2 questions:

1. To my knowledge, only the board owner can create a backup of the board.
Is it possible to designate a co-organizer who can also create a backup?

2. Our boards quickly become very extensive and are sometimes used by over 100 people. When so many people are actively working on a board, there is a high risk that objects and content will be accidentally moved or even deleted.
We want everyone to be able to work on specific areas of the board and explicitly encourage them to add content. However, all other existing content on the board should not be changed. To this end, we lock this content. Nevertheless, it is often unlocked and changed.
How can we ensure that content that should not be changed is better protected, but that participants can contribute content to other areas of the board?

Thank you for your help.
