Hi,I am exploring this for product for the first time.When I sign in with Google, I am given a team (which is someone in my school district) that I have to join to proceed. Then I can see their boards, and it looks like they can see mine.I want to explore this as my own team -- with all that is on the free tier -- to explore if I want to get this for my coworkers. I was able to leave the team and start my own, but I don’t want this to happen to everyone piloting this for my school district.Is there a way that when people sign in they don’t get tied to this teacher’s personal team?Even if that means we can’t use sign in with Google?Thanks  

Hello, we have a Miro environment that has two teams (the Team names are TeamA and TeamB). When the Miro board sits in TeamA, if I share the anonymous link for visitors to visit the board and make updates, I can set the guest role as Editor. If I move the Miro board to TeamB, when I view the access I can set for the anonymous link, the Editor option is not available.For TeamB, I assume there is a Team setting that sets the access for the anonymous link. My colleague cannot find the settings (and I don’t have permissions to alter Team permissions, so I cannot view or help).Can someone provide instructions or details on how to set the Team setting to allow anonymous link visitors the Editor role/access? I tried using Copilot for the answer, but according to our admin...those instructions didn’t work. Thanks!

Hello,I'm using Miro's “Engage activities” to interact with participants: I ask them some e.g. Open-ended questions, let them do a ranking and ask multiple choice question. I want the participants to go through these activities at their own speed. It seems that the pace is set by the facilitator: the facilitator decided to go to the next slide/activity. Is there a workaround for this? (in Mentimeter this is possible).

I tried out the poll feature for the first time this week but can’t seem to close the poll and get the results without voting myself. I’m a facilitator, not a participant, so I don’t want to skew the results by voting. Is there a way to close the poll just as a facilitator?

Trying to log in with my M365 domain to join my company’s existing Miro organization. I am getting an error message stating that the max number of accounts has been exceeded when using that email address. When I create an account and try to change the email later, I am getting an error saying the link is invalid.

we use Cards and Kanban a lot in our business unit. a lot of our projects may need 100+ cards, where the text for each card already exists in a text file like Excel.  It would be very helpful to be able to generate bulk cards from maybe a CSV file.

I sincerely apologize for this oversight.As soon as I noticed that the trial had been converted to a paid subscription, I immediately tried to cancel it. However, I could not complete the cancellation because the $480 invoice had already been generated as an outstanding invoice.I did not intend to continue with the Business annual subscription, and I have not used the Business seats after the trial.Could you please help me:Cancel the Business subscription; Void or waive the $480 outstanding invoice; and Confirm that the amount will not be charged to my card?I would really appreciate your understanding and assistance in resolving this matter.

In the middle of the day today, my Miro display changed.  In the past, when I clicked on a space, the right-hand side of the screen would list all the boards in that space.  I could sort them various ways -- recent, name, etc.Today, the display suddenly changed.  When I click on a space, I now get the boards listed down the left-hand side, and some AI-generated (I think) content on the right.  There’s even a small tag that says “Beta” at the top of my screen.This new layout is useless for me.  It’s particularly bad because I can’t sort the boards on the left-hand side of the screen.Have I accidentally enabled some beta feature?  And how do I get back to the display I know and love?  Thank you all! 

I have turned on Align Objects from Preferences however it’s not showing on my Tool Bar ?

if I dont use the miro desktop app it will sometimes go completely blank and I have to restart the entire app.is this a known bug and if so is it being worked on?i can restart the app and have it work fine but its annoying to do so.  

I have imported some SVGs ans saved them as a shape pack. When I pull one onto the board, it places the text underneath the image. I’d like the text to be displayed in the middle/center horizontallt/vertically as a default. I can’t even manually change the location of the text. Please advise on how this might be achieved.

Hi! While I was trying to fix the framing on a PDF export, I tried creating a frame and all my images disappeared. Above the image of a PDF I got to export before and then the way it looks after the frame creation. I tried looking into the History but there’s nothing that fixes it. Is there anything I can do to save this one? Thanks in advance.

As an Enterprise Admin I was always able to reset the 2FA of users after they requested it but it seems an additionnal step is required now as I get the following message: In english it translates to :Impossible to reset 2FA. Make sure the user domain has been verified (it has not) OR that the user has requested à reset (which he has, as I’ve received an e-mail) It seems, the OR has changed to a AND which was not the case beforehand and from my understanding is a business decision to ensure every user using the same Domain name have a payed licence… Could anyone confirm if its a BUG or a “Feature” ? In any case, if it were a Feature, I would probably have to look for alternative solutions.
