Can't change user's profile name

Hi all,

 

I’m coming with a little problem. I’m a company admin and I can’t change someones “First & Last Name”. How can I do this? Or it’s not possible?

@MateuszJan - While I have no experience with the Company Admin role outside of the Consultant Plan, I am quite certain that only the Miro account profile holder/user can do this. One way for them to access their profile settings is through 

  1. Their profile avatar (top-right) → Settings
  2. Profile details → Frist & Last Name

     

I tried that but I’m getting information that we have SSO enabled (and it is enabled) and I need to contact administrator but I’m admin :)

@MateuszJan - According to the User Management Overview on Enterprise Plan Help Center article, because you're using SSO, you cannot change the name in Miro:
