Hey team,

 

I had to reinstall windows on my PC and now I can’t install Miro.

I downloaded the 64 bit version from the website and it never starts, it keeps loading for hours and nothing happened.

I am using Bitdefender Total Security, not sure if it is blocking Miro, but I am not sure, since I had it previously.

Anybody had similar issues?

@Daniel Tanimoto - I just downloaded the Windows 64-bit from this address (https://desktop.miro.com/platforms/win32/Miro.exe) and it installed fine for me (version 0.5.3).

While you may have had Bitdefender in the past, perhaps there was previously an exclusion that has been lost since the Windows re-install. If you haven’t already, I would suggest completely disabling Bitdefender (and another other firewall/malware/VPN software).

Other than that, hopefully someone with more Windows/OS platform management experience has some ideas for you.
