Hi,I’m working on a timeline for a project starting early Jan. 2025. The issue I’m seeing when building my timeline is that the Miro dates available to select are incorrect.Jan.1, 2025 is listed as a Thursday. Realistically that would be Wednesday. So the entire 2025 Calendar is 1 day off.Also, any idea why Tuesday is the first day of the week listed? Thanks!
Hey, I got shared Miro board URL with me, and I can open it in my browser. But I cannot find any option in Miro’s Windows App to open there this board from URL. Is it even possible, or for URL-shared boards I can view them only via Webbrowser?
When I create a meeting in Google Meet and start a new activity with Miro the students on the mobile phone app of Google Meet are shown a prompt that they cannot join the activity. And when going into the options menu it states that the installed addon is unavailable. Also, it does not work when using the mobile phone browser as it will allow them to join the activity but will only allow them to move the screen and leave comments they are unable to draw on the whiteboard.This does not affect any of the account when they are using a desktop computer, the main issue for me is that all my students do not have desktop computers and really only have cell phones. Is there any way to force this functionality so it can be used on the mobile Google Meet App or is there another whiteboard app that can work with it. Most searches show Jamboard had what I am looking for but it has been discontinued. Any help to solve this issue or alternative applications would be much appreciated.
When pinching with two fingers on the Magic Keyboard trackpad, the workspace doesn’t zoom in or out. Instead, the entire Miro app window is being resized. Use iPad Pro 13 with Magic Keyboard
Hello all, I was editing a board today and my entire project timeline and all date is go9ne- I went to restore the element but it wasn't on the list like it had been deleted, i wondered if it was just being updated as others have mentioned but there's no sign of it - there were over 36 projects tracked and Im a bit worried!! Anyone else had this?- it looks like I'll have to remake it but I can’t remember all the info! Thanks
I was a fan of this template.Now when you open it, a new one shows up (even though the name and thumbnail are the same as always).The new template seems to be made from a user/company “Sesh”, and has little to do with the original. To me this looks like a bug. Any ideas? Thanks!

Hi,A board I own has disappeared from my account. When I try to access it via the link, I get this message:"Board has been deleted. To access the board, please ask the board owner to restore it."This is the link: But since I'm the owner and it's not in my Trash folder (and I didn't delete it), I'm unsure what to do. I hope this is the right place to report a bug - I couldn’t find anywhere obvious to do it. When working with code blocks in Miro (I’m using the desktop app in Windows), the font is a slightly different size when editing vs viewing. And when I click off the code block, it calculates the size based on the editing size, and not the viewing size. This only really shows itself from about 25 lines and longer. Here’s an example with 30 lines in a code block While editing:And as soon as I click out to stop editing:The only way I’ve found to fix this is to turn line numbers off and on again, and it resizes to the size it should be
Hi,I have some icons added to a board a while ago. I can change the colour of the left icon (see image 1) which is an icon that has been on the board quit a while. However when I add new icons from the iconfinder library I can only change the color of the border (see image 2) I think i am using the same icons from the same icon library, but i am not sure. Is this an old feature that got removed? Am i doing something wrong? This is my favorite feature that really save a lot of time for me.
Hi,I did use the “Roadmap planning” from Miro. It’s really cool, but I must have mixed something up and can’t find the proper way to export the table to CSV anymore.I did add some actions and dates to a roadmap. Then I exported to CSV. I did get a proper table with all the shown fields and the data entered.On my next try I exported only the “explanations” section but not the plan. I deleted those and left only the plan. Now it says “There is nothing to export. Please select section where it contains text” (free translation from German message).I did try:On the three dots from the Dashboard (tried to mark the proper section before) → Board→ Export → Export to CSV Marked the section, three dots in context menu → export to CSVWithout a real export this seems to be useless for me…..This is the template: https://miro.com/templates/roadmap-planning/What is the “real” section I have to mark before the export? It seems not to be the frame….Thank you!

Working with the beta version of tables and as of today I’m not able anymore to customise the color of the field in a “single select” column.Also tried to create a brand new board and a brand new table, but still I have the same issueAny help?Giacomo.
So, apparently, this appears to be an issue for several people, but I’m getting an Error loading payment session issue when I go to upgrade my account. Using F12 shows that I have instances of an error: Failed to load resource: the server responded with a status of 429 ()Is this just a known bug that has to be fixed on a per user basis?
The embed function doesn’t work properly today.
I have a board consisting of large squares which I’m using as a background to put small squares containing text onto.However, the background squares keep moving to the front, making the squares with text in disappear behind them.I’m the only person with edit rights, and I have checked the board history. Neither me or anyone else is moving these to the front/moving the text squares to the back. It just seems to be doing it by itself.Has anyone seen this before? Can anyone help?For now I’ve made the background squares transparent, but that kinda defeats the object of having them.
When writing, my board becomes very laggy and jittery. It happens on my ipad. I have tried it on blank boards or “busy” boards. The problem happens on all boards seemingly for no reason. Then it will stop for a few days, but it always eventually starts happening again. It occurs on the app and on browser. It does not happen on the same boards when I access them on a desktop. i have had much “busier” boards with more writing in the past where this did not happen. Even when boards would crash due to having too much on them, they never did this laggy/jittery stuff.
What am I missing with expanding the timeline in the Roadmap Planning template? When I click and drag the right side of the chart it enlarges/stretches the current view of the chart instead of showing additional future dates. How do I expand the chart to see beyond 3 months?
Using Windows 10 Pro at work and I have it installed in my apps and integrations, but it does not appear as a tool when working on a board. It does not appear with the other Refractive apps (Power Pak, Clusterizer) in the Miro Marketplace. I just noticed today (THu 12 Dec). I had been using Miro less than normal last month, but now I will be using it regularly again. Is Totally Random being updated? Is there new pricing situation? I find this tool essential for my work.
Have your timelines also dissapeared? Mine are gone and were replaced by this caption below. Any ideas on how to get them back? Maybe a board backup?
I have added the Story Points field to our Jira tickets (and actually hidden the Remaining/Original estimates fields).However, even after doing this, the Miro Estimation is setting the Remaining and Original estimate fields in minutes (see History log), instead of using the Story Points field.Note: The Story Points widget correctly sets the story points (see the extra History log).
Hi all,I’m preparing for PI Planning in our team and I have added boards for the teams with user stories and features. The issue I'm experiencing is that not all User Stories do not show the amount of story points on the card. Instead I have to extend the item in Miro or open it in ADO. We have not been able to find a relation between the ones that show the amount and the ones that don’t. Has anyone experienced the same and if so is there a way to fix it so the amount of story points show on the card? :) Thanks in advance!
Spent weeks on working on my roadmap only to open it today to find no data and this disclaimer instead I wonder if someone has the same problem with their boards and actually got their data restored after migration?
