@Marcela Cabezas - I’m going to take a guess that you upgraded to the Consultant Plan - if I’m wrong, please advise. If I am correct, creating new teams in the Consultant Plan is a little different.

From the Team profile settings:

Click on Company:

And then Teams → Create new team:

hice un upgrade al nivel de Teams, lo pague y luego tratando de cambiar algo borre mi equipo o mi cuenta...no sé lo que hice.

pero ahora no me aparece nada, perdí unos tableros y no me aparece mi suscripción….pero mantengo mi ingreso a miro con el mismo correo…

Cómo recupero mi equipo? y mis tableros? y mi upgrade?

@Marcela Cabezas - I think we are going to need to get the Miro support team involved as the general Miro community will not be able to see the history as to what has happened.
