After restarting my computer, trying to use my Miro board on Google Chrome, clearing my Cache, and using a private browser, I still cannot use my keyboard in my Miro board. I see my classmates able to use the board fine. 

I can click and drag text boxes with my trackpad, but anything involving the keyboard - it will not work. The two menus on the top left and right of the page are not able to be clicked on, however, the sidebar tool menu can be clicked on just fine. 

 

What is the best way of proceeding? I feel like I have tried everything.

Could you let us know if the issue is still persisting? Also, to help us better understand what might be happening, could you please share:

  • The device (make/model) and operating system you’re using

  • The browser version you’re on

  • Whether the same issue happens if you try a different browser or device

  • If this affects all boards or just a specific one

This information will help us narrow down the cause and guide you on the next best steps.
