Is there a way to cluster sticky notes without the black frame around it? 

Hello, I need some help. When I signed up first I used my google account to do so, hence I didnt create a password. Now I need to have a password (to log in from other device) and I can not reset my password.When I chose to log in with email instead of with Google, it says We sent you a log in link and There are no option like FORGOT PASSWORD or Reset password anywhere.What can I do to make a password? *The reason I need a password is that I try to log in from Oculus Quest 3, that does not support Google services Thank you

Hey,We are building an integration similar to Miro → Slack integration.I’m looking for an option to deliver notification functionality into our integration. I know you can get notified when someone mentioned you in the comments or when someone comments on a thread you follow.I went through Miro API, but I could not find any webhooks or info related to comments on a board. Is it possible to create such a feature? Thank you! 

I worked in Miro to outline some functionality for our platform. I did copy paste of a single sticky note but instead Miro copy pasted the entire board and (since it is a pretty big board) the system failed. Hence, I could not execute the „undo“ option. Now, we have everything twice on top of each other. I can also not load a previous version, because I am on a free plan. I really hope Miro has a fall-back solution for this and can load a previous version of the board. I know that Miro usually only offers version history on a paid plan, but since this is a mistake on the part of miro, I think they should help us regain our previous board. Otherwise, we will need days to clean up the board manually. I would even upgrade all our plans (we originally planned to do so anyways), but apparently version history does only start working after one starts paying. If anyone has a suggestion of saving the board some other way, I would be grateful.

My minimap is only showing the bottom half of my board. I’ve tried using Ctrl-A to locate if any random shapes are stretching the view, and there aren’t any; all my content is collected together. It’d be one thing if the scale was blown-out, but this doesn’t even show the top half of my objects. Anyone know how to fix this?  

I randomly found a shape object that allowed you to change the colour and specify an icon, but I cannot find where the original app is or how you can create it without copying and pasting the object that I found. Can anyone tell me where I can find the tool to use this? Thanks

I have been approached to migrate a board app / extension not sure what they are called now which is using V1 SDK to V2From the documentation on how apps are created in V2 everything seems unchanged in the initialization section, apart from referencing the new SDK url ofcourseHowever when I try to fire up the code in a new app which has V2 selected I get this:ErrorCouldn’t find any explanation in docs as to what this could mean.Are there any auth / security header changes that a server needs to meet when initializing the iframe panel compared to V1? Just for context, I do not expect the functionality of my old V1 code to work at all on V2, but I did expect the iframe to fire up and greet me with errors which I could then debug one by one. I tried adding log calls throughout the code but none display in my browser console, meaning that this error most likely obstructs the script from ever even firing, and the same goes for the HTML, whatever change I make to it does not get shown in the

Hey, I log in to Miro today after the holidays only to find that my board content is all gone! The board is there, the name is kept, but the content has disappeared. How did this happened? It was after the change to AI, not so I apparently!

Not sure why I can distribute (horizontally & vertically) groups of objects, but as soon as frames are part of groups, I can’t distribute them? The menue option isn’t there - I get offered un-group, only.

I was trying to copy cells from excel and paste into sticky notes in miro (one of my favourite features!). However, the excel content is not recognized and miro app pastes the latest sticky note I had copied. I am able to paste the excel content to other applications, but not in miro.I also tried the web versions in Chrome and Edge - in the web versions, nothing happens, as if I haven’t copied anything. However, I’m able to paste the content copied from Excel in other applications (tested pasting in an email).Any idea on how I can fix this? Thanks :)  

When I click into any of my Miro boards, the page starts automatically moving to the right and never lets me put the board in view. I try to move the scroll bar on the bottom of the page but it constantly keeps shifting right and the scroll bar gets smaller and smaller. I’ve tried updating Google Chrome, going into Incognito mode, & clearing my cache with no success. 

Hi everyone, I’ve been using Miro for years but yesterday my @board wasn’t working. Whilst I wrote and selected @board, when I pressed enter, it displayed “@[custom]”. Is anyone else having this issue?Thanks, Narelle 

Now that Miro has acquired inVision freehand, how do we convert our inVision freehand boards into Miro boards? Our company has far too many assets on inVision that can be manually converted so for our business to not be compromised significantly, we will need a conversion tool or method. Can someone at Miro please help us understand how to do this?

Hi,I have a problem with syncing and saving in Miro - I cannot copy templates created by anyone to my project because the application hangs every time during synchronization. Restarting the browser and computer, opening Miro in incognito mode, downloading the application to the computer and deleting cookies in the browser did not help. Nothing is saved in Miro.When you try to synchronize, the following message appears:"Sync. Please wait."Receiving responses from the server. We recommend waiting to avoid data loss. "Unfortunately, waiting does not help, because even if I wait an hour... the data will not be saved and everything will return to its previous state, i.e. everything will be deleted.Second question: Every time I wait for the save option to be activated (until the synchronization message appears). Is it possible to save changes made to the project yourself?I thought that everything would be automatically saved in Miro in real time, but apparently not... and I don't see the Ctr

Instead of linking the entire object using CMD+K, I would like to add a link only on a specific selection from the text. I can do this by manually clicking this button.Is there a shortcut instead?

Hello,  Several team members are currently using our team account.Previously, my entries were always private and had to be requested for viewing.However, this is no longer the case and my entries can be viewed by everyone, even though I have not made any changes. Why is this the case? And where can I set the privacy settings correctly again? LG 

Hello,  I am new to Miro and hope someone can help me. I have embedded multiple YouTube videos on my miro board at various sizes, but for some reason when I hit play, a white space appears at the bottom and the video shrinks. It wasn’t doing this before and they were playing to the scale of the box. This was the same for the Spotify playlist. 1st Pic is before play, second is while playing and white space is visible and last pic is Spotify playlist not filing entire shape with substational white space: How can I remove the white space, so it shows the video / element in the whole shape space?Thank you, 

Guten Tag,  aktuell nutzen mehrere Team-Mitglieder unseren Team-Acccount.Bisher waren meine Einträge immer Privat und mussten zur Anschauung angefragt werden.Allerdings ist dies nicht mehr der Fall und meine Einträge können von allen eingesehen werden, obwohl keine Änderungen von mir vorgenommen wurden. Wieso ist das so? Und wo kann ich die Privatsphäre wieder richtig einstellen? LG 

Noticed this when trying a work around for 200 mb file limitation from backup import.White boxes appear when pasting items from another board (enterprise account). They cannot be selected or deleted. They are only visible at 1% zoom level. They are not present on the board the content is being copied from. Happens on every board I have tried using this work around on. It seems to be burned into every new board I make (personal account - paid). It’s just not visible until I have objects big enough to zoom out to 1%.It does seem to match a pattern of nested frames I have on one board on the enterprise account. This is present on all my boards (paid personal and free personal), even ones created before making the board with the nested frames.   

We’re trying to host a Summit with upwards of 80 participants. How many users can be on a board at once?   Thanks!
