I created a board using the api (https://api.miro.com/v2/boards). I can see the boards in my list of dashboards (https://miro.com/app/dashboard/). However, when I try to access the dashboards using the API (https://api.miro.com/v2/boards), the recent-most board seems to be missing. Even in the api reference playground (https://developers.miro.com/reference/get-boards), when I try to make the get request, it only returns 2 boards, while have 3 (as visible in https://miro.com/app/dashboard/) This has been happening for quite some time now. Please help!

Neither Copy (Cut) nor Paste function is working and boards. This seems to be true for keyboard shortcuts (Crtl+c/Crtl+v) and Mouse. This is making progress very slow. Please have a look Dev Guys
Hello community,Is there a specific field or API endpoint that can determine whether the board is in 'edit mode' or 'view-only' mode?
I want to be able to export boards from Miro to pdf, for that - I see in the documentation I need to enable eDiscovery, but in my 'Enterprise integration' window I do not see an option to do so (I'm attaching a screenshot of how that window looks for me).Also, when I built the app in my development team I did not see an option to allow the scope board:export (a screenshot is also provided).

Hi,All of a sudden I am unable to resize, make wider or narrower table objects using the DB Entity Relationship diagram template. When I select the object and hover over a side line I get the double arrow icon, but the table will not actually resize, it is not locked, I cleared cache and logged in and out and refreshed the board with no luck. When I try to resize, a blue sizing line shows up underneath the table and also underneath other tables nearby on the diagram that I am not selecting, but the table will not resize.
Is there a way to share the miro board with a user from another team. (not a guest).
I am trying to use the profile images from MS Delve (company account) and they do not load on the board. When I paste the image link on the board it appears as the URL text.I have seen there are a few threads regarding issues with image loading, but I have not find anything helpful for my issue. If I try to load an image from example google images it works and the image is nicely rendered on the board.I am not sure what the problem is and would love your help!I am on a Miro Enterprise license.Thanks in advance!

The email address registered with Miro is no longer valid. Miro will not change my email address, so how can I get a response to any request for help since it gets sent to my registered email address?I started with Miro back when it was RealtimeBoard. My account was registered to my personal email address, When my company started using Miro, I was able to access both accounts (company and personal) with one login. Awhile back I changed the registered Miro email to my work address (at the request of the company’s Miro administrator). It appears that this has confused Miro’s system, as when I try to change the email address back to my gmail account, Miro says that the email address is already in use. When I try to use a different email account, Miro never sends the confirmation email, so it never goes active. How do I get support for this? I’ve been using the intelligent roadmap template and I can’t figure out how to add multiple dates for a row (e.g. for a quarterly report). Trying to duplicate the item just leads to the entire map duplicating and I would prefer not to just create basic shapes to drop in as this partly defeats the purpose of the intelligent template. Has anyone had any success with this?

Something happened to exactly 1 of my boards. I can`t see my content, although I see on the board map that it`s there. It shows on the map but the navigation is weird and everything seems to be invisible. What is it? I have tried doing it with Safari, Chrome & Mobile app - nothing helps.
Having a specific bug in which a gif reliably works when left at or returned to its native imported size but becomes non-functional when resized to below a certain threshold. I’m talking about maybe a 20% reduction in size (at which point the gif will no longer play). Settings for “reduce motion” don’t solve this issue and it’s replicable after a hard page reload.
I’m having trouble accessing my Miro boards in Chrome; they only show a gray screen and don’t load no matter how many times I refresh. Hi there, I’ve added a talk track to one of my templates in Miroverse. It has recorded and the button is there to play it when i open the template, but when i hover above it it says “unable to play talk track in this template”. Does anyone know why this might be?
I did a school work on Miro free, but in the free plan I could not download a quality PDF, so I decided to pay for 1 month of Miro to be able to download my work, and I would cancel after paying to not continue paying for more months. But an error ocurred and I was charged THE WHOLE YEAR.I am a student, and I do not have the money to pay for Miro, without that money I won't be able to get groceries or eat or pay my other bills! I really need my money back, get the 11 months left of money back.But if I cancel my subscription there are no refunds, what can I do?Would it be a possibility for me to give my account/licence to someone else and have they pay me?Please I´m distressed
