We want to change the Admin Role in our free plan Team and we don’t have access to the email of the person who is currently listed as admin because this person has left the business.
How can we give the admin role to another member without having access to the mailbox and account of the current admin?

Your options are:
1. Create a paid subscription by going to miro.com/pricing and move boards and members to this paid team.
2. Have someone else in your org (with no existing Miro account) create a new account/Free Plan team, invite everyone from your current team to the new one, and then everyone moves their boards to the new team.
3. An existing team member could create a new Free plan using any email address that doesn't have a Miro profile associated with it and the add members and move boards as required.

If you don’t want to wait, you can resolve the issue yourself by following the steps I have outlined in my previous post. And, as I mention in the post, be sure to promote two or more people to the role of Team Admin!
