Since this morning, my embedded Miro boards stopped working - they proprely display “See the board” button, but after clicking some of them get stuck on endless loading state and others display the board but scrolling and moving the main are has no effect on it. Plus, the console is full of errors.I have tried that on a couple of different browsers and devices, and even embedding in two different apps. For example, this piece of test code gets stuck: <iframe width="768" height="432" src="https://miro.com/app/live-embed/uXjVOrSPVpU=/?moveToViewport=-1073,-553,2144,1104" frameBorder="0" scrolling="no" allowFullScreen ></iframe> The error that shows up: Is there anything that has to be updated?

I’m new user for Miro and try to create a training board in Miro to get familiar how Miro works. After I create some Frames, then come to a problem, I cannot delete anythings in my Frame, the deleted items always back again. I don’t know why, may I click wrong button. Will be very appreciate to get your help to see what’s wrong with my operation. TKS!

Hey there,I am a critical thinking consultant and we currently use Excel spreadsheets to capture the collaborative thinking from groups. I have been using Miro to replace some of the spreadsheets but I am running into problems when I need to rate the impact of actions on requirements etc.Currently in Excel we have dropdown lists to select High, Medium or Low and others are more analytical where they calculate numerical values and provide totals etc.Has anyone found a way to manage this in Miro? I am very open to different ways of dealing with this in Miro but unfortunately my creative abilities are limited! :)IAny help would be much appreciated. Or a recommendation to a consultant for creating Miro boards would also be great.Thanks very much,Andrew

Is there a way to create multiple text lines in a single org chart box? If I hit “enter” i just get another box. Also, can you align text in an org chart box? 

Hallo zusammen 🤝Mein Name ist Markus Eicher und ich bin ganz neu hier. Nicht neu als Anwender von verschiedenen Collaboration Tools, aber neu bei Miro. Aktuell habe ich zusammen mit einem Freund ein Projekt für ein FoodBike (FoodTruck) am Laufen. Dafür verwenden wir Miro als Planungs und Koordinationshilfsmittel. Wird bestimmt ein Abenteuer, da mein Kollege ein Informatikallergiker ist und selbst mit E-Mails nur widerwillig umzugehen bereit ist. Mal sehen, wie wir das mit Miro gebacken kriegen. Ich freue mich auf die Arbeit mit Miro und ich wünsche Euch allen eine gute und gesunde Zeit. Gruss aus der Schweiz.

Hi, I’m a Mac user and usually switch between same-program windows (such as Safari, Excel, Outlook, and so forth) by pressing Command + ` (the key between Shift and Z on an English keyboard).When using Miro, that option does not work, which is really inconvenient. Is there a workaround or something I’m missing?Thanks!

Hey miro Community,Let’s image that I am planning to get a consultant plan miro account and I want to collaborate on miro boards of my client who has a miro Free Plan team. The client already has more than 3 boards and the board I am invited to is not editable because only the three most recently created boards are editable in the Free Plan.How can I collaborate on the non-editable board with my client? Is it enough to have a Consultant account or does the client need to upgrade (which is unlikely in the near future)?CheersMarco

I’ve been using Miro for work, making storyboards, and need to add speech bubbles that the writers can edit. Issue is, that Miro sets a minimum horiztonal width which cannot be shrunk/adjusted by dragging the corner or side handles. This is not the case with callout rounded rectangles, but the disparity in behavior is incongruous. It makes my job frustrating, as I have to account for these enormous speech bubbles! Please remove the minimum width requirement and make them fully scalable like the other callout options. Also, please add in a thought bubble with cloud-like edges, to convey internal thoughts as opposed to speech. Thank you!

Hello Miro Support, Accidently I invited a bunch of people to my MIRO Boards. This cost 699$.I deleted all extra seats, so that I do have to pay 1150$ renewal in february 2023.Now I want to add a person I have deleted before and this would cause costs again - although I have already paid 7 more seats for this Account/ Team. I do not understand why I should pay this (again) - Please tell me why adding a seat I have already paid and owned costs extra after I deleted a user. It seems that we should talk about a payback and than I will add a certain number of seats for this team. (As mentioned, it was an accident that I ordered so many seats) Thanks for letting me know how we can proceed. Hello, I’m new to Miro but I cannot seem to create a self-transition in an UML diagram. I.e. I’m trying to model a transition that starts and ends in the same state (box) e.g. starting from top center and ending in right middle.

I love Miro. It is the most amazing website I have ever seen for brainstorming ideas, but I have one question. Does Miro see our idea on our board? May be Miro see Our idea and Steal new idea from our Board , if we use Miro for  Brainstorm new idea how we Believe Miro It self. Since we are a huge company, we have a million dollar project idea to work with Miro , so how do we believe Miro? Please Some one answer this Thanks in advance

Hello,I am confused with the object naming in API v2. In v1 the items on the board were called “widgets” and there was a corresponding API method to access them. In API v2 their analog seems to be “items”. Подготовил обдирную доску-презентацию. Получилось 45 фреймов. Но порядок их создания, естественно коренным образом отличается от вполне линейного порядка в котором они должны демонстрироваться зрителям. Попытался упорядочить через  ручное перетаскивание в списке фреймов мышкой. И понял, что не осилю это. Очень тяжело. Посоветуйте, как проще всего можно упорядочить фреймы в списке (расположены у меня они как раз в порядке предполагаемой демонстрации. Слева направо, верху вниз. Спасибо заранее.

Hi, I’m making a decision tree, every “page” has 2 options to pick, which leads (with a hyperlink) to the next page.At the end, I would like to export it to PDF and make it actually work, like when you choose one of the options it leads you to the next branch in the tree. Thank you all :)

I don't know how to explain this, but in all of my Miro boards, I can't select a font-size less than 10. It seems that is the limit, and there is no way to choose a smaller font.    Why is this feature in the app? 

Hi, MiroI would like to report a problem, when using the frames function, if the number exceeds 100, the format of the numbering will be mixed with the number of pagesNormally: 98. 139, 99. 140, 100. 141, but now 100141 appears, please refer to the picture for detailsMiro is my favorite distance teaching tool, thank you for developing such a fascinating piece of software  

How can I add a shape around a mindmap node that is currently just text?I thought object transformation might be the solution, but I don't see an object transformation option when selecting a node.  Instead I see the node-color selection.

I created a table and wanted to share information with users who don’t have an account in Miro. I sent them a link to view, but the link is not loading. Someone faced this problem?

I am invited to a team, Enterprise plan, where on the team user list I show up as “Free Restricted”.There is one (1) board in the team which I can fully edit, and two others where I only have view/comment rights. I thought that any editing always requires a Full license? (except public link sharing of course) What exactly could be happening here? 😃

Hi everyone, I have an urgent question to ask you.I used to be able to view the whiteboard shared by others even without sign in.But now, I can't do it.After a new version release, I can't see the shared content.If you don’t sing in Miro or using the incognito window to view, you will not see the shared board.I'm having a lot of trouble with this.I'm a product manager and I use Miro a lot for business and project content.I often need to share links for others to see.Previously, visitors did not need to sign in or register with Miro to view it.But now this problem will change my habit.They can't see the content I shared again.I want to ask whether you have encountered the same problem, and how to solve it ?Thank you. 

Hello,I am interested in using Miro to run innovation sessions at my company. Each session will have a different group of people. It appears that Miro is designed with teams in mind. Does this mean I need to create a new team for every session (is there a limit to the amount of teams I can create if so)? Or can I simply create a board and invite people without having to worry about creating a team?I am currently using the free version just to explore, but happy to upgrade to a paid version for myself if that changes anything.  I apologize in advance if the answer to this is already provided somewhere. I’ve searched the help site and community but couldn’t find it.
