We have the following problem related to a name change: A colleague owns several boards and important content under her previous user.

Because she changed her last name (and thus her email address), we have adjusted this in our authentication server. She now appears twice in Miro: with her old user and with the new user. The SSO process always redirects her to her new user. She can no longer log in manually with the old user either. However, she urgently needs to back up the content of her old user or transfer it to the new user.

According to the FAQ, only she, as the board owner, can move the content; I haven't found a way to do this in my role as an admin. What is the best way to back up or transfer her content?

Since this situation involves SSO login changes and transferring board ownership between two accounts, it’s something that can only be resolved by the Miro Support team.
