Hi, how to transpose Table widget in Miro ? I need the columns as rows.

Hi everyone,I’m a teacher using a Huion H640P pen tablet, and for the past two weeks I’ve been facing a consistent problem: the pen stops drawing in proper way only in Present Mode.Here are the key details: The pen works normally in Editing mode and Full Screen mode. The issue happens only in Present Mode. It appears on all browsers (Chrome, Firefox, Edge). It happens on multiple OS (Ubuntu and Windows). After about minutes in Present Mode, the pen stops drawing or the strokes disappear. Switching back to Editing mode immediately restores normal pen behavior. This started approximatly 2 weeks ago. If anyone else is experiencing the same issue — or if the Miro team can confirm this is a known bug — please let me know.

I have a board, where we have three frames, each of them are describing a user flow within a software. We collected feedback along this processes (pain points = red sticky notes, pontentials = blue sticky notes, actions = yellow sticky notes). I tried to create a simple Miro flow, to extract all sticky notes into a table, assigning a category based on the sticky notes color. The flow starts working, but the table stays empty, shows only one entry or I get an error message. The frame contains about 300 - 400 sticky notes. My prompt was: Please extract all the sticky notes from the selected frame. Organize the extracted text content into a single, cohesive table.The categories for the table rows should be determined by the **color** of the sticky note. Each unique color should become a separate category row in the table. The columns of the table should simply contain the text content of the sticky notes, grouped by their corresponding color category. Ensure the extracted text is accurate

I've given up searching for existing conversations about this issue, so I'm creating a separate post.As a teacher, I wanted to make educational game boards again, but discovered that the icon library selection has been significantly reduced — no animals, festive icons, nature elements, water objects, or many other categories that were previously available.The absence of these elements drastically reduces my productivity. I used to create engaging game boards for my students in just 30 minutes, but now I'm forced to find images elsewhere, remove backgrounds manually, extending the process to several days. Teachers are already overburdened, so why make our work even more challenging, especially for educational accounts?I'm willing to switch to alternative platforms if the previous library isn't restored. Does Miro have any plans to bring back the full icon collection for educational users?

Hello! I would like to request a refund for the subscription fee charged by Miro. After the free trial period, during which I did not use the subscription, I forgot to cancel it and the charge went through. On the same day, I canceled the plan, but I couldn’t find the support contact to request a refund for the charge. Could you please help me?

Is it possible to assign a co-owner to a whole space instead of adding them board by board? Is there an higher-level permission that would allow this ?

Hi guys, we are using the Miro Starter edition and we need an auth token to access the Miro Board API, but we are not sure how to create one. Is it possible to generate an auth token for the live environment while using the Starter edition? If yes, could you please share the correct steps?

Hi all. I am looking to add apps like Chronos timeline. Hi,I want to transfer ownership of 5 boards in a customer team that I’ve been working on, for a customer, as an end of project handover.How do I transfer ownership out of my organisation?I added their boards to a team in my organisation, that is now owned by their user, but had to add that user to my organisation to do the transfer.Their user now has ownership of their team and boards, but when I try to delete that user from my organisation it’s asking for a team member to transfer to...Is there a help page to cover this topic anywhere?Thanks,Paul

I’ve lost the ability to change the node background colour - it doesn’t appear as an option anymore.Why has this been removed? Or has it been moved to somewhere else? Very annoying, when I’ve put together a whole mind map based on our corporate branding colours.

Hi all ., I’ve added numerous fields to the jira cards I have in a miro, but when I export the cards to excel it only exports that titles of the jira cards. I really want the key or other info as well… is there a way to do this??

Hello, I've encountered an issue on the website. My cursor is offset downwards. This happens in any browser. Clearing the cache didn't help. If I completely close the browser and reopen it, everything is fine for a while. But as soon as I minimize the browser or switch to another application, the problem comes back.I've attached a screenshot showing the offset. I'm not sure what else I can provide to help you investigate the issue, please let me know – I will provide it.(And yes, just to note, all my ad blockers are enabled).On the screenshot, the red dot is the actual cursor position, while the blue line shows where it is highlighting/selecting the area. 

As titled. It is extremely frustrating, because I am selecting text to move or edit it, but the auto zoom out makes the text small and illegible and I also have to zoom back in manually, often in the process lose the selection. It is also not accessibility friendly, too much sudden movement on the screen. I wish Miro has an option to disable these “automatic” features and just let users enjoy a steady display and have full control of zoom-level.

Hello, Until recently we were able to bulk export links on a frame to CSV. This was an incredibly useful feature for the research work we undertake and for documenting work. The feature still works on older boards but it seems the new link preview widget has broken this functionality. Will this be fixed or amended to bring this fuctionality back?  

I've struggled to navigate the new website. Is it still possible to access your previously liked templates? 

I received an invitation to a board, so created an account.  Now I only have access to a blank startup page and every time I click on the invitation link, it only takes me to my startup page.   How is this supposed to work???
