After my Miro desktop (Windows) automatically (forced) updated to 0.11.134, it crashes constantly when using table, both on the web and desktop versions.So is it possible to switch back to previous version ?

Hi, does anyone know how to cancel sharing a board? I got an educational licence and apparently ran out of sharing capacity, so my students cannot complete their homework 🤦🏻‍♀️ Tried to delete a board from a previous course but did not work 🤷🏻‍♀️

Hello, I have a free Miro account.I have a team board, where the team admin has been away from the company for some time.I can't transfer it to someone else, and it doesn't make sense for this person to be associated with a company project they no longer belong to.How can I remove or transfer it to someone else?Thank you for your help!   

We have created custom Miro App Cards with custom fields that have 2 functionalities. The first application is provided in the Miro app to insert a card that is populated with content from a AWS database. The second application is a custom card and the user inputs data in defined fields.Both cards when one is inserted, if a user copies the card the link is broken. The user can no longer open the details page for the card and edit any of the fields.Is there a solution to make sure the link does not break. I expect the user to open the details page for the data in the copied card and be able to update the fields if necessary. We are also capturing analytics about the cards that are used. If the card has a broken link we no longer are tracking analytics.Please share any solutions you have been able to solve for this issue.

Hello, I am trying to figure out if my team would be able to present the same deck at the same time. My team uses the same deck to present in specific meetings, and these meetings can be at the same time, but not the same group of people. We would need to present the same deck on the same board but allowing each team member to present in their individual meeting, which could be at the same time another team member is presenting the same deck in another meeting. Is this possible without having to copy and paste the deck onto another board? 

I created an account using work email using miro.com/login - it allowed me. But miro.com doesnt show me a way to Login. There is link coming up using Chrome or Edge. is there some restictions using work laptop. With or without VPN - it doesnt work. 

I’m trying to create sub-records in a project schedule on a board. I upgraded to the starter plan but it’s still not working and asking me to upgrade when I try this. 

Hi there,Our board “GoldenPath Production TIMELINE” is under the Team “go-game”, which was created by me (Company Admin) some time ago. The Team Admin has just reported that all board members, including himself, are currently unable to use the Nesting feature, and the existing nested structures cannot be edited. The feature was working normally as of yesterday.Could you please let us know if there have been any changes on the Miro side that might have caused this? Alternatively, please advise if there is anything we need to check or configure on our end to resolve the issue.Many thanks.

I’m using the template OKR Tracker and modifying it for my team. I’m able to add new records without any trouble, however I can’t figure out how to add new parent “Objectives” for the key results.There is no add button that I can find. Nor can I promote a record to an objective. Is this a feature that is locked?

HiSometimes when I am writing on a board, the pencil suddenly stops writing. Earlier I thought that it was because of the pencil’s low battery because when I took another pencil, I was able to continue writing (maybe the correct term is ‘stylus’ instead of pencil?).But today one of my pupils had the same problem on her iPad. Writing in GoodNotes worked fine though. So we used an alternative for Miro and worked there.  Do you know that problem?

How can I see the AI transaction limit so that I can be choiceful as I am evaluating how to use this feature most effectively for my organization? I don’t see a way to identify what the monthly limit is in the FAQs or community forums nor anything in the UI when I go to use the features that shows a count down.The result is, having reached my cap quickly last month, I am a bit gunshy to use it too much this month to just experiment because I want to be able to show this in action to my teams and execs as I learn more about how I can imagine us using it.

Hi,  I am being charged each month for Miro but I don’t have an active paid account - because I don’t have a paid account I can’t contact Miro support….  What am I supposed to do here Miro people????  I have already contacted my bank to dispute the charges, but they are saying I need to cancel the card - I am not willing to do this as I have multiple accounts setup on this card and the admin to update them all is not worth it.  I had a paid account in the past and I used the same credit card to make the payment for Miro, so I suspect that there is some kind of error in the background that means I am being charged for my account but that on the front-end it says I am on a free account.  To be clear - I don’t want or need a paid account right now, so I don’t want to reactivate the account - I just want to stop being charged for the subscription (and refunded the last few months of transactions that I have been charged in error). 

Hi, as Miro says thats the only official way to reach out to them I'll ask my question here.We have been using Miro in the previous company few years ago and now i just noticed in my card statement that miro is still charging my card. Im not sure which account the card is assigned to.I only have a miro board address which was supposedly created by that account with the subscription, but i don't know how to identify its owner, in order to restore an access.Any help will be much appreciated.

Dear Miro Community,We are currently experiencing an issue when uploading DOC and DOCX files in Miro.When selecting the “Convert to Document” option, we are able to choose the file and the upload appears to start, but nothing happens afterward. No editable text document is created, the board remains empty, and no error message is displayed.The “Add as File” option, however, works without any issues.Until recently, we were able to upload DOCX files and convert them into editable text documents without any problems. Therefore, we are unsure why this function is no longer working.The issue occurs in Chrome, Firefox, and also in the desktop app.Could you please let us know what might be causing this issue and how we can resolve it?Thank you in advance.Kind regards,
