We have the Business package, and we added a full user (previously a trial member).  Said user cannot use the edit icon on a Jira Card, and gets the error message “Connection is initializing”. 

He does have jira access/license, but this happens regardless. He can use the Source button to open it in a new tab, but that will not be useful for our stakeholders that do not have and do not need Jira licensing.

We need all users to be able to edit/view the details of the cards.
