When copying/pasting frames sometimes Miro just past the name of the frame. I am working with a Mac. Could you please help with this? It seems quite random. Sometimes copies the entire frames with content but sometimes just only the name’s frame. Thanks, Fabrizio.

I have an educational plan. I am trying to access the settings to adjust the notifications, but I only get a blank page everytime I try to. Not sure what is the reason? Help?

I’ve been using miro to run activities with my research and design students. Only one seems to be having the issue with their laptop overheating.  I found these posts, but it didn’t seem like there was a follow-up if any of the solutions worked. Hi all, It’s been a few weeks since we launched Miro Verified, a way for you to earn skill badges on Miro Academy. How are you currently using those badges today or how would you like to use them in the future?I’ve added my badges to my LinkedIn profile as a way to share my skills with Miro.

Features such as the timer, the voting, etc, seem to open initially inside of a Microsoft Teams meeting, but then can not be viewed to either cancel or restart. This bug basically makes it impossible to use Miro unless its only for dragging around items. Please fix this!

We are attempting to take Miro instances that were previously seperate, and consolidate them all (docs and users) into 1 account. How, please?

Hi,We noticed that provisioning logs created failure status for users who are de-provisioned from Azure AD Group to Miro. Attached a screenshot of the failure status. But actually, users are moved to deactivated users in Miro Enterprise. How to fix this failure status on the logs? Any help would be appreciated.

Hello,  Is it possible to create custom widgets?  I’d like to create a sticker widget that has an autocomplete select-box of previously entered values in my app database.  Something like https://jqueryui.com/autocomplete/It doesn’t seem like I can add components or additional JS to widgets to make them more useful.  Is this something that’s possible, or will be in the future?  I think if the functionality was opened up a bit then there is a lot of potential for creating really cool apps.

I am very excited about this feature - I soooo want to get rid of using Teams. I signed up a few days ago (after getting an email) but have heard nothing - not even a confirmation that my sign up was received. Anyone know how long the process from sign up to access takes?? Or have I missed the Beta boat 

I'm not able to upload images to MIRO online and I installed the application, but I still can't upload images to my project.Google is on the latest version and the problem persists

As of 4/10/22, I can no longer use my keyboard “down arrow” to rapidly skip through my frames index in the left-hand sidebar. What I get with my down arrow is the scrolling of the entire board (like what I get with grabby hand pointer). Is this a new nav design? Anyone else seeing this? Can I toggle back!? 

I often use Miro to do presentations. I’ll create frames where I show the sidebar on the left and click through them (I know about presentations, but there are reasons this way works better at times - mostly in that I can jump around).It used to be the frames were centered in the space to the right. Now they seem to center on the screen having the left part of the frame be covered by the sidebar.I know they did an update.Are other people seeing this? did they add an option to do it the old way? Or do I have to now go back and fix a lot of miro boards?

Pen icon is not appearing for one user, how can we solve this?

Hi everyoneI’m using Miro (on the Education plan) with Engageli and I’m having an issue with the integration. I realize that Engageli is still quite a niche platform so other people may not have much experience with it, but I think the integration works in a similar way to the Zoom-Miro integration so it would be useful to hear from Zoom users if you’ve had a similar problem.My issue occurs when I launch Miro inside Engageli. It brings up a board picker so I can choose which Miro board to share, and until recently this was working really well. But today I created a new board in Miro (with the same same account I use for Engageli) and for some reason it isn’t appearing in the board picker within Engageli. This means I can’t open the new board in my Engageli classroom. My old boards are still in the list and I can open them fine, but I’ve created a few new boards as a test and none of them are appearing.I can click ‘New board’ within Engageli and the board is saved within my Miro account

Hi I changed teams internally recently and now nothing in my Miro works. I cant even access my profil settings to delete my profil, create a board, see any boards, join a team - nothing - neither on chrome, edge or the desktop app. I have no idea how to solve it. The only features that I have access to are “Apps & integrations”, “API & Documentation” and “Log out” When I click the “+” to join a team I just get a pop-up to ask to join some former team I once was a part of. Best Lars

Hi,We are using miro as task board over Lean Construction Methodology in construction industry. We have to coordinate worker tasks in a building with appcards. But we need to apply bgcolor to appcards to keep the color visible when you do a zoom out. (Each colo represents a different worker). Is possible to add in style field the bgcolor property instead of theme? best regards

Yesterday I paid the "Consultant" tariff. Today all the boards are not working, why?

Is there anyway to easy bulk export all of the boards in my team at once? Currently the only way I can do this is by exporting one by one from the boards.

If I have a whole list of icons on my board and I want to allow participants to drag from this list and drop into another Frame but leaving the original icon behind for someone else to potentially pick as well?So essentially using the duplicate function but in a drag-and-drop mode.

My organization will be importing a great many lucidchart documents over the next few weeks/months. I’ve learned you can export a document out of lucidchart as visio and then import that into Miro.I’ve found some hiccups here and there that occasionally affects the import (cannot change shapes in some cases, cannot select shapes in some cases, etc). I’ve found workarounds for all of them but the swimlanes.For imported documents, you cannot edit swimlane height, cannot reorder swimlanes, and cannot add or delete swimlanes. But you can do all that for natively created miro documents. Is that accurate? Am I missing something here?

I don’t know if it’s a problem on our end or Miro’s, but the page will not finish loading. All I get is a spinner. I have tried two different browsers (Chrome and Firefox). I also tried logging in with a free account then clicking on the link to request an education account.
