I don’t know why I am being charged a monthly Miro subscription, and I would like to cancel the subscription.  I have 2 accounts, one is Enterprise level through my job, and the other is a Free account for personal use.  In either scenario, I should not be paying a subscription.  But I can find no evidence in my profiles for either account about my billing status, I can’t even locate the billing feature since it doesn’t appear in the left hand menu.  There is no customer support phone number to have someone help me figure this out.  Has anyone had the same issue, and how did it get resolved?  Thanks.

Hello Miro Team,I am currently a graduate student at Savar Government College in Bangladesh, and I would like to apply for the Miro Education Plan.Unfortunately, my college does not provide students with an educational/institutional email address, so I cannot complete the standard Education Plan application form.I use my personal Gmail account for my Miro account, and I have official proof of my current student status that I can provide for verification.Could you please convert this post into a support ticket and help me complete the Education Plan application through manual verification?Thank you.

So Miro had an update and now I have no access to anything I have done in the past before October 3rd. I don't know if it has to do with the update or if there is something I am unaware of, all I know is I lost access to what I was developing and now I have to start from scratch. Any direction would be a great direction to start trying to figure out what happened.

I can’t open my miro on my laptop.

I am using the tablet to write notes for my CS courses and I find that every couple minutes or so, the application fails to register my writing. I am using an apple pencil. This happens for like 2-3 seconds, where I would have to stop writing and then start writing again. This is a problem because I lose my train of thought and get distracted or frustrated. This is a great application to collaborate on where I can see real-time updates between any device, but this issue is so big for me as it relates to the biggest reason why I would use this app - Writing and drawing. For example, I would possibly use it in a coding interview, but I cant because I am aware of the bug, which could potentially affect my interview performance if i get distracted by its issues.

How can I log in to Miro running on a Webex Board when the email link just logs me into Miro running on my Mac?

Why am I getting: “You've reached the 3-board limit. Upgrade to unlock unlimited boards, guest access, and more.” notification when I haven't created any board yet?Boards in this team underneath says: “No results found” when filtering boards “Owned by me”.Thanks for a helpMy user page says: Content created0 boards   0 spaces   0 templates

Hey Miro team, the board overview (which is heavily used by our organisation) seems to be locked in a column in the middle of the screen and does not resize according to the window size. This looks like a bug. More importantly, all board thumbnails are gone! They seem to be present in the board details but are not displayed in the board overview. Note that both are related to the space view (Browse view, not Overview) – Thumbnails seem to work for starred board view though. Could you please fix this asap – super annoying! Much appreciated.

So I’ve lost access to my board. As in, it will not load. I deleted Cookies, cache, switched Browsers, downloaded the application, restarted my pc, it has not worked for a few weeks now. Does anyone have an idea why? And how I can fix it?

One of my Miro boards is pushing over 100 frames which I currently manage navigation via text links, then returning via a ‘Main menu’ or ‘Back’ button which has links to the prior frame. This has worked okay(ish), but I now want to create links to frames whereby they jump around more, but are able to return to their previous frame (not necessarily the logical ‘back’ button.   I know Miro doesn’t do breadcrumbing, but curious how others do customised menu navigation.

Hi everyone,Sharing a problem I spent a while tracking down, in case it helps others and in the hope that Miro can fix it.SymptomAfter updating to macOS Golden Gate 27.0.1, the Miro desktop app (0.11.168, arm64) started launching on its own every now and then, without me opening any board. After I uninstalled the app, macOS instead kept showing the dialog "There is no application set to open the URL miroapp://miro.com/app/board/…" a few minutes after every login.CauseI had four Safari bookmarks pointing to old Miro boards. They were in ordinary bookmark folders and not open in any tab. Safari seems to load bookmarked pages in the background, probably to fetch icons. Because "Always open in Desktop app" is enabled by default on each board, the board page immediately redirects to miroapp://, and that launches the desktop app. The macOS system log confirmed that the miroapp:// requests came from Safari, with no matching open tab.FixDeleting those bookmarks solved it completely. No more la

Dear Miro team, I use Miroboard in my classroom at school but there is something that is rendering the website unusable for me. Every time I try to log in, the website sends a link to my email for me to be able to sing in. This consistently takes 2-3 minutes of waiting for the email to show up in my inbox. even 1 minute is too much in a classroom of more than 30 students who are waiting to see the board. can you PLEASE add the feature of being able to sing in normally with a password or 2FA? Being able to preserve the same board for all my different classrooms saves valuable time to start the lesson. teaching is already hard enough. please help.Looking forward to hearing from you.

Hello Miro Community Team,Could a Miro staff member or community manager please urgently escalate my case to a human support specialist and a support manager? My support ticket numbers are #1040944.On Friday, October 2, 2026, I accidentally deleted the paid Starter team that I administered. Before deleting it, I transferred ownership of important work boards to my colleague. I mistakenly believed that the boards would remain available to her, but I had not moved them to another team. After the deletion, all boards disappeared, including my personal boards. I have no backups.I contacted Support on Friday morning. It is now the evening of Monday, October 5, and I still have not received a response from a human specialist. The replies are explicitly identified as AI-generated and repeatedly suggest recovery steps that are unavailable in my account. To clarify: My Miro profile still exists, and I am signing in with the same email address. I was the administrator of the deleted paid team.

Hi, I applied for a miro education account a few days ago, (Almost a week) and I havent received any emails confirming the application has been received or approved. How long should this take, and can it be approved soon please (Upcoming deadlines etc)? Thanks!

the email associated with my account got deleted, my other email has no access to the boards on that account. I cannot login since i need to receive a one-time link to a currently non-existent email account. How do i manage this?

I am locked out of a Miro account that was very important to me after the recent move away from email and password logins. Can someone from the help team please create an issue for me? I am creating this post from a secondary account

The help center for Miro's free plan advises me to delete one of my three most recent boards to create a new board. This is absurd. It is a major change to the board usage policy. The introduction of this change was kept quiet by Miro. This is highly unfair behavior! As a user, I was completely caught off guard at the beginning of the school year. On top of that, I am being told that there is no significant change! Please provide an explanation.

Hello,Could a Miro community moderator please help escalate support ticket #1040937 to a human support specialist?Today, October 2, 2026, I accidentally deleted the paid Starter team that I administered. Before deleting it, I transferred ownership of the important work boards to my colleague. I mistakenly believed that transferring ownership would keep the boards available to her. However, I had not moved the boards to another team. After deleting the team, all its boards disappeared, including my personal boards. I have no backups.I have already contacted Support, but the responses are identified as AI-generated and repeatedly suggest the same recovery steps, which I cannot access: I can still sign in using the same email address associated with the paid team. I cannot find the deleted team or the Teams → Deleted → Restore team option. I tried an original board link, but it does not open or offer a restoration option. The deletion happened only a few hours ago, not more than 90 da

I am a member of 2 Teams.  Iw ant to leave both.  I have tried to follow the instructions provided by others but I am not seeing the visuals provided.  Can anyone help me from here?

Hi everyone,I haven't logged into my Miro account for a long time, and unfortunately, I can't remember the password anymore. The bigger problem is that the Gmail account I originally used to create the Miro account was accidentally deleted, so I can't access the recovery emails or reset the password through that address. The Miro account still contains some important information that I'd really like to recover. Has anyone experienced something similar or knows if there is another way to verify ownership and regain access to the account?Any advice or suggestions would be greatly appreciated. Thanks in advance!slope
