Thanks for flagging this! If the Frames menu isn’t opening in the Miro iOS app, try these steps to troubleshoot:

1. Force close the Miro app and reopen it.

2. Sign out and sign back in to refresh your session.

3. Restart your iPhone to clear any temporary glitches.

4. Check board permissions — if you only have view access, the Frames panel may not open as expected.

5. If possible, test on another device (or the web version) to confirm if it’s device-specific.

6. If the issue persists, reinstall the app and try again.

If none of these steps help, please share

• Your iOS version

• Miro app version

• Board link (if possible)

• Screen recording showing the issue

This will help the team investigate further

I’ve completed alll steps you provided but the frames button still won’t work in the App.

how can I share my screen recording?

the attach photo button will only upload pictures, not a recording.

I guess you’re not able to solve this problem with your app. I will delete my board and app and send reviews not to use your app because it’s not supported.
