I’ve been working a lot with 3D and realized that there is a neat feature that could help me when doing some light financial modeling, and that is a Math nodes.I’m wondering if that’s something that already exists or is in the works to come to Miro at any point. When I mean Math node I’m referring to a container with a value that's linked to a node which allows for two or more inputs with a function and a output. Imagine having:input container 1 = Value 1000input container 2 = Value 54Linked in to a node that is set to multiplywith a output value to 54,000  Thanks

Hi!  I moved my boards to a new team.  When I look at the board history, I only see versions since I moved the board.  Looks like the versions from the old team are not brought along to the new team.  I do see tons of old activity though.   Is there a way to access them. We are on a paid team plan. 

Never Mind: Looks like I can add lines by clicking the arrow tool and add them to any parts of the shape and they will connect.  Original Post: Hello, I have just started using Miro, its just what I was looking for and I love all the templates  but as I am following along through the tutorials I have noticed something different in the iPad version and I am not sure if it is a bug. ISSUE: When you click a shape, according to the tutorial you can click a blue dot to link it to another shape and in the tutorial the shapes have blue dots on every side to allow for multiple connections. On the iPad however there is only one blue dot at the bottom of the shapes. Thats it, so I can only connect to another shape from that one starting point which is a bit problematic. Is this intentional?  

I’m not sure, but I believe I saw an option to disable all those stupid animated popups. Now, after years of using board, it decided to teach me like “hey, look, its a mouse cursor! you can move it and here is animation for you!” and I trying to find where this “help” should be turned off?

When I try to copy images from an old miro board to a new miro board, they are just disappearing. Very frustrating! Also I can’t find the link to contact support either, please help!! ugh and accidentally file this in the wrong category, NOT  a developer question..

Is there a way we can save favourite templates to use on Miro?

I am currently working in many different boards, with an average of 1000-3000 objects inside, many which are images. As one could expect I am experiencing quite a lot of board loading lag. This occurs primarily when I have just opened a board but also during actual work on the board, zoomin in/out and interacting with objects. This is disturbing my workflow and I am now looking for solutions to minimize the loading etc. so that I can experience a more frictionless experience with Miro, which, just to be clear is like candy from heaven 😊 Any suggestions on how I may go about in my efforts to remedy this issue would be very much appreciated. Could upgrading my computer be helpful or perhaps making all images smaller in size on the board?​​​​

Hello, I want to add bold/italic formatting within a cell/text box but only on particular text. I can apply this and it looks fine but then I click out of the cell and all the formatting is lost. 

I’m trying to copy the content of several boards from my edu account to one board on my personal account. Boards consist mostly of mindmaps and images. When I copy the content and then paste it to my personal, it eitherappears, but cannot be moved. Then disappears when refreshing the board appears for a microsecond and instantly disappears again appears, but images do not load and show an exclamation markI’ve noticed that images are the problem, as I can copy mindmaps without them no problem but cannot actually copy a single image. There are too many of them to save on device and manually import them. I can’t just transfer board ownership as I can’t afford an unlimited board plan without edu. Permissions are all checked.So what can I do to copy images from one board to another?

Is there any Simple way to create (or import) a bell curve image in Miro? Specifically, I'm trying to replicate Geoffrey Moore’s “Technology Adoption Curve” from his excellent book, Crossing the Chasm. But have not been able to find any training on how to do something like this. Any thoughts on how it can be done without turning it into a big time consuming project?How would YOU do it?Thank you in advance for sharing your insights! Have an excellent day, all! 

Hi,I’m the admistrator of my company Miro team, I have to colleagues that became part of our team using their personal email address, they have persnal data and boards in there.I would like to change their personal email to their company email without them losing any data they may have.Can someone give me some advice on such way to do this work?Thanks in advance...

Here’s what I did using 2 free Miro accounts.I created a board in profile 1 (i.e. user) I then moved the board from profile 1 to profile 2. I followed the steps here under the Free Plan section by inviting, sharing, and making profile 2 the new owner. Profile 1 remains a member with “can edit” permission. While logged in as profile 1, I continue to be able to see the board and also able to edit the board. I doubled checked the sharing settings section and Miro confirms that profile 2 is the new owner and profile 1 has “can edit” permission as a member. However, when I log into profile 2, the board I shared is nowhere to be found. I’ve tried logging out and back into both profile 1 and 2 but nothing. Appreciate if you can advise what I am missing.

I couldn't log into my account because I have changed jobs, therefore my sign in email has changed and I forgot my password.

Hello.I have made a professional account with the mail of my previous company. I have take the subscription with my credit card. The problem is, I leave the company, and delete my mail, but my Miro account still exist and I can’t delete my credit card because I was connected with my google account. What can I do ?

Hi All,I am new to this platform, and I would like to know how to rotate the default swimlane template.Currently the headers are on the left (horizontal swimlane), I want it on top (vertical swimlane). Thank you for the help. :)

Somehow my toolbar seems to have become stuck in the middle of the screen. The ‘sidebar’ is closed and yet it is not aligned with the left hand side. See image.  I’m on up-to-date Chrome, OSX 12.5.1… any help appreciated!

I’m a student and currently am using my institutional email to use Miro, but to apply for the Education plan I have to link something to prove I’m a student? My university doesn’t have any pictures or articles about me in their website and we don’t need student IDs to access campus so they simply don’t issue one. What documents must I link to prove I’m enrolled in said institution? Is my institutional email enough?

Hey all, I’m working on developing a Miro plugin and would like to find out how I can make my plugin take up the sidebar, rather than opening up as a pop-up. I’ve attached a screenshot of the difference between the sidebar and pop-up plugins which I am referring to (Let me know if there is a correct way to name these!). The documentation only has openPanel and openModal which do not work for me.
