Hi All, I am trying to figure out how I can create a new group within the Project Timeline widget. I found an article on how to edit a group and add fields to that group, but is there a way to add a brand new group? 

I used my Miro boards to sort and arrange pictures in the past to than process them further in photoshop.My whole workflow suddenly broke because the “Copy as Image” function is not working correctly anymore… In the past it produced the image exactly in the resolution like it was on the board and now it lowers the resolution down to around 1000px… Downloading with the frame is no option for me because I need the exact resolution and the download option does not offer custom size or exact size… In my case I have a 3x3 grid of 9 1024x1024px. That is not even 4k or any super resolution. I need to be able get the correct size back, so I can throw it into my photoshop slicer. Since I process hundreds of grids like this, manual resizing is no option and a pain in the but. I have a paid consultant plan.Left original and right is the outcome… 

Hi,I’ve recently noticed a change in the Miro API behavior regarding frames.Until about a week ago, frames created in the UI using the “Mobile”, “Tablet”, or “Desktop” presets were returned from the API as items of type frame. However, since yesterday, these items are no longer returned as frame - instead, the API now returns them as prototyping_screen.There’s no mention of this change in the changelog, and the API documentation for Get items on board still lists the possible item types as:app_card, card, data_table_format, document, embed, frame, image, shape, sticky_note, text, doc_formatwith no reference to prototyping_screen. Could someone from the Miro team confirm whether this change is intentional?Will there be other related changes to item types, and when can we expect the changelog and documentation to be updated?Thanks in advance.

I am using the Miro Mind Map template to capture branching/form logic. I’m new to Miro so not super familiar with the right terms to use to illustrate my issue, but I’m trying to add a question between other questions in my mind map/tree and I can’t do it. I watched a 13 minute tutorial that said that you should be able to click into the node under wich you want to add a new node and with the cursor blinking tap “tab” and a new child node would be added, but this is not working, regardless of whether I’m using Safari, Chrome or desktop app. Instead, what’s happening is it’s creating a sibling node to one of the child nodes already there. Again, not using the right terminology I’m sure, but this seems like a pretty fundamental/basic capabilitiy, and I’m not sure what I’m missing. Does Miro offer experts to troubleshoot things like this? We have an enterprise license and I’m concerned that I can’t find help beyond posting a question in the community. Can anyone assist?

Hello all,I have set a fixed test font, but still every time I write in a text box, the box starts to move up. How to stop it? I don't want to lock the box because it is collaborative, I just want the text box to stay fixed where I put it.Thanks!

Any tips of using documents, when I create a document, it can be massive and take a large space  (long and thin)on the canvas. If insert just a document will it be able to be read by the AI tool?

Hi, Can anyone tell me the easiest method to invite guests to collaborate on one board within one of my teams. I need them to be able to download documents and upload images but everyone struggles with this. this is why I bought the paid plan. Also when I have tested it on a mobile device, I don’t see an upload option in the blue plus sign? I also don’t want the guests to have access to other boards in my team, and am not sure how to prevent this?thanksJenny

Hi team,My colleagues and I are trying to use Sticky Capture however each time we upload an image - it loads and then we get an “Internal Server Error” message. We’ve tried across different users, boards, team spaces, browsers and with different files/formats with no luck.We couldn’t find how to create a bug report.Any ideas? Thanks,Callum

I have a paid license. Yesterday I was able to embed a few Google sheets into my board. Then there was an outage and Miro wouldn’t load, and now I’m no longer able to embed the sheets.My Miro board and Google Sheet are both shared so anyone with the link can view.In the sheet I’m doing share / publish to web / embed tab, pick the tab I want to share, Publish.It shows me the iFrame code. I copy that info a document and add some additional parameters to control how it’s displayed:&single=true&widget=true&headers=false&chrome=false&rm=minimal&embedded=true" width="700" height="1000"  have tried removing single=true, have also tried /d instead of the default /d/e in the URL. Have tried /embed and /pubhtml.This was working and I still have three sheets displaying in Miro after following this procedure (had single=true and /d/e and used /pubhtml). Now I’m getting the error “Sorry, the file you have requested does not exist”, although in that object showing that error,

Hello, I foolishly inserted a large excel table into a board. Now the board is completely frozen. I’d love to delete the table so I can move on, but the board is not responding.I’d love to save my board, it has a lot of information on it.Any suggestions appreciated!

I’ve built a Miro app and have a “Development” version that’s connected locally to the localhost 2000 port. I’ve installed this app in my Miro account but when I try looking for it in a board, the “Development” one doesn’t show up, just the live published one. I’m pretty sure this used to work - not sure what I’m missing. Anyone has any ideas?  

Miro appears to be charging me repeatedly for a service I don’t have.  I do not have a paid subscription, and I get billed  $21.78 and can’t get them to stop.  It’s bizarre because it doesn’t match any plan, and when I go into my free subscription, it says it’s free, and wont even show me billing options to refute.it’s gotten to over $100 at this point.  HELP!

When in or out of focus mode for a timeline. There is no ability to scroll left/right, up/down. So I am unable to view anything more than the default view.

After i end any drawing on a board, final image became higher on a screen.  It works wrong with all instruments: select, pen, smart drawing…But outside the board, in menu, settings, other places… no problemsHow to fix it?

Hi, everyone! Recently, I encountered some strange cursor behaviour. There is a significant distance between the cursor and the working area (the actual click/selection position). I'll add a screenshot for clarity. I noticed this behavior in the web version. I haven't checked the app yet. Could anyone tell me if this is a bug or if there is some strange setting that changes this distance?

I wonder why the sticky notes look like this now. I refreshed the browser (Firefox), reloaded the website, cleared the Cache. Nothing seems to help. Does anyone has  other ideas?All other items works fine.  Kind regards,Andre

Hello, apparently the new Org Chart features should allow to import from a CSV.However, I may be missing something obvious but I don’t see that options in my Miro.  Anyone could pls help me with that?Davide
