Добрый день! Где посмотреть до какого числ оплачен тариф? Дело в том, что по нашим данным оплата была до ноября 2025, но у нас сейчас бесплатный тариф по какой-то непонятной причине

 

Hi ​@DNK CRM Thanks for reaching out. For privacy and security reasons, we don’t have access to billing details here in the Community. To check your subscription status and the exact date your plan is active until, I’d recommend heading to your Billing settings in Miro. You can find this by opening Team settings → Billing → Overview.

 

If you still see that your plan is showing as Free but believe you should have access until November 2025, please contact the Miro Support team directly so they can take a closer look into your account. Please let me know if you need help reaching supports.
