Hey All,We have a miro board that we would like to share with people who are new to MIRO and they will only have access as a ‘free user’. Is there a way for us to share the board with them so that they can duplicate and edit it as necessary? And if possible could we lock the ‘Master’ board for editing? Basically - Can a free user duplicate locked items on a board, which they can then edit themselves?

Below I provided a link so you can see a screencast video I made that demonstrates the trouble I’m having using Miro on my iPad Pro with Apple Pencil.  I can open the palette for shapes but not for the pen.  Why?  Video of my problem.

Miro does not render all draw lines on miro app is I zoom out. Basically I am trying to leave all the draw expressions on the board if I zoom out help.

Hi everyone, currently we are on Consultant plan with 74 full licenses. For a large workshop coming up, I wanted to buy 32 more licenses - but I can only select 100. Is a 100 licenses the maximum of full licenses I can have? I am looking forward to your reply.Cheers- Leonie 

Can I use more than 1 Asana account in Miro Asana Cards?

Is there any simple way to add titles or searchable annotations to the captured pages?I understand I can create text box or something, then group them, but it is awkward.

Hello! Has anyone found a good way to analyse or organise Miro sticky notes so that you can group them by common themes or words?  I am running online workshops to gather feedback and input from different groups and it would be amazing to be able to for example, collect all the sticky notes that have the word “microscope” on them. Is there a clever automated way or workaround other than just going through them all manually?thanks for any tips!    

Hi all,I’ve created a load of sticky notes from a spreadsheet (WPS Office).When displayed the words do not wrap in the sticky notes and cannot be edited.Is that normal behaviour?Thanks,Mark

I’m wondering if anyone has tips on developing a Miro web-plugin with more than one developers? I’m currently the only one working on the plugin so every time I want to work on it, I edit the web-plugin URL on the app settings page to a URL that points to my localhost.This is ok for now, but will get cumbersome when we bring more people in. Wondering if anyone has tips or want to share how they develop their plugins locally? Thank you!

Trying to download the Mac app via https://miro.com/apps/, but the page seems down. Does anyone know whats going on?

Dear community,I am a student right now and working with Miro in my university courses. We have a big white board where every student uploads his/her work to present the state they are at after a week. The student who presents will have all the other students following so that the presenting student can zoom in/out and drag around the board.The problem I am having is, that every time it is my turn to present and everybody starts following me I simply cannot zoom in/out or drag the board around anymore. Other students don’t have problems like me but some others do have the same problems. Every time I share a link to a miro board, either in a 3rd party app like Teams, or indeed in miro itself, all I get is this generic link preview. It doesn’t even have the name of the board. Does anyone know why?  

I accidentally clicked no access to all team members on a Miro Board share. The board is completely gone even for myself and I created it.Please tell me there is a way to get it back?!

Hello!I have various tags on a cards in a timeline  to identify gaps, benefits etc with each card. I can filter the tags using the filter feature but is there a way to copy past these into a list format easily or view the list of gaps easily as a team?

Please can anyone advise if it is possible for a delegate on our livestorm event to comment only, not edit, the board without signing in? And if this is possible, on which plans please?

I see the option to write along a curved line but can’t see how to initiate this.  This is the option bar including the option to write along the line...I’ve tried various things but haven't yet worked out how to action this.

My company wants to make the Miro Desktop application (Windows 10 64-bit) available to end users. How does the application update itself? Do users get prompted that an update is available, and do users have to manually initiate the update, or does it install silently in the background without user interaction required?If user interaction is required, does the user need to be an admin on his/her device?Also, can someone approximate how frequently the Miro Desktop application updates (about once a month, twice yearly, etc.)?Thanks!

Hello,When a Board is created using boardsPicker with { allowCreateAnonymousBoards: true, action: "access-link"}… is there a way to obtain an accessToken to use with the REST API, to modify this anonymous Board?(Assuming the user is not logged into Miro, and is therefore created as a Guest Editor.) I imagine that if the user were logged in to Miro already, we would need to complete an OAuth2 flow to obtain permission to use and accessToken on their behalf. However if the user is anonymous, then presumably there is no downside to also returning a REST API accessToken along with the accessLink? My use case: allow unregistered users to create a Board, and then to programatically populate it with some content, and later to programatically read some content from it. I will also investigate another approach: programatically creating Boards within my own Team, and generating public editor links for those, and then using Live Embed to enable unregistered users to use them. I made a board a few weeks ago. I tried to open it via the link I got from my teammates (the link worked before). When I clicked the link it opened the home page of Miro but not my board. I also can’t find my board anymore and I didn’t delete it.

My understanding of this ‘set current view’ is that it only works for new users. Is there a way to set the view so that everyone comes to the specific place on the board I want them? Other than bringing everyone to me, which I currently use (not sure if it brings latecomers to me tho)

Looking for some guidance.  I am on an internship and have been asked to look into a way Miro can add flow diagram projects from Overflow.  What i want to do is to add projects from Overflow as you would do with the already available plugin for Adobe XD.  The idea is to provide collaboration on Overflow projects.  Any assistance to point me in the right direction will be greatly appreciated.

Hi all,I have a visual mapping (shapes with text connected by arrows) of many variables that affect a particular context (with the various connections shown).  At an online workshop, I wish the 15 or so participants to be able to indicate which variables they think most and which least significant (using a scale of 1-5 or colour scale).  There are around 30 variables, and I hope all 15 participants will place a vote on every variable.We shall then discuss the ones that score highest. My challenge is how to make this easy for participants who have not used Miro before?I thought about using coloured dots, but cannot find any!  One can make dots using the circle shape, but I’m at a loss as to how to fix the size (visually it won’t work if the dots are different sizes)I’m also considering using the number emojis, hoping people won’t re-size them manually.  But as they are all grey, the visual impact is lower.Any idea how to create a ‘dot’ with fixed size?Or any better ideas how people can
