Hi, I didn't quite understand the pricing plans on the pricing page.Can a Swedish company with 6 people use the Free Plan of Miro or are small companies required to use the Starter/Business Plan?For example, we know that Unity requires a pro subscription when the project has more than 200 000 dollars in funding or annual revenue. Do you have any similar requirements or can we use the free license?Best wishes

When you put a flowchart diagram over a frame it tries to show the frame into the flowchart diagram and breaks everything

Hello, i am trying to use Miro for a Task board, and I would need to be able to notify the team members that a new task is ready by @ the groupe one of form or another, instead of specific individuals. Unfortunately, while I've read that’s it definitely feasible, I am unable to succeed in my endeavour. Thanks in advance for any help or additional info the community thinks could help me in my quest toward efficiency

I’m trying to create new boards and review existing boards and everytime I try and move to a board I get the continuous spinning blue circle. I’m trying to contact MIRO support to see why this migt be happpening  

I need help with a board issue. Some shapes and content on my board have disappeared unexpectedly on my important work. I can only see the lines and text for those diagrams.I already tried the following troubleshooting steps:Reviewed board history Restored an earlier version Tested in different browsers Cleared cache Opened the board in the desktop appNone of these steps brought the missing content back. 

I have free account where I can crop image very easy. Now I just payed for Business Plan. Now the crop option on image is gone, there is just a few options. Is there less options when I payed?? You would think it more features

I am not able to pay with a VISA card. I am getting error saying contact your bank. I did and they said that merchant doesn’t support the strong authentication methods that credit card requires.How can I proceed with the purchase?

HiSometimes when I am writing on a board, the pencil suddenly stops writing. Earlier I thought that it was because of the pencil’s low battery because when I took another pencil, I was able to continue writing (maybe the correct term is ‘stylus’ instead of pencil?).But today one of my pupils had the same problem on her iPad. Writing in GoodNotes worked fine though. So we used an alternative for Miro and worked there.  Do you know that problem?

This is in various places across the site, when i edit text on boards etc - the text is showing as random letters. In this pic you can see ‘home’ shows as 5XVN. It’s making the site impossible to use. I am in the web browser. Any suggestions for a fix? I can’t contact support because I’m on a free account. 

When I create a synched copy of a frame, some of the connection lines are missing. The are there in the original copy.

Hello, My question is regarding MP4 Video Uploading to Miro, we work many animation references, and video support is extremely important. Every time I try to upload a video I get an error “File type is not supported” for some reason. previously I was able to add without problems, and now It stopped and I don't have the option, as also for my team members across all boards as well as new boards.I tried to upload a linked video file to OneDrive, but also faced problems there where I get messages that I am not authorized and wasn't able to preview the video, and other team members can’t view it aswell, so that option was also not useful to say the least.other alternatives I was resorted to was to convert mp4 to gif, but quality decreases and realistically it is not sustainable. Would love to get support and guide on how i can fix this issue (like I mentioned, previously I was able to paste videos without a problem)

Hi Miro team - I’m the admin for our workspace and I’ve noticed a change in how seat reductions affect billing, and I’d really appreciate some clarification and help.Previously, when we removed members from our team, our paid seats/credits automatically decreased and this was reflected in the following invoice. Over the last couple of months, however, I’ve had to manually adjust things in the Billing section for the change to register. This behaviour isn’t obvious in the UI, and it led to us being charged for seats that were no longer in use.Specifically: In March we reduced our members from 17 to 9, but the invoice still charged us for 17 seats. The same thing appears to have happened again in April. We’re currently in cost‑cutting mode and being careful about every subscription. Given that we acted in good faith by removing unused members, but the new manual‑adjustment behaviour wasn’t clear, I’d like to kindly request a one‑off refund or credit for the unused seats for March and A

So I worked on 2-3 boards back in January and now they’re gone.I tracked down the boards’ links from my history but it says i don’t have access and I have to send an access request to the owner, but I created those boards back then.

Hi, I’m working on a mac, using the miro client. The problem I have is only in the miro client, not the browser version.  I have a space containing several boards. When I open a board, the sidebar is open and shows the space sidebar. I close the sidebar, can open it again, via clicking the burger menu → Space and boards are shown. BUTWhen I click the miro logo, the boards dashboard is shown, with all spaces. → correct behavior. I close that view to return to my board I’m working on. Now I’m in the board again, and click the burger icon → [PROBLEM] It doesn’t show the space and the other boards within that space, it shows the Space dashboard again (same behavior as clicking on the Miro logo). 

I need an explanation what this means? Applied balance $0.03

Is there a way to have a pie chart or bar chart automatically update based off of a table within a Miro board?I am trying to create a dashboard for my leaders (who are excited Miro users) but hate having to manually update each graph based off of changes in the table. 

Does any know where I can find information on how to add a horizontal swim lane shape to a board with an API? I am specifically asking about the Miro native shape.

Hi, I am trying to delete a desktop screen frame template without losing my work inside. It is ridiculous that there isn’t an obvious button to delete it and keep work inside. It is a mindmap and now half of my work has been cut off and cannot be found again, the placement of everything is out of place and not to mention all the time and energy i spent on this. I am not restarting my assessment and I refuse to lose my work. Does anyone know how to do this? Any help would be appreciated.

Hi, I’ve been using the Miro MCP connector well for the past week or so and today I’m getting this error code. Is anyone else getting this? Does the Miro team have an update on this? 

Hi There, I am currently on someone else’s Miro Team (I believe they have a business account). I currently only have the free account and would like to upgrade to a Starter Plan for myself. I would like to know if the boards I created as a part of that person’s team could transfer over to my upgraded account/if they were to stop their account would it delete the boards that are attached. Could you please assist in any way  Thanks, Mika
