Hello, I use the in-app version of Miro to collaborate in Zoom almost every day. Yesterday, I started a meeting as normal, opened the app, selected the board & start view and then got this error page “sorry this browser is not supported.”I have updated zoom & miro, restarted & updated my computer and still the error persists. The zoom version of miro loads my account and my boards, but I get the same error page every time I try to open a board. It was working fine on Wednesday.Does anyone know what the problem is or how or when it might be fixed?Regular screen sharing & pasting board links in the chat is a good enough work around for now but I do miss the collaborate function & the in-app user experience was better for my workshop participants.

Hi Miro Community,I'm working on a project that uses the Miro REST API to update an existing image widget with content from a Dropbox URL. While the API successfully processes the updates (I get a 200 response and the modifiedAt timestamp confirms the widget has been updated), the widget still displays a cached version of the image hosted on Miro’s servers.Here’s a summary of what I’ve done:I’m appending a cache-busting query parameter (e.g., &cb=<timestamp>) to the Dropbox URL to ensure the URL looks unique for each update. I’m temporarily setting the widget’s image URL to a placeholder before applying the updated Dropbox URL to force Miro to refresh the image. The modifiedAt field in the widget API response updates, confirming that Miro acknowledges the change, but the imageUrl field still points to a Miro-hosted cached version of the image. If I manually update the image widget in the Miro UI, it correctly fetches the updated Dropbox content.My Questions:Is there a way to

I'm a big fan of this more "traditional" table setup and the robust ways to group and organize the table. After spending some time using it, I am wondering if certain features are currently possible or might be available in the near future:I can't seem to re-organize columns, I'd expect I could click & drag the column names at the top to reorganize them Hiding a column and unhiding it causes the column to appear at the far right end of the table, which further exacerbates issue 1 with not being able to click-drag to reorganize columns I can't seem to figure out how to embed an image into a cell or field. Hi all, I am having a weird user experience problem that i have not encountered before. When i am trying to see the setting or the team members on a board - selecting eitehgr icon just creates a new untiltied board… i dont get taken to the list of team members or the settings. We are currently on Business plan license - only have 3 users and 3 boards so i dont think it is a licensing problem. My site admin has told me i am set up as admin too which should mean i can see who can access the boards etc? Driving me nuts,.,.. creating untilted boards uncessarily etc.
Hello, dear Community.As this is the only way to reach any support from Miro, i reach out again, after having this issue reported last year in autumn, soon after the layers function had been introduced.There was no response.In other cases, Miro support did acknowledge my messages and in two cases the team fixed the bugs that i reported. So i really hope that this message gets through, because this bug is really a dealbreaker for what i am doing with Miro. Here is the message again:i started to notices strange behaviour from the Layers function under certain conditions:Here i do have a Layer called “Canvas”. It contains the following build up: a transparent frame, having the name on it. I just opened an older board I had and the tables I had are now out of place. They are much longer than they should be and can only be scaled. They cannot be sized vertically or horizontally.The table used to be centred within the yellow rectangleThe text didn’t used to be a serif font.I’m not sure about the background, if that used to be white.When I edit, the form appear all the way to the left:I’m not finding any very good suitable replacement for this widget. Short of using a grid and manually drawing up the table by hand.Anyone seen this before? Any fixes or workarounds?
'm making a miro board with descriptions. But for whatever reason, I cant see the whole description even if I click the box, zoom in, or zoom out. I need to click it then scroll down to see the other points. Does anybody know how to fix this?

I wanted to display my Mirror board on the Samsung flip pro but I got a message that Mirror is no longer supported. Is there an option to get this working or supported again? Because now I can't use Mirror anymore on my interactive screen.
I find interesting problem. I can select similar objects in board and add its to new layer.When i move one objects of this layer, all is okBut when i move some, its return to default layer.Move 1: Layer not change Move more than 1: red cube return to default layer

Hey, I got shared Miro board URL with me, and I can open it in my browser. But I cannot find any option in Miro’s Windows App to open there this board from URL. Is it even possible, or for URL-shared boards I can view them only via Webbrowser?
I unpinned the pen feature by accident and now I can’t find it in the tools. When I click ‘search for more tools’ I get a refused to connect screen.

Hi!Everything was working fine previously, but I can’t copy and paste images into any boards now (both ctrl+v and manually selecting “paste” doesn’t work). Last time I used it was in November and it was fine.I tried to clear cache and disable extensions, and switched browser, but none of those helps. Anyone know how to solve it?Thank you!

Hello, All the text in all my textboxes are invisible. The actual text box is still there, and if i edit it, the text reappears, but as soon as I'm done, it becomes invisible again. The opacity of the text box remains, but not the text. This is happening in another of my boards too. The images i have uploaded in the past are in a similar situation. They are still there, but are invisible.If i create a new text box with text, or upload a new image, they also become invisible. I did not do anything to make this happen. It just happened today. I updated my miro to the current version when i discovered this, and forced stop the app, but it's still not fixed. I opened an incognito tab, and accessed my miro account there, and it still has the same issues. What do i do?

Hello, Miro Community users.I invited A, B, C, and D to a team and created a space called Test in that team, and set it so that only A, B, and C can see it.I created a test-ABC board in that Test space, and if there is a link, D can see it.Can't the board inherit the permissions of the space so that only A, B, and C can see it?

Hi,I have two questions about the JIRA-Integration I unfortunately can’t test for myself right now but they should be easy two answer for someone using it already. 😊Is there a way to restrict who can import JIRA-Tickets to a Miro-Board? Ideally only owners of the board should be allowed to import JIRA-Tickets to their boards since only they can see who has access to the board imo. How many fields can be displayed in the preview of the JIRA-cards? Since the preview of the JIRA cards has no authorization-requirements I hope the view is somehow restricted.Thanks in advance!Nils
Hello,We use “fullLicensesPurchased” value in Get organization info API to get total number of paid license in a org.And we use “license=full” param in Get organization members API to count the number of paid license allocated to users.However, we found the case where total of “license=full” members are greater than the value of “fullLicensesPurchased” in some of our customers Enterprise account. If anyone know the reason of this mis-match, kindly let me know.
