i am working on a consultant plan and would like to have the possibility to add guest names if board is public and shard via link (without pw).I found the very helpful workaround from Robert. Thx for that!Now a friend of mine showed me the following settings.i cant find this possibility in my account. I have only the permission setting “copy board content”, the second topic is missing. Any ideas what tio do?

Hey,I’m testing out Miro to see if I want to continue with a paid profile, but I am running into an issue with the templates on my Tablet S7:  I can’t scroll on the templates and view at all.  @Marina any advice?

How do I open up comments that have been made by teammates on post-it notes? In particular, I have a post-it note like the following:  I’ve tried looking at the “Comments” section on Miro, and it’s not there. I cannot seem to be able to just click on the red box to expand the text so I can read it in full. How do I expand it?

Miro would be more helpfull and easy to manage if objects, icons, photo’s en text could send back, forwards in steps.

All,I’m using Miro for a collaboration group for one of my clients - they want to brand the boards with their logo and make it feel as though it is their own space.Anyone done this to good effect? Hi there !I have, 1 year ago, subscribed to the miro for startup plan for my previous company.I am not part of that company anymore, and i have been unable to access my miro account or my mailbox (witch doesn’t exist anymore).So the issue there is that i have been unable to unsubscribe the automated renewall and i have been charged around 550$ on my personnal card.I’ved tried to reach the support, but i did not get any answers or responses.Got any ideas how to solve this ?Thanks !

If I deleted my Miro account, would all files that I had previously uploaded on all boards that I had once been a member in (but not anymore) also be deleted? 

Hi! I’m trying to re-order the sequence of my frames. For some reason, I can’t get to the sub menu (in the frames side menu) that allows me to toggle between the list and the mini icons. It’s already a hassle to move the frames one by one (bummed about this!), but using the icon view is even more ‘hassling’ compared to the ‘list’ view. Any thoughts on what I’m doing wrong? Where the option should be, I instead have an ‘add frame’ icon. Hmm. ALSO, on a separate note from ‘frames’ themselves: any ideas on how I can create several meeting sequences in the same board? For example, my classroom will have a three part series. Part I meeting is now done. So, I’m now creating the Part II meeting. But I hate to give up my ‘meeting’ sequence for Part I. Current work around is to create Part II meeting at the top, with a divider frame, then Part I follows.  I want to be able to re-use this board, with all three meeting sequences in place. 

Hi there,Using the REST API v2.0 I’ve created two basic round_rectangle shapes and I’ve retained their IDs from the JSON response. How do I create a line that connects the two shapes using the REST API?It would be great if I could also set the following for the line if possible:The line’s colour and line style (dots/dashes). A board I use quite often for a side project is no longer working.The task bars are white and I can’t select or more anything on the board itself.I get the same results on different browsers (tried firefox and explorer)Does anyone know a possible solution?Have also tried clearing all my cache and data. I recently created an app  with the SDK v2, then I realized that the functionality I want is on v1. How can I use the SDK v1 functionality? I tried usingmiro.v1since that works in the browser using dev tools, but it looks like is not available when running the app.

I can log in on the web app, but the desktop app won’t go past the loading logo animation.  I’ve tried uninstalling the app and preferences and reinstalling and it’s the same.

I couldn’t find Table / Grid component in Miro wireframe library. Is it there somewhere or unavailable? How to wireframe table then? 

My coworkers and I use Miro constantly as part of our planning and retrospection processes. Lately, we’ve noticed that many of our boards will have issues with Emojis, Images, and even stickies not rendering. This happens for team members even if this is the only Miro board they have open in their browser or the Miro app. The boards themselves don’t have anywhere close to the limit of 100,000 mentioned in the documentation, or even 20,000. I’d guess the # of widgets is in the thousands, not 10s of thousands. Has anyone else been having similar issues recently? I feel like using Miro in 2021 in the same manner I didn’t have these problems, and these issues seem to have been introduced in late 2021 or early 2022? Is the Miro team aware of this and looking into it? I’d rather have more stability/reliability than new features at this point. Members of my team are complaining enough that they might want to move away from the tool, and I’d hate to do that. When I group a bunch of objects together to paste onto a different board, I get a “number of Objects copied” metric.  When I paste them on another board, I get a “number of Objects pasted” metric and they are not the same.  Why ?

Hi all,I’d like to add a miro team to a slack channel (updates, etc).  I don’t want all my miro activity posted in that channel - just all activity related to a team in miro.  Is that possible?

I have a consultancy plan. There is no more voting button and the votion action in the new Miro Meeting Beta on the frame (+ set up app → Voting) is inactive and grayed out.Right now I am the only person on the board. Does the action become available once multiple persons have been added to the board or why is the voting feature in Miro Meeting Beta on the frame level disabled?Thank you for your help.

Avez-vous besoin de ressources, d’inspiration, de traductions...etc. ? Voudriez-vous participez à des sessions de discussions informelles.. ou vraiment avoir des “webinaires”, des séances de partage sur nos pratiques respectives, des trucs plus structuré et animé ?----- De mon côté, j’ai une interrogation, puisque j’ai souvent à présenter Miro à des utilisateurs au Québec, en français, j’essaie souvent de présenter certaines actions ou icônes en français.. mais par exemple pour les “Frames”, je suis toujours un peu embêtée, vous utiliseriez quoi? des cadres?… _____ 

I am trying to list all the teams within the organization using the list all teams V2 REST API, which requires the org_id as the parameter, I have looked through the docs but didn’t find anything on how to get the org_id. Please help.

Hi, I can see on the Miro status page  that there’s an application loading issue. We’re unable to get load or login to miro from win/mac and app or any of the major browsers, we have an online workshop in 30 minutes, and so I’m slightly panicing and wondering if anyone has found any workarounds? We need to at least access the contents of the WS space from yesterday in order to port it over to mural, or a ppt or offline format. Grateful for any advice!!!! 😅🙏🏽😱

I love that Miro has the possibility to configure Request management and in create a service desk ticket (for us at Jira).After following the docs at Request management – Miro Support & Help Center it seems that the option is nothing else than sending an email to email requests in Jira? Really? What’s then the difference to Option 2: Send requests to specific emails? 

Hi,We are testing how we can embed a Miro board in an application, and we have a couple of questions about user management. We are using, for now, a Developer account.1) Is it possible to create a user via the Miro REST API using the Developer account (to test the feature)?2) After creating the account via the Miro REST API, does the user need to login into Miro to access (to edit) one board? Or is there a mechanism to avoid the Miro login page/popup?3) If an already created user moves to another device (where they are not logged in to Miro) is there any mechanism to log them using the REST API to avoid the Miro login page/popup? 4) Who will be the Miro user when an API-created user logs into the app that embeds Miro board?
