Hi,I’ve been working on boards on a free trial inside team that I am the only member. I had 3 boards but now I can see only 2 of them. I had saved link to third one but after directing into it I see “No access to board” modal. I made no change in my account and didn’t log in for like 1 month. I need informations stored inside the third one badly. Can anyone help on that? Great thanks,Adam Howaniec
A colleague showed me something strange on his Miro board. He has a frame with content inside. It's clearly "visible"... and when he zooms in, the content "disappears." I checked with Send to Front/Back, and it doesn't change anything. Zooming out is there, and the layer order is correct. Before opening a ticket, I wanted to see if anyone has already experienced this issue.
I cannot get on to any of my Miro boards I keep getting stuck at the loading page for HOURS. I have a project due Saturday and I don’t know what to do. I’ve looked at all the discussion boards on this and nothing is working. I’ve tried: switching browsers (Safari and Google Chrome) clearing cache and cookies restarting my computer trying incognito mode downloading the desktop app - Desktop app does the same thing trying on a different computer
Miro is constantly freezing when doing the first moves. For example, I am writing then stopping. When I start to write again the pen line freezes. The buttons are also freezing. Anyone else encountering a “The API developer key is invalid.” error when uploading from Google Drive? I’ve had no problems doing so for the past week or so and suddenly I’m encountering this error and can no longer upload from Drive. I’ve tried the following: 1 - Clear cache/browser history 2 - Signed out and then back in on the “integrations” settings page 3 - restarted 4 - Tried different boards Any other troubleshooting suggestions? Hello! So yesterday I got an idea that I wanted to create a app in Miro and i started searching how I can do so and found a great guide on how to get me started but I gave up quite fast because things where not working on my work computer due to some restrictions. So I ended up deleting the “Developer team” (I think It’s called), but now when I want to do the same thing again i get the error or warning saying “User has already created developer organization“ but I can’t find any developer organization or team…? I have created a case on this but maybe someone here has an idea on how I can solve this? Thanks,Driton
Hi! In a recent update, many of the UI elements in Miro were turned bright green. These new elements are super hard to read and surely do not comply with up-to-date accessibility standards (ie. low contrast). I’m surely not the only user who is bugged by this - is there a way to undo this and get back to black-on-white elements all together? Looking forward to hearing from other users too. Thanks!
Hi there, I am a free user (Sorry about that). I was on my board and when I switched tab to visit another website and then returned all of my work was suddenly gone. Even though there was stuff on it before I cant even use the undo button. I am not part of any team. I really hope to resolve this issue.
Hi all, I am having a weird user experience problem that i have not encountered before. When i am trying to see the setting or the team members on a board - selecting eitehgr icon just creates a new untiltied board… i dont get taken to the list of team members or the settings. We are currently on Business plan license - only have 3 users and 3 boards so i dont think it is a licensing problem. My site admin has told me i am set up as admin too which should mean i can see who can access the boards etc? Driving me nuts,.,.. creating untilted boards uncessarily etc.
HelloI have a handful of templates live on Miroverse.Today I wanted to make some updates, but when I click ‘Edit’ I end up on a “ Hmm, that didn’t work That page can’t be reached, but if you double-check it,we’re happy to try again.” Has anyone else got that problem?Any workarounds?thanks
Tenho conta gratuita na miro e tinha dois boards e eles simplesmente sumiram, e quando tento acessar o link salvo aparece a mensagem para solicitar acesso para mim mesma, mas como sou conta gratuita não tem como tornar privado o board, além disso nao faz sentido solicitar acesso pra mim mesma, e eu nao exclui esses boards, tenho coisas muito importantes nesses boards por favor alguem me ajuda?
Heythere, I am using a PI hole to block behavioral tracking and other unwanted network traffic. As split.io is used also for behavioral tracking, that I definitely do not want to happen, the login page is completely broken as the network cannot reach split.io: Is there a workaround to using the login without the split.io unblocking? I remember the login working behind the pi hole, so this seems to be a recent change? cheers!
I wanted to paste a table from google sheets into my Miro board. When I pasted in a new document, as soon as i pasted the background turns grey and zoom does not work anymore.I decided to paste a table in an existing working board, same thing happened, did not see anything anymore, but, I pressed refresh and now it is saved as the last version and I cant edit it out anymore, meaning, I lost my board setup…No pro account so history not available. Also tried private browser mode, no difference. Has to do with some display setting I think.Hope someone can help. Tanx
Hello all, I was editing a board today and my entire project timeline and all date is go9ne- I went to restore the element but it wasn't on the list like it had been deleted, i wondered if it was just being updated as others have mentioned but there's no sign of it - there were over 36 projects tracked and Im a bit worried!! Anyone else had this?- it looks like I'll have to remake it but I can’t remember all the info! Thanks
Hi, Per attachment, milestone entry do not wrap over lines and therefore they quite easily overlap each other whenever they’re close together. Therefore, milestones as they’ve been implemented are pretty much useless .. Is there anything I can do diff erently to make them usable? Thanks, Nick
Hi! For some reason I cannot restore any of the previous versions of the board where I have editors’s access (Enterprise plan). Atempts are keep failing with a “restoring” → “something went wrong” status. Is there something I can do to fix this? I’ve got customer’s edits revoced, so I’m about to lose a huge amount of work by recovering prev version
Hi, I’m running the example app at https://github.com/horeaporutiu/miro-webhooks-python , having set it up as per the instructions at https://developers.miro.com/docs/getting-started-with-webhooks-pythonStrangely, it looks like the app only gets called when nodes in the mind map are modified or deleted, but not when they are created. Is this a bug or am I missing something?Thanks,E.
Hi! I'm on an Education Plan and I'm the team owner. In the team member list, I can see that one of the users has the label “contenido creado: 11 tableros” (created content: 11 boards) under their profile. However, I have no idea where these boards are.When I go to All boards and filter to show all boards in the team, I only see the ones owned by me — I don’t see any boards created or owned by other members. There’s no option to click on the “11 tableros” text or view a list of boards created by that person.In Team Settings, there is also no filter by board owner, and I don’t have access to the Admin Console since I'm on the Education Plan. I’d like to: Understand which boards were created by this user Know if there’s any way for a team owner to see all boards created by other members on the Education Plan Clean up and manage our workspace better Thanks a lot in advance — I’ve looked everywhere and can’t figure this out!
Hi everyone, I'm currently experiencing an issue with table editing in Miro. I can’t click on, delete, or merge columns in a table. Sometimes it works briefly, but then stops again. Everything was working fine last week, so this issue has only started recently. Here’s what I’ve tried so far to resolve the issue: Opened in Incognito mode Created a new Miro board Logged out and back in Tried a different browser (I’m using Chrome on Windows 12) Tested on a Mac – same issue Unfortunately, none of these steps resolved the problem. I have a GIF that illustrates the issue more clearly. Can anyone help or is anyone experiencing the same problem? Thanks a lot!

I am looking for MIRO’s objectives, activities, or features that directly adress ESG considerations, and more specifically the enrvionmental ones? Do we have measures or reference bases? With all the AI-boosted features, what is the addtional energy spent, and how does MIRO account for it? I think it is critical this information is easily accessible. Thank you!

I am trying to recreate existing board to another one through the API and I have encountered a problem.It is not possible to create app card that has less than 256 width through the API.Documentation doesn’t say anything about limits and it is possible to do that on the board.

Hello! I use the enterprise version of Miro, and everyone in the team has access to edit the board. In normal mode, editing is not difficult. When the team gathers together, it becomes impossible to edit the frame with the Kanban board together: while one person is editing their part, another cannot create or move cards. This makes collaborative work very difficult. The problem was discovered after April 1, 2025, and had not been noticed before. I would be grateful for your help with my issue!
