Unanswered questions

I have several spaces, each with set members. On my end, as of this morning, it appears as though all boards are being listed in every space. When I click on an individual board it is clearly situated in the correct space, but I am finding it very alarming and confusing that the board is visually listed in a space that it is clearly not assigned to.

In the middle of the day today, my Miro display changed.  In the past, when I clicked on a space, the right-hand side of the screen would list all the boards in that space.  I could sort them various ways -- recent, name, etc.Today, the display suddenly changed.  When I click on a space, I now get the boards listed down the left-hand side, and some AI-generated (I think) content on the right.  There’s even a small tag that says “Beta” at the top of my screen.This new layout is useless for me.  It’s particularly bad because I can’t sort the boards on the left-hand side of the screen.Have I accidentally enabled some beta feature?  And how do I get back to the display I know and love?  Thank you all! 

Hi everyone!I wanted to know if miro has currently put a minimum amount of members for the Starter subscriptions.On July 9, 2026, I had a Starter plan with one license, your pricing page still states that automatic payments have no minimum, while the Help Center now says the minimum is two. Can I keep or reactivate my previous single-seat plan? I didn’t renewed for some weeks because I didn’t plan to work on my project those days, but it’s still weird that the renewing of the payment asked for a single seat (8€ + taxes) while now I can only select minimum 2 (16€ + taxes).

Hello Miro Support,I’m experiencing an issue with Korean text input in Miro Docs on Windows.Issue When typing Korean in a Doc, the first press of the Space key does not insert a space. I have to press it twice. This occurs in both the Miro desktop app and the web version. Other features, such as notes and sticky notes, work normally. Steps to reproduce Open a Miro Doc. Type 가나다 using the Korean input method. Press Space once. No space is inserted. Pressing Space a second time inserts it. Expected behaviorPressing Space once after typing Korean should insert a space.Additional findingIf I press the Right Arrow key once after typing Korean, then press Space, the space is inserted correctly on the first press. This suggests the issue may be related to how the Docs editor handles Korean IME composition.Could you please investigate and let me know whether there is a workaround or a planned fix?Thank you.

Unfortunately, our school does not provide teachers or staff with educational email accounts (we do not have a .edu or .k12 domain). Because of this, the standard application form doesn't let me proceed with my personal Gmail address.According to Miro's guidelines, I can provide manual proof of my employment. Hi Miro team! I’m experiencing a strange issue with Spaces and would really appreciate your help.Today I noticed that when I open any of my Spaces, the sidebar shows all of my boards, instead of only the boards that belong to that particular Space.For example, I have a Space for a specific student where I previously had only 1–2 boards. Now, when I open this Space, I see a large list of my boards created for completely different students and lessons.The same thing happens with my other Spaces — they all show the same large list of my boards.However, this seems to be only a problem with how the Spaces are displayed for me. My students still see the correct boards inside their Spaces. Hi everyone, I'm running into an issue on one of my boards where text on sticky notes and shapes isn't showing upthe elements still display their color, but appear completely blank where the text should be. This is happening across multiple frames on the same board, not just one isolated spot. Has anyone seen this before? Mainly trying to figure out: is this just a rendering/display bug, or is there a chance the actual text content has been lost? Any tips on how to force a refresh or recover the text would be really appreciated. Thanks!

I applied for the Education Plan and got an email that it was approved. When I log in it still only has the team I created which is on a Free plan. I tried to delete this team but when I go back to my dashboard it will immediately prompt me to create a team which is still on a Free plan.

I’m shutting down the email my account is associated to but need to keep my boards. How to I change ownership of the account to my other email?

Is it just me or does anyone else find the new talktrack features confusing and not as good as the legacy talktrack?I like the fact that I can change screen views, for example, from currnt tab to complete window in a screen capture session. But once I stop sharing I can't reshare a tab. which seems strange.Also the audio and video quality are really poor and the interaction of a viewer with the presented board seems more convoluted. I like the legacy features where you could wander around a board that is being presented and then be brought back to the presenter's pointer.It feels like there's a lot more features, but at the cost of doing the basics very well. I find it easier to use a third party screen sharing tool now than using talktrack, which for me is disappointing.
