I have a commercial starter license on Miro and for one of the boards created, I invite someone outside the core team. How can I make him a guest (there doesn't appear an optionbox after inviting with email (as per your video see https://help.miro.com/hc/en-us/articles/6868233174034), just the option to make the invitee a team member (automatic after 7 days trial).

Hi everybody, I am trying to restore a board backup, but after loading a while it always says that backup file is too big. I tried with different browsers (safari and chrome) and desktop app. But nothing. What can I do? Thanks for help! :-)

Hi, Just started using Miro. Saw their plans. I am a individual, who like to use Miro for diagrams like Network diagrams(that might use Firewall, switch or sometimes on other Tech related). So when i went for pricing, could see diagram seen only under Business. So as a individual, how can i buy it? or even for individual i need to buy only business plan?  Note: Thought of reaching out to sales and went to the sales form. But it doesn't allow gmail id. So not sure, how a user who doesn't have corporate email might contact sales. 

I have 3 boards in a free account that I would like to move to a paid account that has a different email address. How do I go about this? I need to be able to edit the boards once they have moved!

Hi, Is it possible to embed a website onto a Miro board so that two people can interact with it at the same time, eg, https://ictgames.com/sharkNumbers/mobile/index.htmlthe above link is to a game that can be played by two people at the same time using the ‘web viewer’ function on this platform - Pencil Spaces: https://www.pencilspaces.com/   It is great but can’t seem to find a way to do it on Miro. It is not the same as embedding as if I play the game on my end, the changes are not reflected on the other users screen.

I am using Miro with the zoom integration but I can’t remove some of the guests.  The meeting is over, but they are still present on my board and I want to remove them.  I have gone to sharing settings but they don’t show up there.  I have logged out and back in but that didn’t work either.

Is there a way to select the connector icon and do multiple lines/arrows without having to click on the connector icon between each arrow?

I Lost all my boards I created since I have miro borad, more that one year. I used free acount bevor. I upgreded my plan and now things happens. Please help me to restore my data I’m student and all my dokumentation of my projects are in these boards.

Hi. I have a lot of problems with a big mind map – about 250 presentation frames and more than 1000 different objects. It’s so hard to change/add something and not to break other frames.Each, even relatively small movement of object will also change position of other objects – and in most of the cases also move it away from their frames.I tried to lock those objects, but it did not help. Even blocked object will be moved.BTW. The locking mechanism doesn’t work when I select more than one object.I also tried just reduce the closeness of my objects – it helped but not fully.Is it possible to somehow solve my problems?How do you work with such maps?

Ever since reinstalling the Timer app a few months ago, it continues to show as “new”, i.e., the blue dot, every time I open a board – or when I click on the Present action button arrow: Here it is in action: I opened a support ticket and will continue to report back here as I learn more and until the issue is resolved. Response from Miro support as of 12-Sep-2023:Our team has investigated the UX inconsistency and potentially plans to resolve the issue in a future UX update that is scheduled for the future. An immediate fix will not be provided as the change implemented would have ramifications that could take an extended period of time.Leaving this post marked as [KNOWN BUG] until the issue is fixed.

Hello.  I am relatively new to Google Workspace for Education and Miro.  I am trying to set up SSO so students and teachers don’t have to sign in to Miro (Google will do it for them.)  I am following this article: https://apps.google.com/supportwidget/articlehome?article_url=https%3A%2F%2Fsupport.google.com%2Fa%2Fanswer%2F14100608&assistant_id=generic-unu&product_context=14100608&product_name=UnuFlow&trigger_context=a  When I get to Step 2, “Set up Miro as a SAML 2.0 service provider” and then go to the 3rd item, the step says I need to click on “Enterprise Integrations.”  I don’t see this option in my version of Miro.  Is this a limitation of the type of Miro account I have?  (And I will not be able to setup SSO as a result?) Thanks in advance!

Hii all,I don’t know what happened. All the miroverse share links don’t work. With the shared link i can only go to the home page of miroverse. I tried with my miroverse template and others no one works. How to deal with this problem? Thanks

Hello!Select the widget on the board -> open the user application panel -> close the user panel -> remove the selection from the widget. Now if you open the panel again and close it again, the widget will stand out by itself. Moreover, even if the widget is removed, then after closing the panel, dots will fall into the selection (which should not already be on the board).This bug is definitely not because of my code, because I created an absolutely empty application (below I will give the code that I wrote). This bug appears in my other apps as well.miro.board.ui.on("icon:click", async () => { await miro.board.ui.openPanel({url: 'proba.html'});});For clarity, I present a video from a file sharing site (it will be available for 6 days).link

Hi there,  I have been searching for a Driver Diagram template within Miro.  This is a tool we use a lot within our Trust.  It feels like there would be one already in the templates, but I just can’t find one.  Anyone have any ideas?

Hello there! I am using free plan so I only have 3 boards to edit. But recently I can’t open the 3rd one and I don’t understand why. So I have only 3 boards I am supposed to be able to edit them all, right? Please help me as I can’t go on working because it keeps saying that only 2 boards are working 

My boards do not Zoom out below 25%. The range seems to be between 25% - 100%, which is strange.

Hello everyone. Description of my problem: i saved my board in google drive, but when i want to load it via Upload->Google Drive receive the message “Sorry, this file format is not supported.”. If i try to open board of Google Drive (via app Miro) i receive the message “Something went wrong! For some reason we couldn't open the board. Please back to your Google Drive and try again.”. What’s wrong?

I have a large process map in Miro and using a frame when printing. This has been printed several times without issues. After an update of the board elements we ran into trouble with a scaling that occurs when printing to PDF. In the pictures above you can see it in Miro with the frame, and one picture when exported to PDF where the boxes do no longer hold the position and becomes messy, laying over each other and looses the connection lines. I have tried, Restart, another browser and several attempts of exporting.  Any tips to what is causing this? 

When I want to authenticate my google drive integration into miro I get the following error{ "error" : { "message" : "Internal Error", "reason" : "internalError", "code" : 500 }}When I check my google security 3th party. To see if there was a connection made it does not show miro trying to do this on a iPad Pro 2022  

Hi, I am working on severals boards, the limited access made me want to change for a starter plan.I conviced my team that I needed a licence.Now I book a moment with our IT manager, ready to pay for it and everything.But now the payement is failing, “error loading payment sessions”and I can’t even get the access back to any of my work.I should never have try to make the upgrade since it’s downgrading me...This situation is extremely bad...Can someone contact me please?I can’t work because of this..

I am using Microsoft Teams and SharePoint to store Miro docs. If I try to upload the docs directly from Teams or SharePoint (.xlsx for example) it says “Sorry, this file type is not supported. If I try to upload via URL using the SharePoint link, it says “The URL you are trying to submit is invalid.” I have to sync the SharePoint to my computer then upload from the file explorer to get the document in Miro.Am I doing something wrong?YouTube video of my trying this 

I have a new tablet a samsung s6 lite. All software is up to date. I can start miro but the moment I try and type something the app crashes. I can draw OK. But anytime the keyboard comes up it crashes instantly. I've tried using a different keyboard in android and it still does the same thing. Help?
