I created a few projects for the last 3 years using my private email, but the owner of the board is another person. How can I move all my projects  to my student account? 

Hello!  I see between 20 and 30 students each week. On the AWW app, I had a board for each student and each student had a log-in to AWW. (They did not have to pay to be members.) Once I added them to a board, they had access to that board.  I don’t see how to create this on Miro for free. If I become a Consultant, will I be able to invite each student once. I don’t want to have to send a new invite at the time of every session. I would also hope that they can log in at any time, not just when we are working, to review our work.  SECOND QUESTION - do the up graded boards have pages or are they infinite planes? I liked the pages because the students could easily find me on the boards. Please advise...and if any of you tutor AP  Physics C - I would like to hire you!  THank you!

Miro overall great product. A bit annoyed I had to upgrade today in order to export a larger size board, but hey can’t win everything.  One thing I did wish though for since I’m now a paying miro user, is that ARROWS didn’t auto connect, weirdly self select curve (who uses curved arrows?!) Is there a button for automatically creating straight arrows. Figma and indesign use shift, I believe. It’s just a nightmare. I begging you please make these easier to use. 

Hello experts, I have linked multiple objects so that I can navigate among them during the presentation of my miro board. It works well without presentation mode. But, when I go to the presentation mode (by pressing the play button) the link doesn’t work and doesn’t take to the expected object. Is there any solution of it?

Problem (critical): The refresh artboard button is not working as expected.Try the following:1- Link an XD file to your Miro Board2- Insert 2 different artboard (in the video I did it twice… sorry about that)3- You have now 2 different artboards inside your Miro board. 4- Go to one of them and ask them to replace image - I replace the BLUE with the Red.  → Expected outcome: Both images are now linked to the "RED" artboard.5- Go to XD and make any change - In the video I changed the RED and I put a white triangle (the problem manifest even if you don’t change the XD file)6- Update - Nothing happens.7- Refresh both RED artboard in Miro → Expected outcome: Both will show the new version of the RED with the white triangle PROBLEM: The old BLUE that I replaced with the RED reverts to the original BLUE. If I made any replacement like this across many other XD links inside the board, they are gone too.Check the linked video for quick demo.Any ideas why this happen?Check the video on this Loom

How can I Restore a Deleted Board on a free account?

I upgraded my account to Team plan for two months and then cancelled it a few days ago.I just logged in to my account and found out I couldn’t edit my boards because boards are belong to team (or are stored in team). Then I clicked the Upgrade button on the upper-right side, and clicked downgrade button under free plan. It turned out all my boards are disappeared!  Anyone knows how to make my boards back? Any help would be much appreciated.    

Hello :)I understand that the probable answer to this question will be - (a big) NO, since I couldn't find anything online, but still.I work at a workplace with access to only a private network, so my obvious question is if it is possible to have all the back end running on our servers privately. I expect this option to be only available as an interpose solution of course. Thanks,Daniel K

I work for a subsidiary for a large retail brand in Australia. Our Miro enterprise licensing is setup so that there is seperation between us (the department store), the (much larger) supermarkets business, and “everyone else”. Initially, we in the department store business left invites open to allow for “All team members” to invite anyone else as they deemed necessary - due to covid, we didn’t want to put any admin overhead/restriction that would slow people down from doing their job. This has all been fine, but I recently found out that there’s been about a hundred licenses issued (via invites) where there hasn’t been any authorisation for spend. That in itself isn’t an issue as that will be resolved internally. My question relates to the “Invitation Settings”, found in Permissions for each Team. In this wireframe, I want to insert some space and add more content. How can I do that?Currently, I select all the elements and drag them down. This is painful.  

Can I move all the users between teams?

When creating an app and getting a token for our current team I get this error.If I try token for DevTeam everything is ok but when I try it for existing one I get an error. What’s the problem? 

Hi,I figured that the common Windows key sequence Alt-4 closes the app, but only if the “boards” tab is selected. This is counter-intuitive and different from any Windows app I use.Could that get changed in some coming update?thx, alex.

Shows in Miro like this; keywordvolume 6500seo difficulty 43paid difficulty 45 keyword 2 volumeseo…. Now my question. Can I format that into a table or at least the data for each keyword horizontal instead of in a block? Would like to avoid copy and pasting the data for every single one.Thanks!

How to download the board without user registration. Not all users who visit my site are registered in Miro. How to download their board. I use the API concept. Hello, Fantastic that Miro community exists It’s too complicated. I use Miro once or several times a week for workshops with often 10 - 40 participants. Mostly academics and professionals that are 40+ years of age. One of the first hurdles is to get them to understand how to move around the map. I have been searching (and did my own tutorial videos) because there are some key concepts that simply does not exist in their mind. Here are some insights:Any tutorial that is not straight to the point within 5 seconds, they lose interest and become frustrated. They do not have the spatial concept of zooming in and out. Instructions needs to be super specific. Scroll wheel With or without ctrl/cmnd Pinch zoom Clicking Cursor Space V Toolbar DESELECT Resizing Copy-paste Hiding participant cursorsAll explained within 2 minutes. 1 minute introductions will just make them confused. Trust me, by now I have introduced hundres of people to Miro and it’s like talking to digital cavemen.

HiI am trying to delete the basic (first) step in the process diagram - I do not need it, I wolud like to start from the second one. But when I push Delete, all the diagramm (all the steps that follows) is deleted. How can I fix it?The yellow one I want to delete and start the diagram from the step at the right (without colour), but when I delete the yellow one, all the steps that are situated at the right are erased. HELP!!! 

Is it possible to embed Miro-boards in Microsoft Teams without allowing public link sharing in Miro?  I go to my MS Team - click the top right “+”-symbol - Miro - choose a board. Then I see the title “Embed with access settings”, with the message “Public Link Sharing is turned off by the Company Admin”. I know this works if I turn the public link sharing “on”, but my wish is to make this work without enabling public sharing.  

How to upgrade from a year plan to a monthly?

I am working on an App/Integration that will update Miro User Profile Images using another system as the image source. My App has team permissions to team:write scope at the App/Team level. When I call the https://api.miro.com/v1/users/USERID/picture method through the API using the App’s global OAuth Token I receive a 403 Forbidden response code. My intention is to have the app update all user’s images that are members of the team. The team admin gave permission for the app at the team level.  Is this not sufficient? 

We had a client using Miro for a brainstorming activity.  The project is now finished and she continues to receive updates and emails from Miro, despite having clicked the ‘unsubscribe’ link multiple times. (They are Miro promotional emails, we have removed her from all of our boards). She is becoming very frustrated and would like to delete her account to stop receiving messages from Miro, but cannot figure out how.  Any advice? 

I want to be able to create a page a google sites similar to the one on Miroverse that I can share internally within my organisation. To be able to do that I was wondering if it is possible to create the use template button on a google site.Any advice is appreciated!

I have a template for a board that contains lots of frames. I now want to rename and reorder them. But, when editing the template, I can’t access the list of frames. How do I edit frames in a custom template?
