 Hi there, hope there is some help… For some reason in Safari (Version 15.4 (17613.1.17.1.13)) in comments emojis are not displayed correctly. I emptied the cache, did not help. It is not happening in Chrome. Any idea what I can do to fix this? Thanks!

When creating a new Project in organization, if I am the only member of it and toggle is off, does that mean that nobody(including admins) can access the Project? (aka Private)    

Dear Miro Team,We want to display Miro board into our application without asking user to sign-in to Miro. We want the users to log in our application (we are using OKTA as authentication/authorization mechanism) and will navigate to the page where we display miro board in the iframe. Even is the user is not logged in to Miro and he does not have the miro cookie, we want to display the board. Is that possible or miro login is mandatory before displaying the board?

Hello.  I use bold text a lot in my Miro boards and have noticed recently that the feature is not working for desktop.  Here is a chunk of text that *is* bold in the browser version but is not bold on desktop: Browser: Desktop:  

I was using a board last week and when I tried to access it again, it showed the message “Board does not exist”. The team where the board belonged to has disappeared from my account. From what I’ve read, it could be that the team was deleted. Is there anything I could do to try to restore the team or the board? 

Just exported a fairly simple frame. Lines of text were multiple lines, broken within lines, and within words. Shapes, like circles, were turned into line segments and strokes were separate from fills. Shapes where embedded in clipping masks that had no visual effect.I need to clean up Miro files for presentation, since it lacks decent control on curved lines, text control like padding and margins and tools to get more than basic alignment. So, since I can’t get those capabilities within Miro I would like the resultant PDF to be as clean as possible so that I need to do as little clean up as possible to style the result.

I need to copy my frame on another Miro board. But when I am transferring the frame, comments do not appear on the second board.What can I do to transfer the frame with comments?

Dear Miro Team, We have a free account and our admin has left the company but did not transfer admin rights over to anyone. How do we get admin access again?Cheers,Didi from LifeX

Hello everyoneDoes anyone know if its possible to link cards between Miro boards if the boards is in the same team and also if they are in different teams, but the users have access to both teams? 

I am using expiring access-tokens in my application. I followed the steps here for the authorization process. Everything works fine until we reach the step5: where we try to fetch the access-token using the refresh-token.I store the refresh-token in the backend and make an API call to fetch the updated access-token whenever a MIRO REST API is called, and update the refresh_token in case the fetched refresh_token is not the same as what I have stored in the backend. Everything was working fine up until yesterday, now I keep getting this error:{  "status": 401,  "code": "oauthError",  "message": "Invalid refresh token: <refresh_token>",  "type": "error"}And for some reason with every call to this API https://api.miro.com/v1/oauth/token?grant_type=refresh_token&client_id=CLIENT_ID&client_secret=CLIENT_SECRET&refresh_token=REFRESH_TOKEN the refresh_token returned is changed. Even though it shouldn’t because according the docs it doesn’t expire unless it’s been 60 days. An

how can create dashboard

Hi,  I'm at step #6 on How to set up Jira Cards  to to configure the Open Incoming Authentication OAuth tab. values: URL, Consumer Key, Consumer Name, Public Key. We installed the Jira Cards apps for my team but we do not have any plugin tab with the values needed. The only option available is "Connect” which doesn't work because there is no connection stablished yet.

I might be overlooking something simple here; it seems like the recent Interactive Display update on the Windows desktop app locked the toolbar to the bottom of the screen (see screenshot below). I also lost the order of my apps. I could not find anything in Preferences or the gear to shift it back to the left. The web version still shows the toolbar on the left of the screen, and has retained the app order.Has anyone found a means of switching it back? Thanks :)

I was invited to a team and accidentally created a board in it. I would like to move it to my own account/ team.

Dear Community,  i am facing a massive loss of pictures taken during a workshop yesterday. Used the app on Iphone for documenting models and put it directly on the board. Looked like, they would have been normally uploaded and appeared on the board. I also rearranged them on the board (using app). But today hardly a third of all pictures is visible on the board (desktop and mobile app). Does anyone have any advice?? 

Hi, since yesterday I couldn’t see my dashboards anymore. I reset cache, re-installed the app and since then I cannot login anymore, even under 0.7.14. When I type in my login credentials, I am referred to Safari where I login and see my boards there, but the Mac App remains on the login screen.

For many boards, I have noticed that SHARE icon is missing in the top right corner of the screen.For same boards, my company admin does see SHARE icon as visible.What could be the issue here?Please advise.Thanks, 

Multipage PDFs used to allow individual board users to page through the document at their own pace, but now when one person pages through a document it changes the the page number of the document for everyone on the board.This can be challenging when multiple users are trying to read the PDF at their own pace. Is there a way to change it back to the old settings?
