This is the picture of the fishbone template:How is intended to use this diagram (the template documentation only provides general guidelines about the process but not about how to use the template),  do you have some video where to see how it works?Per picture, I would expect people go a write possible causes for each area? I don’t see how it could work collaboratively. I would think better to ask people to provide sticky notes for each area, and then to try to find the biggest root cause per area, eliminating duplicated, etc.Thanks for any help or advise,Thanks,David 

My team has a subscription to miro and some of us have full access while others do not. I am wondering how to get full access to the rest of my team. They are on the boards and can use them with their free plan but are unable to use miro with full access because it says that they have the free plan. 

Do we have a Keyboard shortcut for entering the presentation mode ? I Can’t seem to find it. 

is it possible to be more clear about the specific limitation the free version has in terms of users, there are several post related to similar topic, so it seems the documentation is not clear.Let’s say I would like to run a retrospective meeting under the free version, I now only three boards are available. My teams has 15 people. Can I share the link to invite them to the retro meeting so they are able to create sticky notes related to the retro? Is it possible?, I don’t want to be in a meeting and then to realize it doesn’t work because people can not provide information to the board.The free version documentation states unlimited users, but the wording is different depending where you read this information.According to this information what does it mean? What is the point of getting someone with the link view access only. This is the same as me sharing my screen in a Webex Section we don’t need a link for that unless people can participate in the session creating sticky notes or a

Hello EveryoneWe try to figure out a solution to implement automatic license assignment in Miro for specific groups. We have thousands of users and some of the will get a license, some of them not.The best way to go would be a ad group. If the user is in a specific ad group, a license will be assigned in Miro. We have Azure AD and SCIM already configured.Anyone of you guys has an idea how to solve this? Thanks for your help!

When running a voting session, it seemed that everyone was missing the voting sidebar that typically shows up. Some users also clicked the “+” and wasn’t seeing votes being counted. In the past and in the docs it shows there should be a sidebar to see and edit your votes, view the time, etc. Is there a known bug or a setting that hides this for everything? Not sure what’s going on but something isn’t working on this board.   

Hi,For me it`s not possible to change the settings of a voting after saving it in the first place. As soon as I saved a vote and try afterwards to change something, it wont save it anymore, so I always have to set up a new one, What is kind of annoying when you just want to give 5min more time e.g.Anyone with the same experience? Recently I’ve started using miro for a student project and after a few uses all of the images displayed on my board have been inverted. Any help or guidance with this issue would be much appreciated.

Will I be charged if I invite an external user by email?Also, can invited external users edit the board?We are currently inviting external users to edit with URL links.I was told "I want to check the change history", so when I looked up the method, it seems that it can be used by users invited by email.However, I'm not sure if it's free for users invited by email.The problem is that you can't edit it even if it's free.I don't want to use the 1day pass.Please tell me the detailed person.

Is there any max number for guest editor to have a board? I’m planning to have a ideation session with more for 300 people, with 1 board. How do you think? do you have any experience for that?   

Hallo ZusammenIch möchte den Presentation Mode nutzen, um mehrere Frames hintereinander (ähnlich wie Powerpoint) anzuzeigen. Aktuell funktioniert das aber nur, wenn ich auf den Vorwärts bzw. Rückwärts Pfeil klicke. Nutze ich den Presentation Mode bleiben manche Frames halb hängen. Seht unten  Ganz am Anfang vor ca. 2 Monaten hat es noch tipp-topp geklappt und ich war ganz happy. Jetzt  bleibt es immer hängen. Was muss ich ggf. bei den Frames beachten? Ich habe den Browser auf 100% eingegestellt und auch schon verschiedene Browser versucht. Sometimes (not always, not when I try) … when I share by link, I am asked to set the focus that other people who visit the board will see. (e.g. Zoom in, pan left… this is what I want them to see when they first open the board from this link.)First, what is this feature called so that I can search for it in the (dense) user manual?Second, can I change it? Can I create 2 links that have 2 different focal settings?Third, I created a link with and set focal settings (included Frames 1, 2 & 3)… and then moved a few things around, created Frame 4, and now it is focusing on Frame 4 (the wrong thing). … What are these “Focal Settings” keying off of / tied to? (Fwiw, I know I can open a Frame’s details and get a link to it.) Thank you

Hello,I’m using Miro in my iPad and created one board. But when I log in using my same Miro account in the desktop version I cannot see the board I created in the iPad.  Is there anything that I’m missing to work on the same board back & forth between the desktop and the iPad?J.C.

We are new to Miro. We are trying to upload JPEG files from Google Drive and from personal computers to create a mood board for the product team. We are getting an error message saying that these files are unsupported, although the files meet all the qualifications for supported files. It seems as though some of the jpeg files are supported and others aren’t. Please advise.

Hi, I’m trying to figure out optimal settings to ensure boards can’t be shared outside our team by anyone other than Team Admins. It’s likely to be Team plan that we upgrade to if I can come up with a plan for this. I know I can prevent anyone but admins adding members to the team already so that’s fine. We’ll have 2 team members who won’t be admin and will need to be able to edit boards but I don’t want them to be able to share them. I believe, on the Team plan, I can restrict the sharing ability on boards I create but, if they create one, they’d be the owner and I can’t control the sharing settings. Assuming I’m right about that, is there any way I can prevent them creating any boards and have them request a new board be set up if needed?

Hey all, has anyone successfully used the Miro app on a Microsoft Surface Hub (the giant expensive touch screen thing)? Have managed to get our IT team to install the app on our Surface Hub, but unclear on how to get it to log into a Miro board and/or how to get it to display Miro boards that are associated with Teams meetings.So if anyone who has used it successfully could chime in with the basics of how they got it working it would be appreciated - I couldn’t find any basic how-to info on the Miro site.The workflow I tried was:Join Teams meeting from the Surface Hub (where the device was invited as a participant) Open Miro app from list of apps (the Surface Hub equiv of the start menu) Miro app opens, but displays a blank (white) screen with no option to log into a Miro account

Some of us in my organization can login and access Miro. But some aren’t able to signup. Sign-up link takes the email ID, user name and password and directs into a Single sign-on page which does not belong to my organization. Sign in without SSO is not working. Any ideas on what maybe the issue in signing up? Thanks! 

Hi,I have an issue with the Miro account. The employee used Miro account ( admin rights) but now he already leaved our company. I tried to reset his account but it seem not work ( not received any acknowledgment from Miro). Iam not sure Miro had policy to disable account that long time have no active. Please help me to resolve this issue.Thanks and regards,TT

i dont know what to do and how to fix it 

If I’m doing a business process diagram and want to suggest that a user might, for example, browse to http://MyExample.com (← like that) the interface automatically converts it to a hyperlink so if my poor audience members click on it accidentally, they’re locked up for 90 seconds waiting for their browser to time out.Then there’s no clear way to remove the hyperlink or otherwise prevent the behavior.

Hi,I created a board - have linked different sections and parts of my board.Everything works fine.Every link does what it should. But  … when I create a template out of my board  the links are absolute:They open the old board which I used for creation of the template. How can I make that the links only work inside of the board seperately inside my template without going into my old board …BestMichael
