I’ve been using Miro on my personal account for a while and I had a few boards I’d been working on - for a long time, which I really didn’t want to lose. Somehow, yesterday, I realised my personal boards were now part of the Primary team at work - I have no idea how my personal things got there. I tried moving them, but I’m not the owner of the boards 😱 Even as a team admin, I can’t move them back to my personal team of myself only! Nor delete them! And now everyone at my work has access to privileged info from other companies. HELP!

Hi Community,Recently, some important features from the Frames toolbar have gone missing: the Grid/Freeform buttons and the ability to send frames to the front or back of one another. This has created a serious problem in my workflow: I have a number of templates that I rely on for my students to post work in and those templates now seem locked in the SNAP TO GRID status—which makes it impossible for students to submit work in them. I notice that a new snap-to-grid feature has been added to the dotted grid, and I wonder if this change has disturbed other features. If anyone has any advice on how to get the old features back, please let me know!David

Hi, I wish to upgrade my account but fail to understand the collaboration functionality:I am currently the only team member who form boards and create workshops. The rest of my team just need access and edit permission of particular boards (basically - ability to add comments\post-its, move components around and so on). Which pricing plan should I choose? And how can I give a visitor\guest permission to my teammates (as opposed to a “member” role)? Many Thanks,N

Hello Miro Community,I am building an onboarding automation and I’m using an HTTP request to invite users to our team. I’m following the instructions here. I can run this request in Miro’s test request on this page and it works fine. However, when I send my request from my automation, I get this error:   "body": {        "status": 500,        "code": "internalError",        "message": "Internal Error",        "type": "error"    }Has anyone else run into an issue like this? Is there something I can adjust in my request to get this to run successfully?

Hi, hope this is the right place to feed back with a bug report.  Someone please redirect me if not I think there's a bug with https://beta.developers.miro.com/reference/get-items-within-frameOthers calls I’ve used so far work fine for me (suggesting user error is unlikely ).Firstly and most importantly, the NodeJS version (which I'm using) fails saying:Sorry, `get-items-within-frame` does not appear to be a valid operation on this API. Other things that suggest there are problems:Notice it mentions `localhost` in ref at top The shell version URL just says `items`.Thanks and HTH!

Hello. I need to create a clickable Flow Chart where someone can click on one of the elements of the flow chart and go into another flow chart.  is this possible in Miro? 

Hi allI have a team mate who is visually impaired BUT doesn’t need to use a screen reader. I’ve asked them what is the gap for them in terms of using Miro, but I can’t get any specifics.Do any of you have some tips on what I can try to make the Miro boards more accessible?

I expect a lot of you have had this experience: You’re part of a group session where people are being encouraged to add images. A common scenario is that we are being asked to add an image of ourselves to a little bio, so that people who have only just met can easily identify one another…But when you drag and drop your image into Miro, it is GIGANTIC and suddenly, not only is everyone staring up your left nostril and admiring that spot under your eye, you’ve completely covered all other content on the board.Then there’s that awkward scramble to zoom out far enough that you can grab the edges of the image and resize it down to a sensible size.It’s a uniquely uncomfortable experience and is especially awkward when (as it inevitably is) it’s with a bunch of people you’ve only just met.Weirdly when I Googled and when I searched this forum, I couldn’t find anyone ese talking about this, but I’ve been in sessions where it’s happened to other people, so I know I’m not the only one.Is there a

Copy and pasting the web-plugin examples do not work.I tried this example, and it give an error relating to ‘create’ being undefined.const viewport = await miro.board.viewport.get()const centeredX = viewport.x + viewport.width / 2const centeredY = viewport.y + viewport.height / 2miro.board.widgets.create({type:'sticker', x:centeredX, y:centeredY})I looked through the miro.board object properties in the console, and ‘widgets’ does not exist.I do however have a bunch of functions like ‘miro.board.createSticker’. Am i on and old version or something? How do i get these examples working?

I'm using Miro on Android (Samsung Galaxy A72 phone)When pressing on images in a board and choosing 'download' I get a messege saying "saving" and then "file saved", but then I can not for the life of me locate these images in any of my usual folders. Any Ideas would be appreciated. Thanks!

Terrible service, cannot find any which way to contact anyone at Miro …. they know how to charge but dont support their customers! Any ideas? Any email address or where i can request any form of help??

Hello Miro-Community,I am currently using the storymapping Feature in Miro - in fact, thats why I switched from Mural and got a consultant plan.Here is my Issue:I want my card titles to be fully visible on the storymap at all times, e.g. card expands to make room for a longer title.Right now, the Title is cut off after two words if I zoom out enough  to make at least a portion of the storymap visible. this relates to this topic, which sadly did not get any answers yet:Card - make the outer zoom level not just show empty attribute boxes, but use whole card for title | MiroAlso, when looking at the storymap, I want the card to show only its title and nothing else. When I zoom in enough to make the title fully visible, the descriptive text inside the Card appears which adds to the confusion. Is there any workaround? Unfortunately, the status quo takes away the whole clarity of the storymap and renders it kinda useless. Your help is much apprecitated - thank you!Felix 

Hey guys.  I have a tree in my miro board. Structure is simple:  nodes are text, connection between - arrows.  I know that there is option to export information as csv but this is works only for text.  Is any ability to export informations about arrows(connections)? (any structure)  Many thanks

Hello,I am new to Miro and am hosting a series of focus groups where I am using Miro through MS Teams.  For most people, they see all the tools on their screens.  There are some people, sometimes me who don’t see any of them.  If I guess at their spot, they work, but it I can’t guide others to do that who are just learning.I did not see a similar posting.    

A student that is not in the institution anymore created a board on my team and I have to delete but I can't see a option to do it.

Hi all, on my boards I used to have all the tools available, but now suddenly Miro says’ this tool is unavailable on this board’ for a whole bunch of tools on practically all my boards. Anyone got any idea what happened? Cheers,Bert

Is there a way to get the user information from a card assignee using the web SDK?When I select a card widget I get an object similar to this:{    type: ‘card’,    assignee: {        userId: ‘xxxxxxxxxxx’    },    ….}How can I get that user name from the assignee?I am trying to build a custom csv export, so I need that information.

Hi everyone, I’m on a paid plan, and I’ve exported a frame to PDF. However, the PDF file shows the word “kanban” on the board where it did not show up on my Miro board. (see poor quality screenshot below...) Any ideas of why this is happening or how to fix it? Thanks for your help
