Subscription cancellation problem

Hey everyone!

I recently did a trial subscription, I did cancel it a few days before the trial ended but there have been some complications with my network and I believe the subscription failed to cancel, I don’t use Miro anymore and forgot about it until I got a bank request to pay for it, please help me figure out what to do in this situation, as I do not want to continue this subscription
