Hi! I started my family tree and was lucky enough to be able to trace some very long lines back a very long way. The tree was working ok until the last 100 or so entries but now has become virtually unresponsive (I’m just using a weblink of the name and connecting them together etc., no images or anything heavy). I really don’t want to lose all this work, and would love to be able to finish the tree. I have tried the Miro suggested fixes for large boards and nothing has worked so far. Is there any way to export the tree with it’s links to another format perhaps? Any suggestions would be gratefully received! Screenshot of the tree below (Zoomed to 1%): Lots of crisscrossing lines and interesting connections… Tree @ 1% zoom 

テキストボックスに関するバグ解消方法を教えてください。テキストボックスのテキストアラインメントを「センタリング」や「右揃え」など、「左揃え」以外の設定をしても、しばらく時間が経つと「左揃え」表示になってしまいます。全てのテキストボックスに関してではなく、いくつかのテキストボックスだけ上記のような現象が起きます。アラインメントが崩れたテキストを選択して、一度「左揃え」を選んでから、任意のアラインメントに設定し直すことはできますが、毎回どこかが崩れており、作業効率が低下しています。解消方法を教えてください。よろしくお願いいたします。 

Anyone else finding Miro boards loading slowly (and performing poorly in general) in Safari but not in Chrome?

Hello, all!This is my first post after just joining this discussion, so please forgive me and provide kind assistance if I have posted to the wrong subsection.I am new here but a real enthusiast and loving this community so far. I have a background in teaching coding and in education and feel I could help with documentation, at least for starters.As a new member in this forum and wish to share and gain some knowledge. Hello all. Currently working on an image based audit of design work spanning 10 years and would like to know if there’s a way to generate a text field (title)  from the file name directly on the board. I’m looking to export a searchable pdf where each image has a title directly next to it. I realize I could likely do this in bridge but currently images are all living on a Miro board so trying that first.  Preferably in batches. TIA

I’m trying to delete some users and also change the team admin on a free account, but I’m getting server errors like the following when trying to do so.Error captured on NetworkError message on the UII am the current Team Admin. Attempting to change the Team Admin also results in a similar error code. Furthermore, I had to wait 3 minutes before this error appeared and still I can’t do anything despite refreshing or clearing cache whatsoever.Please help.

 Under what circumstances would Miro's board history display inaccuracies?I had an extremely unfortunate day when submitting my assignment on Miro. The website encountered issues, and it took me over 20 minutes to successfully load it. However, the instructor suspected that all the content I submitted was written today. To my surprise, content completed several weeks ago is inexplicably shown as completed today in the "board history." This has led to an unjust accusation. Can you please explain what could cause such a situation? I renamed the files before sharing the link; could that be the reason?

Как самостоятельно перевести доску в режим view only?У меня тариф free, пользуюсь тремя досками. Появилась необходимость создать новую, но при создании сайт сам переводит одну из существующих досок в режим view only. Могу ли я сама выбрать какую именно доску сделать только для просмотра?

So I’ve been trying to open a link to a locked board. When I click on it the info that pops up says “This board is locked. Boards created with Miro Lite are available for 1 week. Yours will be deleted in 3 days. Sign up for free to unlock it.” Alright so I've created a account but when I log in over this pop up information I always end up on the start side of my account. I just wanna open the link so I can edit something on this board but even with my registration it won't work  

Same issue as a ton of other people...can’t get Miro to load anything (no dashboard, no boards) even after attempting to troubleshoot in all the ways.This really sucks Miro team.  You’re likely to lose someone who used to really love your software.

Hello everyone,Since very few times (less than 1week), when I’m moving a card on a basic shape, the card is going behind the shape (in the background). I can put them back in the foreground but if I’m moving the card, it’s back behind.It’s not the case when I’m moving the card on other shapes.Is there anything wrong that we will be corrected ? Thank you

Hi,The "Send to interactive Dislay" button is no longer displayed on my Andoid 11 device. Until recently it worked perfectly. I tried it with an old version of the Miro app from when it still worked. No success. What can I do to reconnect my tablet to the interactive display?Thank you very much!

I’m just starting with Miro and have created a Board. I went to the top right hand menu and entered a Note, but doesn’t appear on my Board anywhere and I don’t seem to be able to link it. Is it an unrelated tool? How do I connect them?I have seen that I can create a Sticky Note within the Board, but that is presumably something different from a Note?Thanks

Not great, tried to log into Miro today on the iPad and its saying it can’t load as it requires update, when you go over to App Store for latest version it usually would say “update” but simply says “open” - this is now in a perpetual loop , just me?  I’ve tried deleting and downloading to no avail

Hi everyoneI have some people in my workshops who keep moving others’ comments around the board (they’re usually neatly grouped around diferent content/tasks). Is it possible to lock comments in place?Thanks!

Is there a way to resize an object by typing in percentage points?For example I want to show an image 20% of the original image. Is there an easy way?

Hi, since yesterday I cannot get into Miro anymore. It is stuck in perpetual loading mode. I have tried to enter via incogntio mode but not even this worked.  Does anyone have any idea what the problem could be? My colleagues can still access my boards. Thanks!

Hi!I am building a very extensive flow chart that is requiring me to constantly move around cells(?) and groups of cells in order to create space for *more* cells. This requires a TON of grouping and un-grouping of cells and their branches that flow from them. Is it possible to select a single cell and have the option to select all cells that are downward branches of said cell? This way I could quickly move around entire groups of cells while maintaining structure.Thanks in advance!!!

I've been experiencing an issue for the past two days where all my boards seem to have disappeared, regardless of the projects I access.I have full access, I am the admin.The only way I can find them is by individually searching for each board by name in the search bar.This is extremely problematic when dealing with hundreds of boards.Can anyone assist me with this?

IPad OS 17.3 (latest) - today I can’t open Miro (was working fine up to today) - I’m presented with a message saying ‘this version is no longer supported’ and I need to update. I click the update button. I’m thrown into the AppStore - I download, open the app, and back to the update message. I’ve tried deleting the app, restarting the iPad, I upgraded my OS today (as this issues was happening on prior OS) - nothing works. I can’t get into Miro at all.I can log in to Miro fine on browser and desktop. However I need this on my iPad.Any advice? Thanks!

Hi,I recently deleted the team (and with it all boards) because I wanted to start a new Project. Unfortunately I now cannot use any boards in the miroverse, for some reason I also cannot access my settings, i.e. it is a black page. I did not have any issues before deleting the team and I cannot use the support, because I have the free version. Tried different browsers, no luck so far...any Ideas? Thank you in advance,Hagi

Is there anyway to have multiple collaborators at the same time using the free version? If not would the starter package give me this feature?

Hello all,First time here :)My company is considering purchasing six Business Plan licenses.These licenses will be used by administrators.So my question is, can one of these administrators assign the role of team member with full access to the boards belonging to the team, knowing that the member has a free license?Thank you,Mauricio
