Hi all,

I’ve got a challenge :)

I have my own company with my own Miro license and from my own company I help other companies with their struggles.

My current assignment is with a huge enterprise also with its own Miro license. Now this is where the troubles begin.
When I want to share one or more of my boards with colleagues from the enterprise, I have to make my boards public with a password otherwise they cannot access it.
When I want to access a board which is located in the enterprise license, they have to make it public with a password.
Is there an easier solution to share boards without losing ownership?

Do you want to just provide them a copy of the board (and vice versa)? If so, then backing up and restoring the board as an RTB file would be a simpler approach than granting access to the board itself.

@Kiron Bondale no not just a copy.

All the boards are used on a regular basis

Then the only solution outside of the anonymous guest editor access method would be for you to add their accounts as a team member on your paid plan or for them to add your account as a team member on their enterprise plan.
