used this video conferencing tool called Butter.us. absolutely loved it and found out that miro acquired it, and for some reason stopped it?! I got a pro version of miro to be able to access the video conferencing here but it isnt the experience that butter provided. how and when do i access the product butter built? @mirosupport

Hi, I started with free plan and upgraded. Then the board that I used for free plan dissapered from my home screen. I shared the free plan board with others, so I can still see via the link. However I would like to see all in one place rather than click the link. Please let me know how to change it. 

Hello,I’ve noticed that I have been charged a monthly business subscription fee for Miro, even though I do not recall ever subscribing or making any payment.When I checked my account settings, there is no billing or subscription tab available, so I’m unable to verify or cancel anything from my side.Could you please help me understand: Why I am being charged Which account or subscription this charge is linked to How I can cancel it and request a refund if applicable This situation is quite concerning, so I would appreciate your prompt assistance.Thank you.

Hi, I need help trying to restore boards for my account. I carelessly deleted a team without understanding it would delete my boards as well. Can I still recover all the boards associated with my account? Thank you

My Miro board won’t load correctly and continually says it’s offline. The board toolbar won’t display and I can’t copy any of the content on the board or duplicate the board. I’ve tried multiple browsers, hard refresh, clearing the cache, restarting the Miro app and I’ve shared with colleagues/private mode. No joy.I don’t know how to bring it back without loosing all the content on there. 

Starting Monday, 3/16/2026, can no longer format specific text within a cell in a Grid component in Miro - the formatting control bar will NOT display to choose formatting options when selecting/highlighting specific partial text in a given column/cell; the control bar is now only available to apply for the entire cell contents. Anyone else encounter this or suggestions/workarounds? 

I have Miro’s MCP server setup internally and it has been working great for weeks, but suddently today the app credentials are being invalidated every couple hours.  I would love to know a fix as it crashes our internal bot for every call to it.

Hi, I reduced the number of members from 10 to 3, but it still shows 10. I’m trying to get a subscription for 3 people, but the system is trying to charge me for the 10 members I previously deleted. Please advise.

I have imported some SVGs ans saved them as a shape pack. When I pull one onto the board, it places the text underneath the image. I’d like the text to be displayed in the middle/center horizontallt/vertically as a default. I can’t even manually change the location of the text. Please advise on how this might be achieved.

A number of AWS icons/elements have turned invisible on multiple diagrams.  You can select and move the icons, but they remain invisible.  I have tried to move them to front.  I have duplicated them and the copy is also invisible.  I have tried to ‘switch type’ to another type, and it works, but it is still invisible.  I have duplicated the diagram, still invisible.  I have tried incognito mode and a different browser.  I have tried a hard reset on the diagram.  I have toggled hardware acceleration.  I have cleared my browser cache/storage.  Nothing seems to work. It is not all AWS icons, just some of them.One oddity, I can change the color, and the icon shows up with the selected color.  Typically, any color changes of an AWS icon is ignored.I was planning on just manually redoing the diagram, but then notice it has happened to multiple diagrams.Any ideas how to fix it?Invisible AWS Shapes 

Hello. It was time to pay for the subscription when I discovered that I had accidentally added 10 people to my team but in reality I am only one person on the team. But after that I deleted them I received a message that I need to pay 180$. Although for one person I only need to pay 20$ (for bisuness plan for 1 person at team). I want to pay 20$ but I can't do it because they ask for 180$. What should I do in this situation?

  Since we've upgraded our version of JIRA from 9.9.1 to 10.3.8 JIRA cards no longer work and we can't create an application link within JIRA config. I know some API's were depreciated in 10.3. X onwards. Could this be why? Any advice or support on this please?  Thanks 

Trying to integrate MIRO in an existing Application. It is a web conferencing application where, If I am a host I want to share a miro board (live-embed it in my application). And My host has the ability to handle access level (edit/view) for the board for participants. Now, for participants (they are unregistered on miro). Will they be able to see/edit the live-embed shared board. Is there some API to authenticate them and not redirect them to login to MIRO.

I thought I was adding guests invitations to my account, but they are apparently now members.  My account was automatically charged for 4 members.  I removed them, but my annual fee appears to be locked in for the year.  This was a mistake, and can be evidenced by the non-use from 2 of the other members.  Who can I speak with to find a solution?Thank you!Paul

 Hi! I’ve got a problem: I created a sorting game for my students using png images from Google Images plugin. Everything works fine, but when I or anyone else tries to copy the frame to their own board the images simply won’t load. What can be the problem here?  

Hi,  I am being charged each month for Miro but I don’t have an active paid account - because I don’t have a paid account I can’t contact Miro support….  What am I supposed to do here Miro people????  I have already contacted my bank to dispute the charges, but they are saying I need to cancel the card - I am not willing to do this as I have multiple accounts setup on this card and the admin to update them all is not worth it.  I had a paid account in the past and I used the same credit card to make the payment for Miro, so I suspect that there is some kind of error in the background that means I am being charged for my account but that on the front-end it says I am on a free account.  To be clear - I don’t want or need a paid account right now, so I don’t want to reactivate the account - I just want to stop being charged for the subscription (and refunded the last few months of transactions that I have been charged in error).
