I drag and dropped a bunch of pictures on my board and placed them inside a frame. This morning when I opened my board again some of the images were missing (there were approximately 5 pictures, 3 of them are gone).I have no idea where all the work went, I am on the free plan.

Sign up for free to unlock it. I have signed up, but I cannot find it and if I come back to that tab it keeps saying the same thing and does not let me do anything else. Could someone help me unlock it, please?

В очередной раз пытаясь поработать на доске, что-то пошло не так, куда-то нажала, в результате на доске полная вакханалия: слои фреймов, стикеров и блоков перемешались, стали полупрозрачными, стрелки, отражающий взаимосвязи, поехали, кто куда... 😥 Можно ли вернуть на бесплатном тарифе версию доски по состоянию на предыдущий день?Быть может, разово техподдержка может с этим помочь?Пожалуйста, спасите! 😢

I am looking to upgrade my subscription for a specific board/space where my research project partners can add all of their activities to the board as well as implement a calendar space to update each other regularly on a live space. I am now wondering, what does it mean to be a member?I am working at university in the Netherlands, and this project is in collaboration with other partner universities. As the lead of this workstream, I am mainly adjusting the Miro interface. Does this mean that I only need to purchase the Miro subscription for 1 member or do you suggest to buy more such as for the lead researcher, partner researcher etc. Or can they all contribute to the Miro without needing to be in member.They will most likely not use the Miro more than once every two weeks and only to add posters/text. I would love to have your advice/suggestion on which subscription to go for , knowing the context of this rather small-scale research project. Thanks.
Each time I copy and paste part of an excel sheet which has a cell with a date on it the Miro board changes the date by a day. Why ? Can I stop this from occurring?

Hi,I’ve been syncing tables to a board so I can see info from multiple boards on one master board. This has been working fine so far. Today, I am trying to add new synced tables to it, and it is asking me to upgrade to be able to do it.I am on starter plan, but from what I see there shouldnt be a limit on synced views. I have a Miro Table I am using to capture feature ideas. As we decide to proceed with these I want to turn them into Miro Cards (and then eventually into Azure Work Items.)I have tried dragging and dropping these from rows onto the canvas and it appears to create a card but I cannot actually do anything with it. The context bar has no useful items like on other cards. Is there anyway to achieve this? Or do I need to create cards and add those to my table instead?
Today I logged in MIRO, and there are 20+ additional boards showing on my Home screen. None of them is created by me, I think I might be added by someone. I am unable to leave them. Please help. I myself created just one board and that is important but this thing is restricting usage. Please guide how I can remove these boards. In my team there is no one added. Thanks
I’m using the built-in ‘Roadmap Planning’ template. I have a schedule that covers the whole year, but the width is so wide. I can only see a few months on screen at a time. I don’t want to just shrink both the width and height because then the text gets too small. I just want to reduce the width.What it currently looks like: What I’m trying to make it look like: Using the left or right edge to resize it just makes it worse. I can only make it stretch wider, I can’t make it narrower so I can see more months on the same screen. Am I missing something obvious? Thanks.
After restarting my computer, trying to use my Miro board on Google Chrome, clearing my Cache, and using a private browser, I still cannot use my keyboard in my Miro board. I see my classmates able to use the board fine. I can click and drag text boxes with my trackpad, but anything involving the keyboard - it will not work. The two menus on the top left and right of the page are not able to be clicked on, however, the sidebar tool menu can be clicked on just fine. What is the best way of proceeding? I feel like I have tried everything.
Hello everyone,I’ve read that you can drag cards into the timeline, which would be very cool if it worked for me. However, whenever I drag cards into the the timeline, theybriefly appear as a record in the timelinea message pops up saying that a record has been createdand then everything disappears again. :(I’ve tried clearing my cache, using different browsers(Opera and Edge), refreshing, checking for updates, disabling my extensions and the holy grail, turning my device on and off. None of it worked.Thinking the cards where the problem, I fiddled with them as well to the best of my ability: Filling out each category, adding a blank card, making a copy of the full cards and dragging that. I’m not using Jira cards either.I would be very grateful for any advice to help me.Thanks,V
