How to increase the text limit? I wish to use this for writing... and say no more. Can I use imbeded word docs or something?

I previously logged into Miro using links that Miro sent me after entering my e-mail. Today it prompted me to create a password. Once I set up the password, it asked me to create a new team. Now I can only access that Team and my previous boards are gone. I have a link to a board I recently created; however, when I try to access it tells me that someone else (my name) owns the board and sends a access request. However, I never received the access request via e-mail. Any idea how to resolve this? 

  I just bought 10 licenses for my work place and sadly I attributed this licenses to the wrong Miro team. How can i change my licenses from one team to another. Thanks in advance for your help.

Hey there. Maybe this has already been discussed somewhere but I was unable to find. I am looking for MIRO’s objectives, activities, or features that directly adress ESG considerations, and more specifically the enrvionmental ones? Do we have measures or reference bases? With all the AI-boosted features, what is the addtional energy spent, and how does MIRO account for it? I think it is critical this information is easily accessible. Thank you!

Hello! I don’t use any PC and accessing Miro only from phone. I have endlessly tried finding “cancel subscription” button, but it seems missing as well as all billing page on mobile. I don’t work for the company where I used miro, and I don’t need your app for now. I will most likely come back with my new project, but as of now please cancel subscription and waive last two payments please. You can check I was not performing any actions. hope you will do it and I come back using your amazing services once again. BR KIRILL

Hello!  I use an excel file for tracking information related to my project - owner, status, cost, etc.  I’d like to use Miro for hosting visual stand-ups since staring at an Excel file isn’t really conducive to conversation. However, the line items in my file tend to change fairly regularly - some getting added, some removed, some replaced, etc.  Is there a way to have my excel file line items be dynamically converted to Miro stickies? 

We want to improve our PI planning by having 1 board that contains the entire planning of every team. I am worried this is going to become extremely messy as their will be around 40 features with arrows across teams and features. So I want to be able to “filter” this by teams.For indication, this is the board/template thing we're talking about. Although this is only an pretty empty example of such. I've tried to put different teams on different layers, but hiding a layer hides it for everyone. And the diagram wouldn't automatically adjust to new issues do to technically the items aren't on the board itself as they are on different layers.I haven't found a way to just hide objects based on a group or category. Something like mirroring a team version into a shared version could be okay, but doesn't seem to be possible either.Are there any other ways to make 6 teams work on 1 board, without it becoming a mess.

I created board in May last year. It was about family tree. But now I can’t find it. I have a free version, so I can’t check trash bin. And I didn’t delete it, I am sure. Please help me to return my board!

I want to make a Miro board then publish it to the web, or make it available for free via an accessible link. How do I do this? On this subject, how do people publish miro boards to the marketplace and make it paid or free?Thanks

I have been loving the AI prototyping feature, however about a week ago it starting just giving me this response. It doesn’t matter which option I choose it just repeats the same option over and over and the the feature is coming soon. Has anyone else experienced this and is there a fix!? 

I have a Miro account, but wanted to buy 5 new licenses for another organisation. When I completed the online order I thought I was buying ‘fresh’ but the 5 licenses seem to be linked to my existing account. I assume I need Miro to cancel the order and then I try and put it through again and make sure I am logged out of my existing account this time. They cannot be connected to the other organisation. Also, I need the invoice in UK£ - I work for the public sector and we are not set up to pay things in dollars, plus if I convert the conversion rate will be at that ‘point in time’ not the rate Miro did.

I am new to using Miro and I want to set up some voting on options that I can give my collègues for a new design. I tried looking into the voting option and it does give me the option that is prefered but not who voted for what and I need this information as well.  Is there a way ?

Dear reader, If anyone can assist, it would be of great help. I'm unable to move any object, line, sticky notes or frames. Even the lock/unlock button doesn't work. I can only browse and click things. None of the commands work at all. Did anyone experience this before? Is there a solution? 

Hey, I know that I can upload many images at once using app on iPad, but can I do the same using website? Somehow on one board I can do it but on the rest I have to load each image one by one. How can I do on every board?

QR Sticky notes have stopped working, I have tried to create new boards and new codes, I have the same issue - error message when submitting the notes.I have a presentation in 1 hour…. Any advice?

I was really excited to create Asana tasks from Miro; however, I’m not able to select the appropriate project. When I use the dropdown, I am only able to select the visible projects. I cannot scroll (with mouse or trackpad). I cannot zoom. There is no drag bar or search bar. I tried typing the name of the project but that just brings up a random project that starts with that letter. I’m on a Mac using Chrome. The same thing happens with Safari.  

Hello! This might be a rather specific question, but I’ve been wondering if a Macbook Air M3 (2024) is fine when you work on Miro with Zoom on (I conduct one-on-one classes without sharing my screen). The thing is, I’m a tutor and each board is full of different elements (that makes over 10.000 elements on one board per 1 student) I’ve been thinking about buying a new laptop, and Apple sounds very appealing to me, but I’m not sure if it will be okay with working without overheating or lagging. Is there a way I can figure this out before buying an Apple Macbook M3 2024?

Hi all! I really like the freedom of mind mapping in Miro. The fact that I can nearly through any file type on my board and connect everything together the way I want it is great for creative research. However, sometime I need some structured mind maps too. Hence, I use the Miro mind mapping tool.And there it is too basic. There isn’t even the option to make organigram style mind maps? What about adding icons to the subject boxes? Maybe I missed the purpose of this tool and I am open to learn more on how I could do replicate mind maps the way I would build them in XMind or MindManager. Thanks! Tom

Hi Miro support team!I’ve got problems with app “YouTube : create clips from videos”.When you copy YouTube video link in Miro videoplayer appiars automaticly. Right? But today this function stopped working. It pastes like usuall link with picture. But the previous videos that I inserted into the Miro are preserved and still work. This is how it looks like. I’ve noticed that start dates for some tasks on the timeline are being automatically adjusted on the daily basis. Specifically every day start day shifts 1 day into the future. End date is unaffected, so visually tasks shrink every day. Is it a bug or some kind of hidden feature? Does anyone else experience the same?

Was there a strategic or product reason why the Figma plugin was discontinued and removed?! Lots of companies relied on this plugin to publish Figma frames into their Miro workspaces. It worked well and provided a convenient and efficient process to publish Figma content into Miro. Why in the world would Miro want to remove this? There are no alternatives and frankly I’m disappointed and angry with this decision. Hoping someone from the product team can respond and address this. Thank you.John
