Is it possible to reduce the symbols and options in the toolbar on the left hand side for invited attendees of a workshop? e.g. just let them the option of moving, adding posts and nothing else. It seems that most attendees are not familiar with digital pinboards and get confused with too many options. They feel stressed and get tired earlier which is not good. And it happens that they start adding frames unvoluntarily while trying to navigate. After my last remote workshop there was a dozen of frames scattered all over the pinboard.   PS: I love working with the MIRO pinboard! It’s really amazing! Thanks for the cool tool!

Is it possible to attribute to an object the possibility to be unlocked only by a host?

Hey Miro community,I’m on a Miro Team Plan and some of my boards have voting available and some do not. They are all in the same folder. I’m a paid user, and I created the boards. Any idea why or how to enable voting on the other boards that don’t have it?

So if I drag an svg in from my desktop and later move it somewhere else, will the link be broken? Or is it properly embedding so I don’t need to worry?thanks.

Hello!When I work on a mind-map and it’s already relatively big ( I work say on 100% zoom) and I add a new topic the board automatically zooms out to show me both the place I was looking at before and the new topic added somewhere below as same time. I find it very frustrating, I would want the board to navigate me to the new topic with the same scale of 100% as the font is suitable for me, rather that zoom out t0 20% so i need to find the right spot and zoom in again.I haven’t found any solution so far in the settings like: if I put the zoom to 100% only I can change it to 101%, no robot, workflow or super customer friendly AI is allowed to  ))Did anyone faced that too?

I am testing Smart Meetings (looks promising) but when I ‘Start’ the meeting and move on to the next frame the participants do not follow automatically - I have to use the ‘bring to me’ feature. Is this a bug or a problem with how I am setting this up.

Happy May, everyone.  I searched this forum and found no indication that anyone else has encountered this issue, so posing the scenario to all.I would like to display on my Miro board the document that is pointed to by a URL.  Navigating to that URL outside of Miro results in a document download which then has to be opened to be displayed.  I want to instruct Miro to “open the document located at this URL” not “go to URL”.  This URL links to a PDF document within an OpenText document management collection; OpenText is not one of the many apps integrated with Miro.It’s important to reference the OpenText URL, not the resultant PDF, so the URL will pull back the most recent version of the PDF.I’ve attempted Paste iFrame Code, Web page capture, Upload via URL, and a plain embedded URL link.  These all drop a link to the Miro board, but opening the link does not display or download the target document. Thanks in advance,

Hello all,in the past days I have had this very annoying experience with Miro where the board performance is quickly decreasing to an almost unusable state. For around 10 or 15 minutes everything is fine and then scrolling around gets very slow and choppy, text input appears with a delay, basically everything gets more and more laggy. The computer seems to be strained as well although the activity monitor (I'm using a Macbook) tells me Miro uses around 30–50 % CPU. The board itself is neither large nor does it have any graphics (just one). I'm currently working mostly with cards. This happens for me as well as other people, but also when I'm working alone on the board.Now I noticed a surprising way to fix that, at least for another 10 or 15 minutes before it all starts over again: If the network connection is reset, it all goes back to normal. I'm using the desktop app, but I don't even have to close it, I just toggle the wifi, Miro tells me the connection is lost and then restored and

I clicked on the Miro Next email and viewed it in my Windows application.  Usually there is a “Return to Dashboard” button or link on these type of announcement screens.  There isn't one and I had to exit the application to get back to the “Boards” tab  

Reading the forums this seems to be a recurring issue with many users. I have a miro board embedded into Canvas, but when I click on the “open in new tab” it comes up as undefined?The web address comes up as https://undefined/app/board/…….If I then physically change “undefined” to “miro.com” it works? This has only recently started happening. Any help would be very appreciated. Rikki

A colleague invited me to her board as an editor. I have a free account with active boards called Onboarding Squad. When I click the link in the email, I’m directed to my account. I do not have any options to see their team site (Team Chile) nor their board (Onboarding). Any ideas?

Hi!I’ve a question. I am trying to get zoom worked in Miro to use break outs.When I admit the zoom plugin then I am in the Zoom surrounding and have to connect Zoom with Miro. But every time when I want to login in Zoom I get the same screen over and over.I searched everywhere but I can’t find anything about this problem. I also checked already this, so it is Authorized. It’s a bit critical because I need to organise a webinar monday, so I hope anyone has the golden key. Hope someone know how to solve this.
