Hi there I’ve noticed that sometimes when I add a frame around some content that not all that content is picked up by the frame. So if I want to move the frame to another part of the board it is only picking up some of the elements. Doesn’t seem to do this consistently so not sure what I am missing here? Can anyone help?

A few days ago, when I was paste links on my miro board, some sites started showing like images - it was cool and I loved it. I just used ctr+v. But now, same links does not show as images. What happened? How to turn it back? Where is that option in Miro?  

Is there a separate privacy policy for K-12 student use? I saw on the privacy policy that qualified educational institutions include middle schools and high schools but looking at the privacy policy was a stipulation that Miro was not intended for students under 16 years of age. Is there a separate privacy policy when using the education plan that would allow educators to request the deletion of student data or prevents the selling of student data for use of marketing?

Is it possible to export a mind map as a text-based nested list? 

I’m having a problem with the text in both Sticky Notes and just general square shapes with text in them where the text within gets distorted as I move around the board. Sometimes the text inside completely changes (it’ll duplicate a couple words over and over), it’ll have some words in a bigger font size and some in a smaller size, and other times it’s just plain weird, or words are getting shared between stickies. I’ve tried changing the sticky note sizes to Small, Medium, Large. I’ve tried moving the text into square shapes. And I keep having the same issue happen. This makes it really difficult to lead an effective meeting, because I have to double-click back into a sticky note or shape to actually see what the text is supposed to be.  

Hello, I'm a manager at a company, and I'm considering using Miro to manage our teams. We have 5 teams, each with several members. I would like to create a main account responsible for payments and control over all teams and members across different departments. Only the team managers need to have edit permissions, while the other members only need to view.My question is: which Miro plan would be best suited for this structure? Do all users need to be members, or can I make only the managers members and the rest visitors? Additionally, is it possible to subscribe to the appropriate plan during the 14-day trial period? I appreciate any guidance!

Is it possible to create a checklist AND be able to add PDF attachments to it? We use checklist for supplier setups and would attach our signed form from the supplier but can’t seem to do this at all as it copies the PDF to the board, not the card/checklist itself. Surely this is possible?! Any help is much appreciated, or if there is another way of having checklist cards and attach PDFs do let me know. Thanks

Hello all I created a Kanban board on my free version of Miro and when I logged in the next day the tags and other info (dates, assignee) added to the cards was whited out. How can I fix this? I have already tried logging out and back in again. 

I am unable to swipe to select multiple items with my mouse (have to hold down key and click each one). Also, I have no alignment tools. When I finally get multiple items selected there are now alignment tools (I can align text but not items).

create a zone/section/room which allows nesting multiple frames.  I share a project or team board with several coworkers.  Having one board is great for collaborating and sharing tools and resources, but we want to block off section/area for our personal work. When I share a board with visitors, they get lost or confuse with all the board’s space. I wish that they could search for the zone name and find our work.

Hi there- I am using latest MacOS, using Miro on Desktop App, Chrome and Safari. This issue is replicated the exact same way on all three. I have a large flowchart I created in collaboration with my team. Text inside shapes that I did not create is easily copy/pasted into any text file. Text inside shapes that I DID create will not copy/paste, even if I manually re-type it before copy/pasting again. None of my shapes are locked.I am the owner of the account and the board. We are using a free account. There are so many other threads about this issue, but I have not seen anyone mention that only SOME text will copy/paste and other shape’s text won’t. 

Hello!My question is "How can I get 100+ AI Credits?"I'm interior designer and I use AI to remove background while creating inteior collages. Then I share the page with my assisnat and client. It's multipurpose -- that's why I love Miro so much. I've just found out that my Business plan provides of only 50 "remove background”-iterations. That's too bad. I use "remove background" at least 50 times a week. Now I'm concerned whether I should cancel my Business-subscription and switch to another app with unlimited AI credits (I use "remove background" to make interior collages)Thank you for your advices! 

Ein liebes Hallo in die Runde,wir nutzen seit neusten das Mirobord, um unsere Aufgaben im Team zu verteilen und neue wöchentliche Aufgaben zu organisieren und zu strukturieren.Eine Wöchentliche Speicherung des Bords wäre super, damit alle Infos so wie sie waren erhalten bleiben (Kanban Work). Wenn ich daraus eine PDF mache, ist es so klein, dass man dies nicht mehr lesen kann, da echt einiges drauf steht. Wie löse ich das am besten?Gibt es Erfahrungswerte? Und ist es besser händelbar, wenn wir die kostenpflichtige Version holen?

When I open Miro (either Mac app or Chrome browser), right-click and drag pans as expected. If during a pan I lift up my pen out of signal range of the tablet, right-click pan locks in Miro. Single right-click still opens the menu and space-bar + click pan works, but right click and drag doesn’t.Summary:pan locks by lifting up the pen completely out of range, doesn’t matter what I do afterwards with the pen.  pan unlocks if I right-click with a different mouse inside the Miro board. Does not matter what I do outside of it lifting the pen just to the edge of range where the “hand” icon disappears and right-click menu starts spamming, and returning back in range causes no issues this happens in both Mac desktop app and Chrome browser. This is the first time I observe this issue, it is disruptive to my work flow, since I use right-click and drag to pan the board. I have been using “Wacom one” tablet with Miro since two years ago, but I haven’t used it much for the past few months, so this

Is the Jira Roadmap Integration App available?  There was a mention of it being released in early 2024.  I have seen the Jira Planner (Program Board) app but not the Jira Roadmap app.   Can someone shed some light on this ?Many Thanks.

Hello Miro Community,I have a few questions regarding the classification of boards using the four categories (Public, Internal, Confidential, Restricted) and the automatic classification updates. Invite Panel Change: After applying a classification to a board, will there be any changes to the invite panel? If so, what kind of changes should I expect? Permissions to Change Classification: Can owners, co-owners, and editors change the classification of a board? Who is responsible for managing and changing these classifications? Specifically, who can change the classification in the backend, not just on the board itself? From my understanding, while owners can change the classification directly on the board, adding or managing general classification options might only be possible for the enterprise account owner. Could someone confirm or correct this?Thank you for your help!Lila

Hello all,Am I the only one experiencing a bug where every time I zoom In or zoom out the text changes, and it never has the initial version? Details:Tried to clean cash and cookies - did not work; Experiencing this from Desktop in the browser Google Chrome. In incognito mode does not solve the issue. In Microsoft Edge it works fine - might be an extension, maybe. Best regards,LuisPS: Example - A part of the flowchart with different zoom levels.

I like to move from Mindmanger to Miro but have many existing maps in Mindmanager which i have to import in Miro to avoid double work. How does this work? Is there any possibility? 

For the past week, I have been having an issue with the Miro Web SDK :(First a little background! -I have created an plain TS/JS app for my organization following the Miro Developer documentation (great docs btw). We are leveraging the Azure environment to host our app through Azure Static Web Apps pulling from Azure Dev Ops. The app is leveraging the Miro Web SDK to enable app icon click (miro.board.ui.openPanel method), modals (miro.board.ui.openModal method), a drag-and-drop feature (miro.board.ui.on method), and it also gets the current user (miro.board.getUserInfo method). Until 1 week ago, the app was working perfectly, however since last Wednesday (07/24/24) certain features of the app have not. After checking the logs, I realized the code hung up when instantiating the miro sdk using the openModal method and ui.on methods. I was also getting the following error in the Miro Developer console.  The first and third lines are expected and codified. So, here we have two errors. One

Hi,Was hoping someone might be able to help.I have two teams area in miro , and the sharing access looks very different.I have a space called: Product Group - Mobile OKR & BBC Sounds App. In the BBC Sounds App space I can share correctly and allow Anyone with the Link to EDIT but struggling to share in the same way in the Product Group - Mobile OKR. Anyone know why this might be? Have attached images incase it helps.   

Hi,I’m on macOS 10.13.6.According to the website, I should be able to use the desktop App.   But when I try to open it, I get this error message.  Is there a way to download older versions of Miro?

Hi,Up until recently I could manage requests access from my phone, which was handy when people were realising during a brainstorming session that they did not have a licence.I am accessing the admin UI on the Miro website since the app does not have admin features (afaik).Since the new user management model came in action, it has an extra ‘request management’ tab and I cannot see the ‘licence requests’ tab on my phone.Does anyone else manage to manage their licence requests from their phone? How do you do it?Thanks,Guilhem

I use Miro all the time and sometimes on my phone but I always run into this issue.I do some work on my phone via Apple Mobile Miro App I move to my Apple desktop/web browser Miro and my work I just did is not there I go back to my phone and it is there I refresh on my desktop but nothing is updated I go back to my phone and refresh… everything is lostIs this a glitch with Miro? Unfortunately, I am now unable to trust Miro’s Mobile App.
