I cannot see a way to delete this or mark it resolved.  But, I found out the issue was due to maximum resolution, not size.

System Information
On a Mac, I am using both the desktop app and latest version of browsers (Chrome, Edge, Safari).

Problem Description

When attempting to add an image to my board, I am receiving an error message which states that the file size exceeds 32MB.  Neither file exceeds 2.1 MB.


I have tried both copy/paste, as well as dragging a file from Finder on to the board.


This problem has occurred intermittently, if some variable is different between when it works and doesn't, I am unaware of it.  It is currently blocking my work on a time sensitive project.

Any help that anyone can provide would be greatly appreciated. 🙏
